Pool doesn’t open until 10am and closes at 6pm so makes it pretty difficult to use the pool if you are planning any day excursions. Receptionist and dinning staff were very nice but the 2 bartenders at the pool bar where hating life and quite rude.

Väldigt fint hotell med bra poolområden, restauranger och härlig service. Rummet var dock något av en besvikelse(förutom badrum) för ett 5 stjärnigt hotell. Som tur är så är man knappt på rummet. Rummet var okej men inte mer än så. Konstiga materialval på vägg och garderober. Hela rummet kändes föråldrat(förutom badrum som var renoverat och fräscht). Trots det skulle jag åka tillbaka till hotellet men då välja ett annat rum(vi hade dubbelrum med bergsutsikt). Frukosten var nämligen fantastiskt, poolområden och faciliteter är mycket bra.

Hotelanlage unschlagbar, deshalb 5 sterne! Wir hatten einen Suite Zimmer mit der größten Terrasse, Traumhaft. Das Hotel ist mega gut ausgestattet, Wifi ist sehr gut, überall. Leider muss ich an manchen Dinge bemängeln, die Toilette war schrecklich in so einem tollen Zimmer wie Nummer 801! Die Reinigungskraft hat für mich die Zimmern garnicht gereinigt, nur Müll rausgebracht und die Betten gerichtet! Essen Auswahl bei so einem wunderschönen Hotel mit so einer Anlage, schlecht, Veganer und Muslimische Gäste,sind dort schlecht aufgehoben, sehr wenig Essen Auswahl, oft das gleiche, Dessert nicht lecker, für mich war das Essen im Bereich Casa Bonita das beste, die Kellnerin und der Kellner, sehr Freundlich und Höflich, viele Grüße an den beiden ♥️. Das Hotel hat einen privaten Strand eingang direkt auf der gegenüber stehende Straße, das Meer ist Traumhaft schön, Fazit würde dieses Hotel immer wieder Buchen wenn ich in Rhodos wäre.

I have just returned from a 9 night stay at the Olympic Palace and had a great experience. The outside of the hotel and lobby look great as you approach and all of the outside areas are beautifully landscaped. The room we had was much more spacious than expected and the big was bigger than expected (also very comfortable with lots of pillows to choose from!). We went all inclusive which I’ve never done before but it was definitely worth it for the money. The food was excellent every day, there was a lot of choice and everything was fresh and really tasty. We ate lunch in the aqua marine restaurant by the pool each day as it was easy to pop in and out which we liked! We also had dinner in Casa Bonita one night which is a really nice setting and the food was lovely. There was a good selection of drinks, the local beer was good, and also cocktails at the pool bar. All of the staff we spoke to, everyone in the dining room were really friendly, Sambika and Fatmir at the pool bar are great. The hotel had plenty of sun loungers, of course the ones by the pool go the earliest but they have more beds behind the pool. Would definitely recommend a visit to the spa, you don’t realise it’s as big as it is when you walk past but it’s beautiful inside. We also had a massage which was great and worth the money. Also recommend to play mini golf at the front of the hotel! The private beach was lovely, very tidy and the sun loungers are really comfy. Definitely pay for the pool/sea view room!

advertised as 5 star all inclusive but you have to pay for certain restaurants, toiletries are not included food is meh and amenities are not good apart from fee board games theres literally nothing else included. Gym is small and not enough equipment for a 5 star hotel. Food is literally almost the same every day. Fridge isnt refilled and there is no snack bar. Typical overhyped European 5 star hotel which is a fake all inclusive. You can only use certain restuarants if you stay for 7 nights

Große Zimmer mit toller möblierter Terrassen, tolles Restaurant auf der 8 Etage mit super Ausblick, wirkt nicht überlaufen auch wenn das Hotel ausgebucht ist, außer die Liegen am Pool die leider immer schon früh morgens reserviert werden:-( Bequeme Liegen am Strand, hier bekommt man auch immer eine Platz. Nervig ist, das man für die Restaurants in Hotel vorher immer erst an der Rezeption reservieren muss. Also spontan geht da nix auch wenn noch Platz im Restaurant ist und sie schließen auch relativ früh. Aber es gibt genügend Tavernen in der Nähe.

