We loved our stay here. Fabulous location, great room with super comfortable bed. We had a yummy breakfast each morning and were able to book in for the spa and sauna which was lovely (45mins per booking). We didn’t get to enjoy it more than once though but that’s because we were out enjoying Paris! We walked everywhere from the hotel, but there was also the Metro right near us so it was super easy getting around. The staff were friendly and helpful, with great suggestions on local restaurants 😊 Only feedback would be for the cleaning crew - we had dirty glasses in our room on arrival and they made up our room but left us with no toilet paper at all. I had to go down to reception to request it. They also left a dirty plate in there as well as our spa robes and slippers. We will definitely stay here again next time we’re in Paris ♥️

Very soft and cosy bed, and a good size room for 2 people. Very close to the metro and quite a few anime/manga stores nearby. The previous guest left their bikini in the closet so I'm not sure about how clean the room actually was. Other than that we were very satisfied with our stay. Nice breakfast selection with several different type of coffee (cappuccino, latte and like 8 other types), freshly squeezed juices.

Arrived later than expected, had emailed ahead to let them know. Night Manager met us in the street and gave us a great welcome. Showed us to our room and invited us downstairs for a drink. Room was big enough with window that opened, overlooking a spiral staircase. Bathroom and bedroom were extremely clean. Tea/coffee facilities in room. Water replenished everyday. Bed very comfy. Hotel rooms and corridors very quiet. Breakfast room very quaint with a good selection of food and drink. Hotel reception was lovely. All staff from managers to housekeeping, even the handyman were all very friendly and helpful. Hotel in a brilliant location. Metro at end of street. Lots of great restaurants in the location. Would definitely recommend this hotel and I would certainly stay here again. A very relaxing stay.

Great hotel, excellent location, wonderful staff, nice breakfast, enormous bathroom. We hade a very nice stay. Yes, the family room (prestige) is a bit small for a family, but you're in Paris and shouldn't spend more time in the room than necessary. The bathroom was absurdly large, never seen anything like it in Paris. Would not hesitate to stay there again, its a lovely little gem.

Family of 3 and we stayed in the Executive Room on the 6th floor, which had a furnished terrace right off the sitting area, which was perfect because my daughter didn’t want to put away her bed so we just sat outside instead. Everything was absolutely delightful! Breakfast was amazing, staff was helpful and friendly, and the room was adorable, spacious (for Paris!), and quiet. Small issue: fridge was not working, but we let them know upon checkout so hopefully it’s fixed if you end up booking the same room.

Smaller room, but lovely large windows allowed for wonderful natural light. Super clean, really comfortable bed, nice shower/water pressure and very friendly/accommodating staff!! Even provided large umbrella when it was raining outside. Location is great too! Would definitely stay at this property again.

I booked a superior room but was given a triple room. I questioned it and was told it was a superior room. I checked the website and there was a clear delineation between a superior room with a double bed and a sofa, and a triple room with a double bed plus single bed. I returned to reception and asked to be moved to the room I booked. Initially he said the two were interchangeable but I challenged this because would three guests booking a triple be given a superior? I didn’t understand how it was different because a sofa was useful for my stay and an additional bed superfluous. He said it was impossible to change because it was fully booked which I accepted, but said he would enquire and get back to us about the other nights as we were there for three. This never happened, it’s like they just wanted to brush it under the carpet. Suggestion in future - acknowledge a mistake made and offer some form of compensation however small instead of trying to gaslight guests. It spoiled the stay, which is a shame because the hotel is nice and the private spa was lovely. However the room was small I think if there were three guests using it they would struggle in the space especially with luggage too. The room would benefit from a little fridge to keep drinks cold.

Much of the staff was extremely helpful and went above and beyond for a couple of special requests I made. Very good hotel for the price, and the are around the property is interesting no matter which direction you travel. Close enough to Le Marais without being in the thick of it, and the walk to get there is full of great shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Our first trip to Paris, and it didn't disappoint. Clean rooms, friendly professional staff, excellent amenities. Just off line 5 of the metro which makes getting to and from Gard Du Nord exceptionally easy. We didn't spend much time in the hotel itself as we were on a flying trip, but the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the shower was excellent. Want somewhere that looks beautiful, easy to get to, friendly and in a wonderful part of the city? Then this hotel is it.

I really liked the decor of the hotel. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is close to the metro station and has a couple of mini supermarkets around. The room didn't have a lot of natural light as the only window was out to a small courtyard. The breakfast options were very limited and I was a bit disappointed with what was on offer.
