Perfect for what we needed, great location in central Maastricht. Smaller rooms but fine for our stay as we spent most of the time out exploring the town. AC was a must! We also rented bikes at the front desk - very easy and good price.

Hotel is very convenient for the Andre Rieu concert and city roaming. Room is clean and everything works. Only inconvenience is that there is only machine coffee or tea in the foyer and there are no restaurants open for breakfast before 10:am near the hotel, once more the hotel staff could not tell me where I could get coffee and breakfast at 9:00 am.

The room is small but makes brilliant use of space. I like how the door to the bathroom is also the door to the shower. Genius! The vending machine in the lobby gives you access to conversion plugs, contraceptives, and great snacks too. The staff members are friendly and super helpful. If you’re traveling as one person (or a cozy couple), it is an excellent choice.

Das Beste an der Unterkunft ist die Lage, die Nähe zur Altstadt. Parkmöglichkeiten sind allerdings nicht vorhanden. Es gibt kein Frühstück. Die Zimmer sind klein und minimalistisch ausgestattet.Für einen Kurz-Aufenthalt haben wir uns wohl gefühlt.

Located within walking distance from train station, although Maastricht's pebble streets and sidewalks made it challenging to walk with rolling suitcases. Rooms on second floor can get a bit noisy from pedestrians walking below. We had a room facing the Meuse river, which was pretty nice. Some things to note: -no refrigerator -no electric kettle, but there is a vending machine at the reception. -they do not clean your room daily, though new towels are available on request.

Location is perfect! The walls are too thin that can make you uncomfortable if you happen to have a noisy neighbour, which in my case there was. You have to ask the receptionist for an air-dryer because there isn't in the room. I stayed 4 nights and if not asked they do not clean the room. Check-out time is 10 am; for 15 euros you can buy late check-out and if you want to leave your luggage after the check-out, it is 4 euros.

Das Hotel liegt direkt im Zentrum, so dass alles sehr zu erreichen ist. Das Personal war freundlich. 10 Gehmimuten entfernt ist ein eingezäunter Parkplatz , auf dem man für 12 Euro (für einen Tag) parken kann. Leider war unser Zimmer in der Nähe der Rezeption, so dass man im Zimmer viel vom Stimmengewirr mitbekommen hat. Die Verbindungstür wurde in der Nacht geschlossenen. Leider hat man aber in der Nacht immer wieder gehört, wenn die Tür zuflog, so dass unsere Schlaf mehrfach unterbrochen wurde. Das Zimmer hatte kein Fenster, sondern ein Oberlicht, so dass man sich im Zimmer sehr bekemmend fühlte.

Maastricht is a beautiful fusion of beautiful old city and convenient modern city. This hotel is in a great location over looking the river and very close the the primary shopping area. It is also walkable from the train station. It is a very efficient hotel, a little tight on space, but right for the price.

Very small room with nowhere to set anything. We had a twin room. If we had suitcases larger than our carry-on, there wouldn’t have been sny room. One twin bed was against the wall so seemed even smaller. The floors were tile.

The location of the hotel is really in the centre of Maastricht. We didn't use our car the whole weekend. The room was small but clean and perfect when you only have to sleep and shower. The employees were friendly and helpfull. The only thing that bothered us was the noice outside of the hotel. It was very loud as the hotel didn't have isolated windows and people who went out were passing by.

First time at an Easy hotel. Bed comfortable but room and bathroom are small. No place to put anything. I guess that’s their selling point. Staff was good, location good. It’s a no frills hotel. We only ended up there because our regular places were booked up.

Propere, mooie kamers, heel warm onthaal, Mooie locatie ook. Alles op loopafstand (winkels, resto, parking,...) De gastheer gaf ook enkele aanraders i.v.m. activiteiten en betere parkings. We raden dit hotel zeker aan, hier komen wij nog terug!

