Lights by bed not working. Elevators really slow. Charge for water in room???

Great rooms, convenient location, nice staff and a good atmosphere. Only downside was one working elevator. That meant taking the stairs more often than would have liked.

Everything was good except they lost our keys/car at the valet. We got the text when we dropped it off but it wasn't in the system. They finally found it when we were leaving but then couldn't find our keys. They were in the back of the valet desk like they were discarded. It delayed us in getting to an event and we were late and also worried about our car.

Very nice hotel and walkable to everything. Nice gym, lobby area and terrace. Would stay again. Downfall was only 1 elevator working so super slow and took many texts to get our room cleaned after a 3 night stay

Nice hotel, clean spacious rooms, large bathroom, nice suite area. Lobby very pretty and smells great. Inside and outside rooftop bar were very nice. Drinks great and reasonably priced, bar staff very personable.