The property is located in a good location and is nice and clean. I did not like that the hotel beach does not offer any food or drinks like most other beaches in Rhodes. Also I found it a little annoying that all the entertaiments in the hotel cost additional money (pool table, game room, mini golf etc). The hotel staff were very nice and most were super friendly and curtious. The pool closed a little early (6pm) which was not pleasant because the sunset was at 8pm and it would have been pleasant to say in the pool as the day cooled a bit in the evening. Overall it was very child friendly and family orianted hotel with rooms that have super nice ocean and sunset views.

Die Aussicht vom zimmer im 8.stock war fantastisch. Das wir nach der Eincheckzeit um 15 uhr noch 1.5 stunden auf das Zimmer warten mussten, unangenehm. Keine Entschuldigung oder ein Begrüßungsglas um die Wartezeit zu verkürzen. Lage direkt am Meer heisst man muss die Hauptverkehrsstraße der Insel überqueren. Der Strand ist aus Kies , Badeschuhe Pflicht. Das Zimmer war groß genug. Stauraum ausreichend vorhanden. Sanitäranlage nicht gerade neu. Trotz Wartezeit waren noch Haare der Vorbewohner im Zimmer und Fenster schmutzig;; wurde aber auf Geheiß gereinigt. 3 Aufzüge- einer war defekt- führten zu längeren Wartezeiten ebenso bei der Platzierung im Restaurant.- Massenabfertgung wie in einer Bahnhofshalle geprägt durch AI gäste mit Nimmwasdukriegenkannst Mentalität. Getränke auf der Karte nicht vorhanden., werden ungefragt ausgetauscht. Als ich den Wein auf der Karte wollte , wurde mir von der Bedienung gesagt ich solle netter zu ihr sein. Rollentausch. Rechnung für die Getränke kommt am Anfang des Essens. Essen ziemlich ungewürzt und britisch. Orangensaft zum Frühstück nicht nur nicht frisch sondern Instant total verzuckert. Obst zum selber schneiden oder aus der Dose. Den Pool haben wir nicht genutzt: er öffnet erst um 10 uhr um 9.30 sind alle Liegen belegt und schliesst um 18 uhr . Badehandtücher bekommt man auch nur zu dieser Zeit. Was macht 5 sterne aus? Für den Gast wohl eher sich wohl fühlen, geschätzt zu werden, Annehmlichjeiten zu haben..Fehlanzeige. .

This is a lovely hotel but I’m not a fan of all inclusive stays. We had to move on day one from another 5* hotel to this hotel and thank god there was availability. I know they are popular for some but I think standards drop especially around food and drink if this model is adopted. I know some will disagree The hotel is super clean and the pool is lovely. Restaurants could be mega but the all inclusive model doesn’t allow this unfortunately. We are out ever lunch and evening in Rhodes town. The gym needs a major overhaul and a relocation as it’s one of the most depressing set ups I have ever seen for a 5* hotel. Some of the machines were broken as well and ancient . Mini golf was great but why charge if it’s in the resort property?? €12 as well is toppy Staff and people were great and that was the case all over the island. Oct is a great time to go as the temperature is lovely and the island is not busy at all. Taxis are great

Leider muss ich an manchen Dinge bemängeln, die Toilette war schrecklich in so einem tollen Zimmer wie Nummer 801! Die Reinigungskraft hat für mich die Zimmern garnicht gereinigt, nur Müll rausgebracht und die Betten gerichtet! Essen Auswahl bei so einem wunderschönen Hotel mit so einer Anlage, schlecht, Veganer und Muslimische Gäste,sind dort schlecht aufgehoben, sehr wenig Essen Auswahl, oft das gleiche, Dessert nicht lecker, für mich war das Essen im Bereich Casa Bonita das beste, die Kellnerin und der Kellner, sehr Freundlich und Höflich, viele Grüße an den beiden ♥️. Das Hotel hat einen privaten Strand eingang direkt auf der gegenüber stehende Straße, das Meer ist Traumhaft schön, Fazit würde dieses Hotel immer wieder Buchen wenn ich in Rhodos wäre.

A very nice family friendly hotel. Communal areas are clean and well maintained, and a pleasant atmosphere without being loud. Generally found the food to be of a very good standard with nice variety throughout our stay.