Le personnel est aimable et dévoué. L'Hôtel est bien situé et calme. Il y a eu un gros problème au niveau de la clim. J'ai essayé de joindre la réception à 22h par téléphone mais n'ai pas eu de réponse. Ils sont intervenus à distance mais j'ai eu de l'air froid pendant la nuit. Globalement, je suis satisfaite de l'enseigne.

on arrival the staff had us store our luggage in lockers which all hotels that we have stayed in offer luggage storage until check-in - there was no coffee or tea available in our room- the coffee machine in the foyer was available if you had the exact change to operate it - Rented bikes during our stay- I rode a bike with a faulty lock that caught in the spokes and caused me to fall and I had a serious hematoma on my leg. We have not heard back from the manager concerning this accident - he was to be in touch with me after he talked with the bike company - to date I have not heard from him which now has been 1 1/2 weeks since our conversation.

The Easy Hotel was a pleasant surprise. It is very well located, near downtown and also near the main train station. Check-in was very fast. The room, although small, is very comfortable and has lots of natural light. The closet is very small but for a short stay this was not an issue for us. The bed is really good. We will definitely be back to this hotel next time we are in Maastricht.

Maastricht is a beautiful fusion of beautiful old city and convenient modern city. This hotel is in a great location over looking the river and very close the the primary shopping area. It is also walkable from the train station. It is a very efficient hotel, a little tight on space, but right for the price.

The location of the hotel is really in the centre of Maastricht. We didn't use our car the whole weekend. The room was small but clean and perfect when you only have to sleep and shower. The employees were friendly and helpfull. The only thing that bothered us was the noice outside of the hotel. It was very loud as the hotel didn't have isolated windows and people who went out were passing by.

New hotel. Clean and spacious for price. Helpful staff. Located within walking distance from train station, although Maastricht's pebble streets and sidewalks made it challenging to walk with rolling suitcases. Rooms on second floor can get a bit noisy from pedestrians walking below. We had a room facing the Meuse river, which was pretty nice. Some things to note: -no refrigerator -no electric kettle, but there is a vending machine at the reception. -they do not clean your room daily, though new towels are available on request.

Great and beautiful location next to river and Oldtown. Very clean and quiet. No breakfast available on premises. Parking garage and outdoor parking close by within a few minutes walk.

Hotel is very convenient for the Andre Rieu concert and city roaming. Room is clean and everything works. Only inconvenience is that there is only machine coffee or tea in the foyer and there are no restaurants open for breakfast before 10:am near the hotel, once more the hotel staff could not tell me where I could get coffee and breakfast at 9:00 am.

Everything was great. Location was awesome. Only slight flaw was that to buy any water or anything, you needed to pay by card and the card machine wasn’t working. Not a big deal though.

The room is small but makes brilliant use of space. I like how the door to the bathroom is also the door to the shower. Genius! The vending machine in the lobby gives you access to conversion plugs, contraceptives, and great snacks too. The staff members are friendly and super helpful. If you’re traveling as one person (or a cozy couple), it is an excellent choice.

Das Beste an der Unterkunft ist die Lage, die Nähe zur Altstadt. Parkmöglichkeiten sind allerdings nicht vorhanden. Es gibt kein Frühstück. Die Zimmer sind klein und minimalistisch ausgestattet.Für einen Kurz-Aufenthalt haben wir uns wohl gefühlt.

Man kann in diesem Hotel nicht fruehstuecken ausser so einem Automatenkaffee. Parkmoeglichkeiten gibt es vor dem Hotel, man muss aber vor 8 Uhr an der Parkuhr sein und Geld nachwerfen ansonsten soll es angeblich sehr teuer werden bei einer Kontrolle von der Stadt. Das Zimmer war klein und spartanisch. Es war guenstig, aber das ist schon alles.

Airco on at all times unless you’ll pull the keycard from the holder. Wish there was an easy option to shut off the blower. Even when selecting low it’s still too hard. Pictures from the site don’t align with what we got. Interior wise yes, but room and view not at all. (Open view to the river but we could only see a roof from a nearby building. That said: the rest is all as expected and friendly staff. Still recommend to go there.

The hotel was excellent. Staff was wonderful. We loved the hotel. The greatest amenity was it was so close to everything that you could walk to a different café every day you were there. Next time we come to Maastricht we will definitely book this hotel again. Can’t say enough good things about the staff the amenities and the location.

The good part was the location. For close to $500/day I would expect a room large enough to open a suitcase or even store it somewhere in the room. Bath towels provided but no hand towels. I would not recommend this hotel to friends.
