Decent staff and room was alright. But like many hotels these days from our experience (maybe cause I'm a Tradesman) could use a bit of maintenance....couple lights out, tub drain very lazy, fridge weak. Thankfully room was clean! Another thing that was frustrating was the $30 fee for 1 night of parking in the NON secured underground.

It was a great stay, attentive cleaners, great location. Pool and hot tub were perfect. Only thing missing was to have robes in the room before going to the pool, but we asked and got them :) it was awesome. Thanks again!

Friendly staff, clean rooms and hotel. Pool and hot tub was very chlorine and hard on the eyes, but it was relaxing otherwise. Restaurant in hotel had great food and drinks. Conveniently located with in walking distance to BC place, Rogers Arena and the shopping district. Would definitely recommend staying here again.

Room was clean and there was very little noise from hallways. A bit outdated but not worn down. Suite included a very comfotable living space and the kitchenette was well stocked. Great location for going to events. Restaraunt on site very good too. We will be coming back.

The kitchen area has ants!!!! They invaded my food. The first time I stayed for 3 nights, no issues. The second time I stayed also for 3 in ights, ants in the kitchen. Won't be staying here anymore. Not worth it. The lobby also smells of something....I don't know what, but it wasn't there before.

We had a fantastic stay at Rosedale On Robson Suite Hotel! The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always happy to help with any questions we had. The location was perfect—close to everything! We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

BED BUGS! Unfortunately discovered bed bugs in the room after I woke up with bites all over. What was even worse was the complete lack of proper protocol or support from the staff. There was no offer to dry clean clothes, no offer to refund the stay, no bags provided to seal belongings, and no communication from management despite reporting the issue immediately. I can deal with the dated mediocre rooms. I cannot deal with the complete lack of action from management on a very serious health issue. Read other reviews! This is not an isolated incident.

The bathroom had hair all over it (head and pubic). All over the toilet, floor and tub. Even the walls. And the mirror had spots and streaks, it was clear it was not cleaned with any care. It's pretty bad when you have to clean the space when you arrive to feel comfortable. Makes me question the quality of the cleaning for the rest of the room. I will let the front desk know when I leave because I am not interested in inviting a disgruntled cleaning staff into my space while I am in the room.

Loved the spacious room, with big windows, enjoyed our street view. Was woken up by extremely loud sirens, even through my earplugs, which can’t be helped I guess. Lovely location in a pretty neighborhood with lots of dining options. Room was a bit dated but so roomy that we didn’t mind. Enjoyed the complimentary wine. Would definitely stay again

The sitting area and kitchen was a bonus that I did not realize was included in the room. Room was clean overall. Loved all the areas where there were mirrors with outlets. I can imagine this suite being perfect for a large group getting ready for a night on the town. Location is great and parkade felt safe. The mattresses were comfortable, however, a more substantial quilt would have been nice. The heating system was so loud we left it off at night. Thus it got quite cold. The fridge was also loud. The Keurig was not working. Housekeeping came promptly to address this.

While this was a safe and adequate place to stay I was surprised with how hard the bed was and how noisy the street sounds were (we were on the third floor). It was affordable, but I should have read the reviews more closely before booking.

The room was good, clean and comfortable. Had a very discouraging check in when asking for the VIP perk of 1 bottle of wine had to go through A Lot to get it. Took 10 minutes, but finally found the proof we were eligible, the reception took both my phone and my IPad to the back, very difficult, probably won’t stay there again.

Customer service has been amazing…check in was wonderful…they offered our toddler a toy from the toy chest, which is just a nice little touch…further they allowed an early check in, which made the day much easier…fully recommend.

I’ve stayed at the Rosedale on Robson twice now, and both visits have been great. The staff are consistently friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which really adds to the overall experience. The location is also incredibly convenient, with restaurants, shops, and entertainment all within easy walking distance. On my way to the airport I realized I hadn’t grabbed any cash, and I felt bad not being able to leave something for the team. An option through the front desk, added to the room charge, or even a simple QR code would make it much easier for guests to show their appreciation. Platinum perks ignored. No free bottle of wine and upgrade provided. One request was made in advance for high floor. Also ignored and placed on lowest floor in a room that hadn’t been updated since the 1980s. Location is good however; but don’t expect a modern hotel.

Very spacious. Excellent area to stay in if you are going to an event near by at Rogers Arena or BC Place. You are paying for convince. Parking lot not easy to get to via GPS and very tight if you have a truck. Great place to stay.

My granddaughter and i entered the breakfast room with no questions asked but when my daughter and teenage grandson tried to enter after us they were denied entey as they did not have a black colored room key. The woman called the front desk and was told none of us were allowed to have breakfast as we booked through Expedia and not the hotel directly but i was told at check in that there was breakfast available. Not pleased AT ALL!!!!

Hotel was walking distance to everything so very happy about that , not satisfied with breakfast offered it was 22$ per person and it was only cold food available danish, fruit, cereal etc…. We got our money back and found a nice restaurant that served full hot breakfast for half the price so for such a nice a hotel this was disappointing

The hotel was perfectly located downtown with easy access to cafes, restaurants, shopping and attractions. The front desk staff, concierge and doormen were very friendly and it was quite clean. However, everything needs an update! There was a small pool but it needed updating, as did the makeshift workout "room", which consisted of a few machines in the entrance to the pool, and bottom of the stairwell. It looked like it may have previously been an entrance to the front drive. Very strange and puzzling set-up. Our room was a double suite, but it was so small that the window curtains were overhanging the pillow of the second bed. It was great having a second sink in the kitchette area though, as well as a fridge and some dishware. I don't know what "VIP" package you are referring to, but we didn't receive it. We did notice there was a breakfast being offered to guests with a black room key card, but we only had the white ones. Not a problem though, as there was a myriad of options just outside the hotel. If we are due some compensation for missing out on this, will we get a refund? Thank you.

Enjoyed this hotel and location prior to taking Alaska cruise. Furnishings a bit out dated but kitchenette is a bonus that other hotels do not offer. On site restaurant OJ's was also great but many good dining options close by.
