The room was very nice and clean. Soacious room. Rooftop bar was good. Food was descent. Its an extra plus that the hotel offers free valet parking. If you like to be in downtown its a perfect spot.

hotel was pretty good and the staff from the valet to front desk and servers very friendly. clean room, big room, it does have spa, gim, jacuzzi, buffet at the roof top, bar. we walked to the ave revolution to walk and dinning, very good food and it's like 3rd ave stores open late

The Hotel was beautiful and the staff was great!! Super friendly. I only have one complaint. Parking is not guaranteed! The description tells you its free which it is but it fails to tell you they have limited space. When we arrived they had parking but the next day when we requested our truck I was told VERY rudely by one of the parking guys that if i take my truck when I return he will not have parking for me and i needed to figure out on my own where to park it. This was very inconvenient as i explained to them i do my research and specifically select hotels that have parking included so that i dont have to worry about where to store my truck. I dont normally leave reviews but this was Unacceptable. We had planned to use this hotel for all our future visits but because of how this was handled we will not.

We didn’t have breakfast here. Tool was very clean and comfortable. Large tv with all the apps you need to watch your favorite shows. Internet was really fast too. We stayed here a couple of times before and always were comfortable.

Staff and rooms are always usually clean...but alot of the rooms have a sewage smell or smoke smell. The sewage smell comes from the sink..someone came and changed the pipe but it still smells. Must not have a p trap which keeps the smell from coming back up the pipes. Very unhealthy smell and disgusting. Be sure to check out your room first so you can switch if it smells.

Overall, my stay was good, but there were a few issues. The bedsheets had some stains, and the sink didn’t drain properly. The staff in general was nice — the night bellboy helped me a lot and was very kind. However, the front desk lady at check-out, named Mary, was quite rude. I asked if I could store my luggage (which most hotels usually offer), but she refused. I also asked her a question about nearby places, and she said she didn’t know, in a very dismissive way. Other than that, everything was fine. I only used the hotel to rest a bit between flights.

Beware I was in room 326 ac was not working at all i came the desk immediately and I took 45 mins just for them to check the ac .. it was a hot day and the room was an oven they didn’t move me to another room and they offered me some portable fan that did nothing .. management didn’t care and when I checked out I wasn’t even offered a sorry

The staff was very kind and helpful. Our 1st room had this sewer smell 2nd room was ok but hot AC unit only cool down on one side of the room. It looks like they just updated the hotel but have little misshapen all over the room and bathroom. I hope they take care of these issues soon.

Upon arriving we had to wait 30 minutes to check in because there was no one on the front desk. Apparently the associate had to step out to bring lunch in. Another staff member (in charge of valet parking and luggage help us but was unable to do the check in process). Amenities are limited to old and stain towels. The bedsheets where stained and damaged. The pillows had a very bad odor, humid, and pillowcases where overused and stain. Bathroom no shampoo or conditioners. No dryer, no soap, no extra blankets, no iron or iron board

It's a brand new property I think it's been open just a few weeks. The rooms are nice. The employees helpful and friendly. It's a block and a half from Avenida Revolución but it's quiet. There's a Calimax supermarket on the corner and a Farmacia Roma on the corner across the street. It's a very walkable location in el Centro.

Loved the property in and of itself. It’s right in Downtown Tijuana, so you probably don’t want to be walking around the vicinity at night. If you’re not familiar with navigating in TJ be careful.

Very Good Hotel, well located. Downtown Tijuana, two blocks away from the emblematic Ceasars Restaurant. Super clean, great breakfast, super nice terrace for a drink. I wikk come back. Spacious rooms. Windows to hallways, but better for me, to avoid outside noisy street.

My stay here was enjoyable. The staff was friendly, and the rooms were great. The outdoor terrace restaurant was a nice surprise and the food was excellent. My only suggestion to visitors would be to take advantage of the free coffee in the lobby rather than order $3.00 coffee on the terrace at breakfast time. The coffee on the terrace came out of a thermos and was lukewarm. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this hotel. The price was right, and the location was near everything.
