My son and I had a lovely experience at The Hyatt Regency México City. This is an excellent location, a beautiful hotel, and has an amazing staff. We also enjoyed staying on a club access high floor room that had a great amenity access to the Regency club lounge. Alfredo is amazing and such a warm and welcoming host! Gracias Alfredo! Definitely will be our go to hotel in Polanco!

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The property was ‘old school’ Hyatt design with lots of glass, an atrium, soaring ceilings but brought up to a modern look. My room was very clean and inviting. The food in the hotel restaurant I went to was excellent. The neighborhood was perfect for my needs. I would most definitely stay here again.
