Gewoon goed. Perfecte ligging. De parkeergarage van plein 1992 is dezelfde als van het hotel. Makkelijk online vooraf te boeken.

First the good: location is great - right on the edge of the river. Excellent buffet breakfast which was the only meal we ate in hotel. Staff were very pleasant. The bad? We booked the junior suite for our family of 4 and thought the listed queen size beds were actually full size beds. Great for intimacy but maybe not if youre sharing the room with your teenage kids. Parking wasn’t that easy either - the main garage entrance was broken and we had a bit of an adventure trying to find the other entrance weaving through some very narrow alleys before finally figuring out the right way to go. Overall good central location but we’ll see what other options available next time were in town

Die Lage ist phantastisch, Parkhaus mit dabei, was sehr hilfreich ist. Die Zimmer mit Balkon sind sehr schön und wir haben gut geschlafen. Der Check-In war etwas schleppend und die Zimmerreinigung musste extra angefordert werden…ansonsten würden wir das Hotel jederzeit wieder wählen! Gleich nebenan gibt es die COFFEELOVERS, wo wir jeden Tag ein traumhaftes Frühstück zu uns genommen haben, was sehr zu empfehlen ist!

Very high price. parking was a disaster. Instructions on how to get to their parking agar were wrong and led us into dangerous traffic situations. Glasses in room were dirty. Bed cover (comforter) was too short.

Mold in the bathroom, stains on the curtains, worn out furniture. Not what you expect from a ‘premium’ room for over 300EUR a night. (!) This is totally unacceptable and a shame for the hotel business. Apart from the lobby and restaurant this hotel is outdated and worn out. Website pictures do not represent the rooms. Front-Office apologised and confirmed the issue but says it’s up to central Crown Plaza Management who must deal with refurbishments. Got one breakfast for free as compensation. Positive: staff friendliness and hospitality: they ‘save’ this hotel. Location is good as well as breakfast.

De algemene toestand van het hotel is niet best. Vloerbedekking oud en vies. De kamer stinkt muf en is niet schoon. Personeel afstandelijk. Je voelt je er geen gewaardeerde gast. Alles bij elkaar, geen aanrader.

Our 2 night stay at the hotel was very expensive especially as it didn't include breakfast. The room had not been cleaned properly as there was dust on the lamp shades, on the door 'swing' hinge (top of door), and the bathroom floor had not been cleaned properly as there were hairs on it. I appreciate everybody has their own preference when it comes to mattresses but the mattress on the king size bed was extremely soft as was the mattress topper. The cups for tea/coffee were very small and were not washed when the room was cleaned.

Hotellet har en utmerket beliggenhet ved elven som flyter gjennom Maastricht men trenger sårt en alvorlig oppgradering. Vi bodde i en to-etasjes suite mot elven. I utgangspunktet en helt ok suite av ikke alt for høy standard men den bar preg av slitasje over alt og i dusjen grodde det svart sopp i fugene, ikke spesielt delikat. Frokosten var veldig bra men problemet er at man ikke har plass til alle når hotellet er fullt! Å sitte å spise frokost ved et altfor lavt bord i baren, er ikke noe å trakte etter. Personalet var stort sett veldig hyggelige, bortsett fra en snørrhoven ung dame i baren som ble høylytt fornærmet fordi vi ville ha en kopp varm sjokolade etter å ha kommert frossen til hotellet etter en utendørskonsert i byen. Hun burde virkelig finne seg noe annet å gjøre! Noe helt annet var det med den blide, skjønne og serviceinnstilte unge damen som hadde ansvaret for frokosten i baren da vi var der! Har dessverre glemt navnet hennes, men hun var i praksis og skulle tilbake på skolebenken for å fullføre utdannelsen innen hotelladministrasjon. Slike som henne forstår hva det vil si å arbeide i et serviceyrke!

Always wanted to stay here. Only disappointment was that I could hear everything in the room next to mine through an adjoining door. This property needs better trained staff. Because the wifi signal in my room was weak causing a slow internet access, I went to the front desk to see if other room with a stronger signal was available, but one of the staff basically told me to suck it up. He said you might be used to a fast internet, but I had to put up with the slow access. I could not believe my ears. I thought hotels like Crowne Plaza have highly professional staffs?

The building and rooms were like they were from the 90's. The shower head was so close to the wall that you had to stand about 6 inches from the wall to get under the water. It was not a bad hotel...it was just nothing special at all. The best thing was the location.