Die Aussicht vom zimmer im 8.stock war fantastisch. Das wir nach der Eincheckzeit um 15 uhr noch 1.5 stunden auf das Zimmer warten mussten, unangenehm. Keine Entschuldigung oder ein Begrüßungsglas um die Wartezeit zu verkürzen. Lage direkt am Meer heisst man muss die Hauptverkehrsstraße der Insel überqueren. Der Strand ist aus Kies , Badeschuhe Pflicht. Das Zimmer war groß genug. Stauraum ausreichend vorhanden. Sanitäranlage nicht gerade neu. Trotz Wartezeit waren noch Haare der Vorbewohner im Zimmer und Fenster schmutzig;; wurde aber auf Geheiß gereinigt. 3 Aufzüge- einer war defekt- führten zu längeren Wartezeiten ebenso bei der Platzierung im Restaurant.- Massenabfertgung wie in einer Bahnhofshalle geprägt durch AI gäste mit Nimmwasdukriegenkannst Mentalität. Getränke auf der Karte nicht vorhanden., werden ungefragt ausgetauscht. Als ich den Wein auf der Karte wollte , wurde mir von der Bedienung gesagt ich solle netter zu ihr sein. Rollentausch. Rechnung für die Getränke kommt am Anfang des Essens. Essen ziemlich ungewürzt und britisch. Orangensaft zum Frühstück nicht nur nicht frisch sondern Instant total verzuckert. Obst zum selber schneiden oder aus der Dose. Den Pool haben wir nicht genutzt: er öffnet erst um 10 uhr um 9.30 sind alle Liegen belegt und schliesst um 18 uhr . Badehandtücher bekommt man auch nur zu dieser Zeit. Was macht 5 sterne aus? Für den Gast wohl eher sich wohl fühlen, geschätzt zu werden, Annehmlichjeiten zu haben..Fehlanzeige. .

This is a lovely hotel but I’m not a fan of all inclusive stays. We had to move on day one from another 5* hotel to this hotel and thank god there was availability. I know they are popular for some but I think standards drop especially around food and drink if this model is adopted. I know some will disagree The hotel is super clean and the pool is lovely. Restaurants could be mega but the all inclusive model doesn’t allow this unfortunately. We are out ever lunch and evening in Rhodes town. The gym needs a major overhaul and a relocation as it’s one of the most depressing set ups I have ever seen for a 5* hotel. Some of the machines were broken as well and ancient . Mini golf was great but why charge if it’s in the resort property?? €12 as well is toppy Staff and people were great and that was the case all over the island. Oct is a great time to go as the temperature is lovely and the island is not busy at all. Taxis are great

This hotel was great. Had a very comfortable large room with a balcony & hot tub. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony with morning coffee. Pools were nice but it rained the 2 full days we were there so i never got in pool Everyone was very nice & spoke english. The bed was comfortable & housekeeping did a great job

Nous avions une chambre familiale, dans lequel il y avait régulièrement des cafards. La décoration est vieillot. Forte odeur dans le couloir. Ménage très succincte. Nous avions également une suite avec piscine, dans la chambre il y avait une très forte odeur de rat mort, on nous a changé de chambre, mais il faut à chaque fois appeler pour qu’il vienne faire le ménage, il faut aller à la piscine pour changer les serviettes de piscine avant 18h , donc peut pratique qd on veux profiter de sa piscine privée Service très moyen, bon petit déjeuner. Staf is very cooperative and nice. The room was spacious and clean. Sea view stunning! However dont take the all inclusive option because the food was not tasty! Better to eat outside. Location is excellent. Many restaurants and supermarkets in the area. If you need a car you can hire from the hotel! Cars are new and comfi and even cheaper than outside.

I’m of but we’ll maintained hotel. Clean and pretty. A private beach was a nice addition. Only complaint is that there was a leak from the ceiling of my bathroom and I had to change rooms at 10 pm but not a single apology was offered.

Väldigt fint hotell med bra poolområden, restauranger och härlig service. Rummet var dock något av en besvikelse(förutom badrum) för ett 5 stjärnigt hotell. Som tur är så är man knappt på rummet. Rummet var okej men inte mer än så. Konstiga materialval på vägg och garderober. Hela rummet kändes föråldrat(förutom badrum som var renoverat och fräscht). Trots det skulle jag åka tillbaka till hotellet men då välja ett annat rum(vi hade dubbelrum med bergsutsikt). Frukosten var nämligen fantastiskt, poolområden och faciliteter är mycket bra.

