We stayed while moving our daughter into her McGill dorm. The location was very central to shopping and dining, staff was helpful, and our room was very comfortable. We definitely plan to stay here for future visits to Montreal!

Elevators take a long time to pick you up. Build in an extra 10 minutes to account for elevator delay.

This is a very nice hotel in a good location. Not sure why other posters called it dated but everyone’s perspective is different. Valet parking is available and excellent. Our car was immediately available at checkout. The rooftop lounge area by the pool is large with nice views. I stayed in the Executive Suite. The kitchen was sufficient with a supply of cutlery, dishes and a frying pan. If you plan on using it, and don’t want dirty dishes left in the sink, I would suggest throwing a sponge and a small detergent in your bag. I would recommend this hotel while in Montreal (which is an interesting lovely city).

The hotel is lovely, clean and a great location, especially if you want to walk to the Bell Centre and other places downtown. My only suggestion is to be wary of the valet parking. Upon arrival, they took my car from out front of the hotel and parked it. When it was time to leave, I was sent down to the valet garage to take my car and exit it myself. The path to exit was very tight and narrow due to the city of Montreal putting up support poles in this underground garage and it was a very difficult turn to make onto a one-way street. I was told I had to exit the garage myself and then doing so the turn was so tight that I ended up doing a lot of damage to my car. That is now my financial responsibility to pay for. If you are going to use the valet parking, I strongly suggest you tell them that they need to return the car to the same place. They took it from so that you don’t end up in the same position as me.

Lovely hotel in good location. Safe area right in downtown Montreal, short walking distance to restaurants and attractions. Our group, consisting of seniors and school aged kids, walked to the climbing trail to Mont Royal and hiked to the top.