Die Lage des Hotels ist Klasse. Mitten drin, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und schmackhaft. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und das Zimmer sehr sauber und gepflegt. Leider lag mein "Executive" ebenerdig, manche würden sagen im Keller mit Blick auf die Fußgängerzone. Dieselben können ihnen natürlich auch ins Zimmer sehen. Das heißt ständig geschlossene Vorhänge was den Kellereindruck verstärkt. Das Zimmer lag weit weg von der Rezeption und kann nur über die Kellertreppe erreicht werden. Trotz Nachfrage wurde das nicht für mich geändert.Kein entgegenkommen bei Frühzeitiger Abreise, gebuchte Nacht muss bezahlt werden, was in Ordnung ist, kann aber nicht verschoben werden auf einen späteren Termin. Das fand ich sehr schade zumal ich noch mehrmals nach Maastricht reisen muss. Werde mir genau überlegen ob ich hier nochmals buche.

This would be a 5 but for one issue. A hotel of this price should have a refrigerator that refrigerates. I was told "oh, we have a different system here. It won't make your item cold, but if you put something in it, it will maintain its temperature." I pointed out that then it was not a refrigerator. They shrugged. That aside, it was fine. Request a river view room. Skip breakfast however - 30 euros is a bit much.

Bed was goed. Douchekop: straal erg zacht en andere straal selecteren functioneerde niet meer. Ik vond de geluidsisolatie tegen vallen, aangezien dit expliciet benoemd werd op de site. Wel redelijk rustige omgeving en toch op loopafstand van de binnenstad.

The hotel overall was good. However, the restaurant at lunch time service range from terrible to nonexistent. For instance, the first day (Friday), the waitress took our order and disappeared for about 20 minutes, we had to flag another waiter to find out why our drinks had not arrived. He apologized and said the waitress was new, but he took our order and brought the wrong food... On the second day, the restaurant manager escorted us to a table and again we waited to be served and no one came to take our order until we complained, at that point, we have had enough and left.. Coincidentally, a couple sitting next to us also complained and said they had waited for about an hour to be served. Overall, the lunch service was terrible..

This property needs better trained staff. Because the wifi signal in my room was weak causing a slow internet access, I went to the front desk to see if other room with a stronger signal was available, but one of the staff basically told me to suck it up. He said you might be used to a fast internet, but I had to put up with the slow access. I could not believe my ears. I thought hotels like Crowne Plaza have highly professional staffs?

Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Um die Haupt-Checkin- und Checkoutzeiten kommt es zu längeren Schlangen an der Rezeption - hier sollte die Personalstärke erhöht werden, zumal man nur zu diesen Zeiten eingecheckt werden kann, auch wenn man früher vor Ort ist.

Very disappointed in this hotel, service in both the lounge bar and dining room was terrible. Made a dinner reservation and was seated without menus or drink orders, left after waiting 30 minutes. We were ignored in the lounge bar after ordering drinks, finally served after complaining to the manager. Overall the hotel was very dated and tired. Curtains in our room was hanging off the rail. Cheap plastic cups in the bathroom and no glasses in the room. I definitely would not recommend this Hotel .

Net hotel met goede faciliteiten. Ligt heerlijk centraal en als je dan ook nog een kamer heb met uitzicht op de Maas dan helemaal top. Ook een terrasje pikken met zo’n mooi uitzicht echt een aanrader. Op loopafstand winkels, restaurants en bezienswaardigheden fantastisch. Gaan zeker nog een keer terugkomen.

First the good: location is great - right on the edge of the river. Excellent buffet breakfast which was the only meal we ate in hotel. Staff were very pleasant. The bad? We booked the junior suite for our family of 4 and thought the listed queen size beds were actually full size beds. Great for intimacy but maybe not if youre sharing the room with your teenage kids. Parking wasn’t that easy either - the main garage entrance was broken and we had a bit of an adventure trying to find the other entrance weaving through some very narrow alleys before finally figuring out the right way to go. Overall good central location but we’ll see what other options available next time were in town

This would be a 5 but for one issue. A hotel of this price should have a refrigerator that refrigerates. I was told "oh, we have a different system here. It won't make your item cold, but if you put something in it, it will maintain its temperature." I pointed out that then it was not a refrigerator. They shrugged. That aside, it was fine. Request a river view room. Skip breakfast however - 30 euros is a bit much.

The person at the desk specifically asked if I had booked through hotel.com/Expedia before placing me into a room in an area of the hotel awau from the main area of the hotel, which was dank/wet smelling. The room had an unflushed/used toilet. I checked the sheets on the 'made' bed and found 3 different colored hairs! I returned to reception for a new room, and the second room had missing art/bare hooks on the wall, the door chain lock was broken, the refrigerator qas not working, and the air-conditioning did not work. I have no idea how they maintain a 4 star rating and while experience at the Milan Crown Plaza 2 werks ago was exceptional will never book at their chain again.
