There is a parking lot very close, but quite expensive. Good thing you can use a bike or skate boards from the hostel, and if you have a car you can park for free in the street from 8pm till 8 am

Prima verblijf. Wel beetje duur €108,00 voor een pod in een hostel. Ook beetje benauwd. Verder zeer vriendelijk personeel en een leuk welkomsdrankje. Locatie was top!

Absolutely enjoyed my stay here. The room was so comfortable and everyone was so respectful of being quiet. The front desk staff were also very friendly. I only wish I had brought a swimsuit so I could have enjoyed the spa, but did not think of it. It is also very conveniently located by the train station. I would absolutely stay here again.

Was jammer dat er geen toilet op de kamer was , wel een fijne douche. Verder was het redelijk vertoeven. Wel op loopafstand van het centrum en mooi dichtbij het station en parkeergarage.

Extremt trevligt boende, stannade här 1 natt då jag reste igenom maastricht, väldigt fräscht men ändå enkelt! Sov i en sovsal och det var helt okej! inte alls så högljutt eller högljutt. Fint hus med innegård och bra wifi. Mycket nöjd med min vistelse.

Dette er ikke et ordentlig hotell, men en sovesal med «madrassbokser», delte bad og toaletter. Ingen heis, lange ganger og tungvint låsesystem med fare for å låse seg ute. Liten eller ingen komfort. Vanskelig å få sove. Enkel, nesten vegansk og lite smakelig frokost som også var forsinket. Elendig kaffe. Lite høflig og lite forståelsesfull resepsjon. Krevde i utgangspunktet tillegg for både håndklær og MC-parkering, men ga oss likevel det (ikke så rart, når man har betalt 150 Euro for en så dårlig overnatting, kanskje?)

The pods are a very unique accommodation option as each was a decent size. The shared toilet and bathroom was always clean and stocked. I was lucky to have respectful (mostly) neighbours after midnight - 7am The spa area is amazing! I had this to myself for 1hr out of my 90min session and it was so good for the muscles before bed.

We had a great stay here for one night with our 2 dogs, unfortunately as we booked it just 2 hours before arriving we couldn’t stay longer. We’d definitely come back next time we are in town! We were very warmly greeted and our dogs got treated with a peanut cookie on arrival and as it was my partner’s birthday we even got a beer as a welcome drink. The room was super cozy with a bathtub in it. Breakfast was vegetarian and the spreads were so delicious. A courtyard was available where the dogs could run off leach and also do their buisness, if you travel with your dogs I would very much suggest you stay here as it’s one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at with our dogs.

Mooie kamers, goed ontbijt en een sfeervolle plek. Zeer geschikt met kinderen! Ook gelegen op een leuke plek. Alleen voor de prijs hadden sanitair en algemene ruimtes echt schoner moeten zijn. Vooral de (eigen) toilet was erg vies.

Sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Löcher in der Wand. Kein einziger Haken, um etwas aufzuhängen. Beim Bett hatte es eine dünne Matratze auf einem Holzbrett, nicht gut für Leute mit Rückenproblemen. Frühstück war okay.

My husband and I had a lovely stay at the Green Elephant! They offer a good variety of food at their breakfast for a reasonable cost, but they also had a kitchen in the basement here we could prepare and store our own food. They also have a coffee machine that was free to use between 7am-11am, whether or not you paid for their breakfast. A nice surprise. I stayed in a private room with private bathroom. The room was well furnished and comfortable and I loved the real plants in the room and passage. The hotel is within walking distance of the centre and around the corner form the station. The hotel has a great concept with the differing accommodation that it offers and I can highly recommend it.

Absolutely enjoyed my stay here. The room was so comfortable and everyone was so respectful of being quiet. The front desk staff were also very friendly. I only wish I had brought a swimsuit so I could have enjoyed the spa, but did not think of it. It is also very conveniently located by the train station. I would absolutely stay here again.

Was jammer dat er geen toilet op de kamer was , wel een fijne douche. Verder was het redelijk vertoeven. Wel op loopafstand van het centrum en mooi dichtbij het station en parkeergarage.

My friend and I both enjoyed our stay at Green Elephant Hostel. Staff were very welcoming and helpful, and our hostel was clean, inviting and offered several on site amenities. It is conveniently located right near the train station as well. I would definitely recommend the hostel for your stay in Maastricht.

Sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Löcher in der Wand. Kein einziger Haken, um etwas aufzuhängen. Beim Bett hatte es eine dünne Matratze auf einem Holzbrett, nicht gut für Leute mit Rückenproblemen. Frühstück war okay.

Mooie kamers, goed ontbijt en een sfeervolle plek. Zeer geschikt met kinderen! Ook gelegen op een leuke plek. Alleen voor de prijs hadden sanitair en algemene ruimtes echt schoner moeten zijn. Vooral de (eigen) toilet was erg vies.

My husband and I had a lovely stay at the Green Elephant! They offer a good variety of food at their breakfast for a reasonable cost, but they also had a kitchen in the basement here we could prepare and store our own food. They also have a coffee machine that was free to use between 7am-11am, whether or not you paid for their breakfast. Dette er ikke et ordentlig hotell, men en sovesal med «madrassbokser», delte bad og toaletter. Ingen heis, lange ganger og tungvint låsesystem med fare for å låse seg ute. Liten eller ingen komfort. Vanskelig å få sove. Enkel, nesten vegansk og lite smakelig frokost som også var forsinket. Elendig kaffe. Lite høflig og lite forståelsesfull resepsjon. Krevde i utgangspunktet tillegg for både håndklær og MC-parkering, men ga oss likevel det (ikke så rart, når man har betalt 150 Euro for en så dårlig overnatting, kanskje?)

We had a great stay here for one night with our 2 dogs, unfortunately as we booked it just 2 hours before arriving we couldn’t stay longer. We’d definitely come back next time we are in town! We were very warmly greeted and our dogs got treated with a peanut cookie on arrival and as it was my partner’s birthday we even got a beer as a welcome drink. The room was super cozy with a bathtub in it. Breakfast was vegetarian and the spreads were so delicious. A courtyard was available where the dogs could run off leach and also do their buisness, if you travel with your dogs I would very much suggest you stay here as it’s one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at with our dogs.

Overall a nice hostel. I had a privat double room and the AC was a life saver! I’ve stayed at a lot of youth hostels so this family oriented hostel was a bit different. I missed the feeling of community that you sometimes get in a hostel, this is more like a less fancy, but still fairly nice, hotel. Had a lovely stay and can’t complain about the price :)

Very friendly staff. Nice welcoming with a choice of vodka shot or a smoothie. Nice room, double room for 1 person. Clean. Air condioned. Nice bathroom with well functioning shower. Simple but very good breakfast buffet. Coffees, tea, juice, milk, cereals etc. Nice gem was a pancake machine! A must try, just push the button and it makes two small pancakes.

Pros: coffee/ tea and fruit, welcome drink were a nice touch Cons: hospitality of the staff was lacking, digital check in system didnt work and the front desk/ employee didn't help. 3rd floor dorms and pods had poor noise reduction, ground vibrated with every footstep, sliding doors felt like things were being slammed, noise carried everywhere and people didn't respect quiet hours, loudly running and chatting through the halls at 4am. Reached out to hotel per their sign to help address it but they ignored the calls and messages

The rooms are very cool for budget traveling. You get a little wooden cabin inside a larger room. Ours had two beds atop eachother but unfortunately no private bathroom. Bathrooms are ok but not great (like a hostel). Community areas are very nice.