I have just returned from a 9 night stay at the Olympic Palace and had a great experience. The outside of the hotel and lobby look great as you approach and all of the outside areas are beautifully landscaped. The room we had was much more spacious than expected and the big was bigger than expected (also very comfortable with lots of pillows to choose from!). We went all inclusive which I’ve never done before but it was definitely worth it for the money. The food was excellent every day, there was a lot of choice and everything was fresh and really tasty. We ate lunch in the aqua marine restaurant by the pool each day as it was easy to pop in and out which we liked! We also had dinner in Casa Bonita one night which is a really nice setting and the food was lovely. There was a good selection of drinks, the local beer was good, and also cocktails at the pool bar. All of the staff we spoke to, everyone in the dining room were really friendly, Sambika and Fatmir at the pool bar are great. The hotel had plenty of sun loungers, of course the ones by the pool go the earliest but they have more beds behind the pool. Would definitely recommend a visit to the spa, you don’t realise it’s as big as it is when you walk past but it’s beautiful inside. We also had a massage which was great and worth the money. Also recommend to play mini golf at the front of the hotel! The private beach was lovely, very tidy and the sun loungers are really comfy. Definitely pay for the pool/sea view room!

We had a pleasant and comfortable stay at this hotel. I highly recommend booking a Junior Suite (or better) or any room with a view—it’s well worth the small additional cost. The standard mountain view room felt a bit dark and somewhat gloomy, though it’s perfectly fine if you don’t plan to spend much time in the room. We were fortunate to receive a complimentary upgrade to a Junior Suite, which we truly appreciated—thank you to the management for the generous gesture. The staff is kind, friendly and helpful. The all-inclusive package is decent for the price. While it’s not luxurious, it covers all the essentials and provides good value overall.

Große Zimmer mit toller möblierter Terrassen, tolles Restaurant auf der 8 Etage mit super Ausblick, wirkt nicht überlaufen auch wenn das Hotel ausgebucht ist, außer die Liegen am Pool die leider immer schon früh morgens reserviert werden:-( Bequeme Liegen am Strand, hier bekommt man auch immer eine Platz. Nervig ist, das man für die Restaurants in Hotel vorher immer erst an der Rezeption reservieren muss. Also spontan geht da nix auch wenn noch Platz im Restaurant ist und sie schließen auch relativ früh. Aber es gibt genügend Tavernen in der Nähe.

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel did not meet the expectations we had for a five-star hotel. While there were a few positives, the overall experience left much to be desired. Cons: -The overall standard of the hotel did not match the level of a five-star rating. -The bed was uncomfortable, and the sofa bed was broken springs were visibly sticking out and the cushions wouldn't stay in place. -There was a strange and unpleasant smell in the room every time we entered. -The surfaces in the room were worn and in need of renovation. -At the pool bar, it was unclear what food was available and at what time, unless dining at the buffet. We were asked to move seats after being seated, though we could have been directed correctly from the start. -Access to the beach required crossing a busy road, which was inconvenient. -No food or drink service was available at the beach. -Staff at the pool bar/restaurant did not greet guests and we had to approach them ourselves to ask for the menu. -The staff also came across as rude and irritated by our presence, which made us feel unwelcome. -During the breakfast buffet, I asked one of the servers for more milk and she visibly showed frustration and annoyance, which was both surprising and disappointing. Pros: -Two different breakfast options were available (standard buffet and an adults-only breakfast). -Slippers and bathrobes were provided in the room. -A friendly gentleman was working at the beach taking care of sunbeds, which stood out

Pool doesn’t open until 10am and closes at 6pm so makes it pretty difficult to use the pool if you are planning any day excursions. Receptionist and dinning staff were very nice but the 2 bartenders at the pool bar where hating life and quite rude.

We had a pleasant and comfortable stay at this hotel. I highly recommend booking a Junior Suite (or better) or any room with a view—it’s well worth the small additional cost. The standard mountain view room felt a bit dark and somewhat gloomy, though it’s perfectly fine if you don’t plan to spend much time in the room. We were fortunate to receive a complimentary upgrade to a Junior Suite, which we truly appreciated—thank you to the management for the generous gesture. The staff is kind, friendly and helpful. The all-inclusive package is decent for the price. While it’s not luxurious, it covers all the essentials and provides good value overall.

