Positives: Loads of food selection, more options than anyone could want or need Entertainment team were great - our 3 year old loved the mini disco. Evening stuff was good Location is handy for Rhodes Old Town and the beach We went in April so it was good value for money Negatives Drinks were very watered down. Wine/Beer/Cocktails barely alcoholic Cleaners tried to come into the room every day at 8.30 despite having the sign on the door and saying no thank you every day Pool was freezing cold to the point it was unusable Mattress was so uncomfortable

Staff are helpful and polite when you ask for anything. Extremely busy here, queue for over 10 minutes to enter the restaurant. Close to beach and shops. Pool is rammed. Rhodes old town is well worth the visit and the old town behind the walls. Very, very noisy. If you want/ need 6 hours sleep or more then this really isn't the place for you, it's impossible to stay asleep it's the hotel that never sleeps. Don't usually get to sleep before 2am due to people coming back from the bar and continuing the party in their rooms re-arranging all the furniture then it starts at 7am again. That was our biggest issue, lack of sleep. No air con is difficult and sleep with doors open, I know it seems pretty standard for hotels not to have air con in April, it was very difficult with the noise outside to sleep also.

Good

We had a good offer so the price was really nice. The food was very good with many options. The room might be small for 3 persons but you usually would want to go arround the island or the facilities. You should take note that this is made for vacation during good weather. If the weather is bad the closed facilities (eg restaurant) have limited capacity and you might need to wait for a freee table. When it stopped raining and the outside tables were open you did not have to wait .In general it is a very good all-inclusive option.

We went on holiday start of the APRIL i think, resort was just opened hence the facilities were trying to clean the pool, the children entertainment teams were just arriving and also the night entertainment was not started. It was bit of disappointment but the overall food and staff and transportation was really good.
