Superb hotel. Clean, quiet, spacious, helpful staff. Soundproof room. Fabulous sundown deck with chilled music from the resident dj. Private beach with fresh towels daily. Excellent food at a great price.

I realize it’s part of the architecture. However, it was so frustrating having to constantly switch elevators from our room to the pool and to get to our car. Also, those are som of the slowest elevators we’ve ever experienced. The pool is Amazing! We enjoyed having access to shade at all times. The fresh mint, oregano, hot lips sage, and basil made the pool area pleasantly aromatic and calming. Having the pomegranate trees and grapes growing on the property was also sweet to see when one is trying to relax. Thank you for all the details in those areas. And you have the best breakfast buffet ! It was a highlight of starting each day!

We had 5 power cuts in 4 days some lasting 4 hours which was not good especially when at breakfast we could not get some hot drinks . Pool area and all rooms , reception, dining room and terraces were really lovely

Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! I stayed at the Sheraton Rhodes in June 2025 on a leisure trip, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. The location is fantastic, with easy access to restaurants and shops. The room was perfectly quiet, which made for a great night’s sleep. The room itself was spotless, spacious, and well-designed. The bed was extremely comfortable. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day. The staff were genuinely welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. Sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und schnell. Lediglich einige andere Gäste hielten sich nicht an die Kleiderordnung beim Abendessen (offene Hemden, Badeschuhe, Badehose usw) Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und lecker. Das Frühstück war nach einigen Tagen ein wenig eintönig, aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau. Das Hotel liegt an einer Hauptstraße die direkt nach Rhodos Stadt innerhalb 10 min führt und rundherum sind einige kleine Supermärkte und Restaurants. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Dejligt hotel. Ekstrasengen var også god og stor. Sødt personale. Dejlig mad. Gode pools. Stenstrand med store bølger men luftede dejligt. Rengøringspersonalet meget larmende om morgenen, selvom jeg bad dem være mindre larmende. De råbte til hinanden med af gangene kl. 8.30 om morgenen når man er på ferie….

The selection was outstanding, with something for everyone — from fresh fruits and pastries to hot dishes and local specialties. It was the perfect way to start each day. The resort has several on-site restaurants, and we were thoroughly impressed with the food at each one. Every meal was delicious, with great variety and surprisingly affordable prices for a resort of this caliber. The pools were another standout — crystal clear, clean, and surrounded by plenty of space to relax. The entire property was exceptionally well-kept, and the staff really made our stay special. This property does not warrant a 5* rating. Updating is needed across the board. The lift doors are rusted and dirty, the hallways leading to the rooms are not hoovered daily, towels are worn out with holes. To top it all off, our room was infested with ants and the solution was to simply spray raid which did not solve the problem. Another room was offered but it was even more worn out than the room we had. Although a price list was present for the mini bar, it was practically empty with only two small bottles of water. This was meant to be a birthday celebration trip but instead we spent as much time outside the resort as we couldnt deal with the lack lustre surroundings. If you are looking for 5* luxury, this isn’t it.

We did book a Garden View room but did receive an upgrade to Sea View room upon check-in. Thank you!! Unfortunately, the wifi was very poor inside the room. We informed reception and even a technician came but eventually it wasn’t (or couldn’t) be fixed. Also, the master switch to switch off the main light, switches off half off the power sockets. The technician fixed it with extension cables. Thank you!!! We were pretty disappointed with the breakfast. Coffee was not tasty (filter and also machine), scrambled eggs made from powder; fried mushrooms were canned mushrooms; not one decent dark bread was offered; fruits and vegetables we tried were not tasty; and overall the same selection every day. most of the staff was wonderful.

Hotel,staff,all the facilities, location is amazing. Beach very close with lots of shops and restaurants close by. The actual room, the views were beautiful but the room facilities were basic. Not a 5 star room. But the hotel it self the pools and communal areas were of a very good standard. The rooms had oddly located plugs, no mirror close to where a hair dryer could be plugged. The dressing mirror was over the tea coffee facility. Could not charge any devices unless we were in the room or overnight unless a light was left on.

Insgesamt ein gutes, großes und sehr weitläufiges Hotel mit 12 Etagen 3 Pools und einem großzügigen Frühstücksbufett. Wir hatten ein Panoramazimmer mit freiem Ausblick auf das Meer gebucht. Bekommen haben wir zwar ein Zimmer mit Meerblick, jedoch am letzen Ende, das auf dem Balkon an einer Seite an eine Mauer grenzte. Dies hat nicht den Erwartungen an ein Panoramazmer entsprochen. Schade!!
Insgesamt ein gutes, großes und sehr weitläufiges Hotel mit 12 Etagen 3 Pools und einem großzügigen Frühstücksbufett. Wir hatten ein Panoramazimmer mit freiem Ausblick auf das Meer gebucht. Bekommen haben wir zwar ein Zimmer mit Meerblick, jedoch am letzen Ende, das auf dem Balkon an einer Seite an eine Mauer grenzte. Dies hat nicht den Erwartungen an ein Panoramazmer entsprochen. The staff was nice. But the place lack of the attention to details that make a five star hotel. No bath robe, no sleepers, minibar empty. Two small bottles of water only the first day,they leave another two in my last day. Food was ok. The waiters in the Mediterraneo were very nice. Room service very fast. Swimming pool a little noisy as there were children (not bothered about it). The sunset from the beach and main deck very nice.

overall, a good short trip after a week sailing. The bed was so comfortable and the room was exactly what was needed. We were upgraded to a Seaview which was stunning. But what let it down was Service. Some really lovely friendly staff but no clue on how to deal with little hiccups. A couple of issues that were not significant arose at dinner. What you would expect from any decent hotel, especially a Sheraton would be to be comped some drinks or given a small gesture to make up for the problem. We got an apology but no other gesture which was surprising and disappointing. it was also very busy and at times is very noisy around the pool.