Die Aussicht vom zimmer im 8.stock war fantastisch. Das wir nach der Eincheckzeit um 15 uhr noch 1.5 stunden auf das Zimmer warten mussten, unangenehm. Keine Entschuldigung oder ein Begrüßungsglas um die Wartezeit zu verkürzen. Lage direkt am Meer heisst man muss die Hauptverkehrsstraße der Insel überqueren. Der Strand ist aus Kies , Badeschuhe Pflicht. Das Zimmer war groß genug. Stauraum ausreichend vorhanden. Sanitäranlage nicht gerade neu. Trotz Wartezeit waren noch Haare der Vorbewohner im Zimmer und Fenster schmutzig;; wurde aber auf Geheiß gereinigt. 3 Aufzüge- einer war defekt- führten zu längeren Wartezeiten ebenso bei der Platzierung im Restaurant.- Massenabfertgung wie in einer Bahnhofshalle geprägt durch AI gäste mit Nimmwasdukriegenkannst Mentalität. Getränke auf der Karte nicht vorhanden., werden ungefragt ausgetauscht. Als ich den Wein auf der Karte wollte , wurde mir von der Bedienung gesagt ich solle netter zu ihr sein. Rollentausch. Rechnung für die Getränke kommt am Anfang des Essens. Essen ziemlich ungewürzt und britisch. Orangensaft zum Frühstück nicht nur nicht frisch sondern Instant total verzuckert. Obst zum selber schneiden oder aus der Dose. Den Pool haben wir nicht genutzt: er öffnet erst um 10 uhr um 9.30 sind alle Liegen belegt und schliesst um 18 uhr . Badehandtücher bekommt man auch nur zu dieser Zeit. Was macht 5 sterne aus? Für den Gast wohl eher sich wohl fühlen, geschätzt zu werden, Annehmlichjeiten zu haben..Fehlanzeige. .

This hotel was great. Had a very comfortable large room with a balcony & hot tub. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony with morning coffee. Pools were nice but it rained the 2 full days we were there so i never got in pool Everyone was very nice & spoke english. The bed was comfortable & housekeeping did a great job

I’m of but we’ll maintained hotel. Clean and pretty. A private beach was a nice addition. Only complaint is that there was a leak from the ceiling of my bathroom and I had to change rooms at 10 pm but not a single apology was offered.

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel did not meet the expectations we had for a five-star hotel. While there were a few positives, the overall experience left much to be desired. Cons: -The overall standard of the hotel did not match the level of a five-star rating. -The bed was uncomfortable, and the sofa bed was broken springs were visibly sticking out and the cushions wouldn't stay in place. -There was a strange and unpleasant smell in the room every time we entered. -The surfaces in the room were worn and in need of renovation. -At the pool bar, it was unclear what food was available and at what time, unless dining at the buffet. We were asked to move seats after being seated, though we could have been directed correctly from the start. -Access to the beach required crossing a busy road, which was inconvenient. -No food or drink service was available at the beach. -Staff at the pool bar/restaurant did not greet guests and we had to approach them ourselves to ask for the menu. -The staff also came across as rude and irritated by our presence, which made us feel unwelcome. -During the breakfast buffet, I asked one of the servers for more milk and she visibly showed frustration and annoyance, which was both surprising and disappointing. Pros: -Two different breakfast options were available (standard buffet and an adults-only breakfast). -Slippers and bathrobes were provided in the room. -A friendly gentleman was working at the beach taking care of sunbeds, which stood out

Hotelanlage unschlagbar, deshalb 5 sterne! Wir hatten einen Suite Zimmer mit der größten Terrasse, Traumhaft. Das Hotel ist mega gut ausgestattet, Wifi ist sehr gut, überall. Leider muss ich an manchen Dinge bemängeln, die Toilette war schrecklich in so einem tollen Zimmer wie Nummer 801! Die Reinigungskraft hat für mich die Zimmern garnicht gereinigt, nur Müll rausgebracht und die Betten gerichtet! Essen Auswahl bei so einem wunderschönen Hotel mit so einer Anlage, schlecht, Veganer und Muslimische Gäste,sind dort schlecht aufgehoben, sehr wenig Essen Auswahl, oft das gleiche, Dessert nicht lecker, für mich war das Essen im Bereich Casa Bonita das beste, die Kellnerin und der Kellner, sehr Freundlich und Höflich, viele Grüße an den beiden ♥️. Das Hotel hat einen privaten Strand eingang direkt auf der gegenüber stehende Straße, das Meer ist Traumhaft schön, Fazit würde dieses Hotel immer wieder Buchen wenn ich in Rhodos wäre.

