False advertisement. The hotel lobby nor room were as pictured. A deplorable hotel that needs to go out of business or a complete renovation. My hotel room was dirty, outdated, chipped paint throughout, holes in the wall, ceiling water stains, visible insect visits, sheets and comforter smelled like bleach but still stained, stained walls, just absolutely gross. Had me sign a no smoking declaration in French but did not provide a copy in my native language of English so I have no idea what I signed. Meanwhile, the hotel, elevator, vestibules wreaked of cigarette smoke. The room was haunted as well. A lamp would not turn off for the duration of my stay. As I went to sleep, it would turn off. One night, I successfully turned it off, woke up to it being on. Highly disappointing and a waste of money and time. Obviously didn't complain due to he out of my country and no other alternatives to lodging. I truly want my money back. I hope I am able to post pics. Also, sometimes pics make things look clean so I tried my best to show how dirty the room was.

My room was clean. Bed was okay. No-frills hotel, basic amenities, no luxury, and the price is consequential. Location is great. No complaints!

Very Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Price This hotel is extremely overpriced for what it offers. The rooms have no temperature control, the windows are completely sealed, and there is no ventilation, not even an exhaust fan in the bathroom. To make matters worse, the front desk staff were rude, unprofessional, and lacked basic manners. The customer service was absolutely awful, and we felt neither welcomed nor respected. For the price they charge, I expected much better accommodations and service. Unfortunately, this hotel failed to meet even basic expectations. Definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend staying here.

The hotel was an old building but renovated. The bathroom was retiled and clean but the towel rack was pulled out of the wall and the old light fixture was not replaced. It was dirty. The biggest issue was the HVAC unit. It was not replaced and the thermostat did not work properly.