We had an amazing stay at the Sheraton Rhodes Resort and are already looking forward to coming back! The hotel itself is modern and beautifully maintained — everything from the lobby to the rooms felt fresh, stylish, and welcoming. Our room was spotless and very comfortable, with all the amenities we could need. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast bar. The selection was outstanding, with something for everyone — from fresh fruits and pastries to hot dishes and local specialties. It was the perfect way to start each day. The resort has several on-site restaurants, and we were thoroughly impressed with the food at each one. Every meal was delicious, with great variety and surprisingly affordable prices for a resort of this caliber. The pools were another standout — crystal clear, clean, and surrounded by plenty of space to relax. The entire property was exceptionally well-kept, and the staff really made our stay special. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. The location is perfect — close to the beach, not far from Old Town Rhodes, and easy to get around. Whether you're looking to relax or explore, it's a fantastic base. We truly can’t wait to return and would highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting Rhodes!

This hotel is overall good and was pleasant enough however this hotel leaves you slightly underwhelmed. For instance the lobby area is large and has a beautiful large decking area on the 7th floor offering panoramic views of the coast line and Turkey. This should be utilised as a bar, seating area where drinks are served to guests and should be a focal point. The reality is that it isn't used at all. No tables no chairs, no way of sitting out and enjoying the views, space. Furthermore the pools are small for the size of the hotel and could benefit from an additional pool instead of the Tennis court and basketball court which gets very little use. Housekeeping was good however lacking in attention, no refills of the shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion meant we ran out half way through the break. Waiter service and means of calling for drinks at poolside would be appreciated. Terrible Taxi service to the old town frequently having to wait fat too long for a taxi and when they do come all too often you are faced with taxi drivers placing several grps in the same taxi and charging each grp the ae fair. This is unacceptable and the reception desk seem to think this is acceptable and do nothing when a complaint is raised. The majority of guests use taxis to go to the old town, the hotel knows the problem so provide a frequent and regular inhouse shuttle service. Problem solved. Breckfast is basic the cooked breckfast is barely edible.. Overall I wouldnt choose to stay here again.

Stayed in five star hotels in many countries and l think this is the best hotel I’ve stayed at. Staff are wonderful. Stayed 3 weeks and loved it. Don’t usually leave reviews but this was exceptional service all round.

I had a wonderful experience for 4 days at this resort while recovering with an injury I got a few days before arriving. From check in through check out, transportation arrangements, guest services, dining in the restaurants, the breakfast buffet, spa services and laundry service/housekeeping, the service, staff and quality was top of the line! Special thanks to Vuola and Eti in dining for their extra care and friendly manner. Everyone I met at the hotel seemed to genuinely love their job and service. I needed extra care and assistance and they were always willing to help. They also seemed to love working together as colleagues and I saw a lot of teamwork. Thank you, Sheraton Rhodes!

I had a knee injury before I arrived at the Sheraton Rhodes, and the staff were absolutely wonderful and helpful; they provided a wheelchair for our room for the entire stay and were very kind as I had limited mobility. The restaurant staff always accommodated my wheelchair and helped me. I’m genuinely so grateful to everyone at the Sheraton for their kind, considerate help.

Hôtel bien entretenu et très propre, excellent déjeuner. L’insonorisation n’est pas parfaite selon les voisins que vous aurez…L’hôtel est excentre du centre, on peut marcher jusqu’au centre ville c’est une bonne marche, agréable car il y a un sentier près de la mer. Les taxis sont facile d’accès une station est à 5 minutes de marche, les prix sont fixes, affichés et respectés.

We had a wonderful time, we just hadn’t realised we would be on the windy side of the island… very very windy. Food options in the hotel were pretty pricey and the local restaurant options didn’t look that appealing. The beach is grit rather than sand… but I’m being harsh - we genuinely had a wonderful time

Perfect location for some R &R. Spectacular scenic view. Choice of several pools and the beaches. Public bus to Rhodes Old Town, just out side the hotel makes transportation easy, several good restaurants with walking distance. Staff were very friendly, and buffet breakfast very tasty. Definitely would stay again if we were in Rhodes.

Beautiful hotel. Staff very friendly in the hotel and round the pool. Bedrooms lovely with fabulous sea views. Breakfast had everything from fruit to cooked breakfast. Plenty of room round the pool and a private beach area when needing sea breeze. Restaurant menus very limited or would have had more meals in hotel but plenty of lovely local restaurants.

It was not bad, except the resteraunt food led to food poisoning the first day. In addition, resteraunt staff hD no clue I paid with charge card rather than charge to room.

The Rooms are very clean and tidy, the outside areas are very good in fact it's a lovely hotel, my only criticism is meal timings. Good resort hotel you need to book a sea view.The food was excelent and staff were very helpful and friendly . The swimming pooles were brillant with lots of sun beds .The only negectives were beer 10 euros a pint and cheapest wine bottle 45 euros.

Breakfast had a great variety of local foods and there were plenty of options in general. The grounds were very well kept. The pools were great, the beach was easily accessible. The staff at every location was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay immensely!