I have just returned from a 9 night stay at the Olympic Palace and had a great experience. The outside of the hotel and lobby look great as you approach and all of the outside areas are beautifully landscaped. The room we had was much more spacious than expected and the big was bigger than expected (also very comfortable with lots of pillows to choose from!). We went all inclusive which I’ve never done before but it was definitely worth it for the money. The food was excellent every day, there was a lot of choice and everything was fresh and really tasty. We ate lunch in the aqua marine restaurant by the pool each day as it was easy to pop in and out which we liked! We also had dinner in Casa Bonita one night which is a really nice setting and the food was lovely. There was a good selection of drinks, the local beer was good, and also cocktails at the pool bar. All of the staff we spoke to, everyone in the dining room were really friendly, Sambika and Fatmir at the pool bar are great. The hotel had plenty of sun loungers, of course the ones by the pool go the earliest but they have more beds behind the pool. Would definitely recommend a visit to the spa, you don’t realise it’s as big as it is when you walk past but it’s beautiful inside. We also had a massage which was great and worth the money. Also recommend to play mini golf at the front of the hotel! The private beach was lovely, very tidy and the sun loungers are really comfy. Definitely pay for the pool/sea view room!

The property is located in a good location and is nice and clean. I did not like that the hotel beach does not offer any food or drinks like most other beaches in Rhodes. Also I found it a little annoying that all the entertaiments in the hotel cost additional money (pool table, game room, mini golf etc). The hotel staff were very nice and most were super friendly and curtious. The pool closed a little early (6pm) which was not pleasant because the sunset was at 8pm and it would have been pleasant to say in the pool as the day cooled a bit in the evening. Overall it was very child friendly and family orianted hotel with rooms that have super nice ocean and sunset views.

Nous avions une chambre familiale, dans lequel il y avait régulièrement des cafards. La décoration est vieillot. Forte odeur dans le couloir. Ménage très succincte. Nous avions également une suite avec piscine, dans la chambre il y avait une très forte odeur de rat mort, on nous a changé de chambre, mais il faut à chaque fois appeler pour qu’il vienne faire le ménage, il faut aller à la piscine pour changer les serviettes de piscine avant 18h , donc peut pratique qd on veux profiter de sa piscine privée Service très moyen, bon petit déjeuner. Staf is very cooperative and nice. The room was spacious and clean. Sea view stunning! However dont take the all inclusive option because the food was not tasty! Better to eat outside. Location is excellent. Many restaurants and supermarkets in the area. If you need a car you can hire from the hotel! Cars are new and comfi and even cheaper than outside.

