Leonardo Hotel Newcastle

Our stay here was one of the best if not the best the staff went beyond expectations, food was spot on , depends on where you live the food is a little on the high side for what it is but not over expensive ,but well worth the money ,our room was spotless and smelt really clean ,which you don't get very often was giving a complementary voucher and one for a 10%discount on all food and drink purchased ,carnt praised the staff enough you know your in the north east by the friendliness and love you get from the people totally totally recommend this hotel

I only stayed for 1 night and didn't dine there so can't comment on the food. But I found the staff I came into contact with to be both friendly and helpful. The room was absolutely fine. The bed was comfortable. The tea and coffee etc was good. And the shower was excellent. Overall really happy with my stay