All of the staff we spoke to, everyone in the dining room were really friendly, Sambika and Fatmir at the pool bar are great. The hotel had plenty of sun loungers, of course the ones by the pool go the earliest but they have more beds behind the pool. Would definitely recommend a visit to the spa, you don’t realise it’s as big as it is when you walk past but it’s beautiful inside. We also had a massage which was great and worth the money. Also recommend to play mini golf at the front of the hotel! The private beach was lovely, very tidy and the sun loungers are really comfy. Definitely pay for the pool/sea view room!
I have just returned from a 9 night stay at the Olympic Palace and had a great experience. The outside of the hotel and lobby look great as you approach and all of the outside areas are beautifully landscaped. The room we had was much more spacious than expected and the big was bigger than expected (also very comfortable with lots of pillows to choose from!). We went all inclusive which I’ve never done before but it was definitely worth it for the money. The food was excellent every day, there was a lot of choice and everything was fresh and really tasty. We ate lunch in the aqua marine restaurant by the pool each day as it was easy to pop in and out which we liked! We also had dinner in Casa Bonita one night which is a really nice setting and the food was lovely. There was a good selection of drinks, the local beer was good, and also cocktails at the pool bar. Gym is small and not enough equipment for a 5 star hotel. Food is literally almost the same every day. Fridge isnt refilled and there is no snack bar. Die Aussicht vom zimmer im 8.stock war fantastisch. Das wir nach der Eincheckzeit um 15 uhr noch 1.5 stunden auf das Zimmer warten mussten, unangenehm. Keine Entschuldigung oder ein Begrüßungsglas um die Wartezeit zu verkürzen. Lage direkt am Meer heisst man muss die Hauptverkehrsstraße der Insel überqueren. Der Strand ist aus Kies , Badeschuhe Pflicht. Das Zimmer war groß genug. Stauraum ausreichend vorhanden. Sanitäranlage nicht gerade neu. Trotz Wartezeit waren noch Haare der Vorbewohner im Zimmer und Fenster schmutzig;; wurde aber auf Geheiß gereinigt. 3 Aufzüge- einer war defekt- führten zu längeren Wartezeiten ebenso bei der Platzierung im Restaurant.- Massenabfertgung wie in einer Bahnhofshalle geprägt durch AI gäste mit Nimmwasdukriegenkannst Mentalität. Getränke auf der Karte nicht vorhanden., werden ungefragt ausgetauscht. Als ich den Wein auf der Karte wollte , wurde mir von der Bedienung gesagt ich solle netter zu ihr sein. Rollentausch. Rechnung für die Getränke kommt am Anfang des Essens. Essen ziemlich ungewürzt und britisch. Orangensaft zum Frühstück nicht nur nicht frisch sondern Instant total verzuckert. Obst zum selber schneiden oder aus der Dose. Den Pool haben wir nicht genutzt: er öffnet erst um 10 uhr um 9.30 sind alle Liegen belegt und schliesst um 18 uhr . Badehandtücher bekommt man auch nur zu dieser Zeit. Was macht 5 sterne aus? Für den Gast wohl eher sich wohl fühlen, geschätzt zu werden, Annehmlichjeiten zu haben..Fehlanzeige. .

Staf is very cooperative and nice. The room was spacious and clean. Sea view stunning! However dont take the all inclusive option because the food was not tasty! Better to eat outside. Location is excellent. Many restaurants and supermarkets in the area. If you need a car you can hire from the hotel! Cars are new and comfi and even cheaper than outside.

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel did not meet the expectations we had for a five-star hotel. While there were a few positives, the overall experience left much to be desired. Cons: -The overall standard of the hotel did not match the level of a five-star rating. -The bed was uncomfortable, and the sofa bed was broken springs were visibly sticking out and the cushions wouldn't stay in place. -There was a strange and unpleasant smell in the room every time we entered. -The surfaces in the room were worn and in need of renovation. -At the pool bar, it was unclear what food was available and at what time, unless dining at the buffet. We were asked to move seats after being seated, though we could have been directed correctly from the start. -Access to the beach required crossing a busy road, which was inconvenient. -No food or drink service was available at the beach. -Staff at the pool bar/restaurant did not greet guests and we had to approach them ourselves to ask for the menu. -The staff also came across as rude and irritated by our presence, which made us feel unwelcome. -During the breakfast buffet, I asked one of the servers for more milk and she visibly showed frustration and annoyance, which was both surprising and disappointing. Pros: -Two different breakfast options were available (standard buffet and an adults-only breakfast). -Slippers and bathrobes were provided in the room. -A friendly gentleman was working at the beach taking care of sunbeds, which stood out

Otelin konumu çok işlek yerde, yemekler ve temizlik konusunda harika idi. Sadece sevmediğim şey, herşey dahil müşteri olmamıza rağmen gece 12’den sonra içkinin paralı olması ve barlarda herşey dahil müşterilerine sınırlı içecek olması idi. The super-soft beds resulted in terrible sleep and back pain. I am glad I only booked this hotel for four nights. Noise from the hallways and surrounding rooms made the stay even worse. There was no space by the pool unless you laid out your towel and stayed with it an hour before opening time; otherwise, it would be removed by the staff. A disappointing experience compared to the description

It seems to cater more to all inclusive customers, which we were not. We had breakfast each morning which was fine, but nothing special. However, we tried 2 other restaurants and the food was poor. For example in their al a carte restaurant I chose fish taco as a starter, which consisted of a frozen fish finger with coleslaw. Really not acceptable.
