Hôtel AKENA Serris - Val d'Europe

The hotel is 10 min drive from Disneyland Paris. Everything is new and very clean. They clean the rooms and bathrooms every day. They have everything you need, from towels, soap, hairdryer, TV, and the room temperature can be changed as you prefer. They have a restaurant and a bar, where you can order to eat or drink up to 10pm. Breakfast very rich, for everyone's taste. We were very happy with everything, and we strongly recommend their service. Thank you very much for everything!

Stayed here for one night after a long day at Disneyland Paris. Great location (just under 10 mins away) - parking is 10 euros for the night, which was fine, it was secure underground. Check in was prompt, room was lovely. Bed comfortable and very large! Two pillows each, nice big tv, excellent shower, clearly a new or very recent build, very clean, fresh and tidy. Will definitely return.

Parkeergeld rekenen bij een hotel terwijl de parkeer garage niet afgesloten is, ik zou de auto de volgende keer buiten laten staan

Onze 1ste ervaring in dit hotel. Schone ruime kamer, dichtbij Disneyland Parijs Vriendelijk personeel, bij de receptie en de bar! Komen zeker nog eens terug

Parking couvert, hotel récent, chambre spacieuse

hôtel très propre. Ayant un problème d’ascenseur, ils n’ont pas souhaité me faire payer le parking.

La chambre est propre, le matelas très confortable et le grand écran personnalisé est appréciable. Cependant quelques petites améliorations comme une étagère ou un porte manteau pour poser les vêtements dans la salle de bain serait un plus. La possibilité de ne pas faire faire la chambre en contre partie d'une boisson offerte par occupant de la chambre est une bonne idée. Le petit déjeuner à volonté est assez varié. L'hôtel est très calme et proche de Disneyland et du Val d'Europe. Le restaurant jouxtant l'hôtel est un plus non négligeable.

Loved our stay here! We stayed one night before our Disney hotel and it was so clean and spacious. We particularly liked the seperate room with the bunk beds. Room was huge. Parking on site cost us extra but felt very safe and had a direct lift up to the rooms. We did have an issue with our free breakfast, but once I’d shown our reservation receipt it was honoured. We did however struggle to find a table at breakfast, the room was small but the food was nice. Wasn’t topped up as quick as it could have been though - maybe busy during Halloween? We would consider returning but possibly skip the breakfast next time.

Super geräumige Familienzimmer, modern eingerichtet. Frühstück hat uns auch sehr gut geschmeckt. 8 min zum Disneyland mit dem Auto. Alle sehr freundlich. Tiefgaragenparkplätze sind ebenfalls super praktisch. Kommen gerne wieder!

Das Zimmer war sauber, mit Teppichboden und macht einen guten und gepflegten Eindruck. Das Bett war bequem, auch waren mehrere Kissen zur Auswahl (auch im Schrank befand sich noch ein Kissen). Das Zimmer verfügte über eine funktionierende Klimaanlage, auch konnte das Fenster problemlos geöffnet werden. (leider frühmorgens laute Anlieferungen am Hotel) Mehrere Steckdosen und am Bett befanden sich auf der einen Seite ein USB und ein UBS-C Steckplatz. Geräumiges Bad mit separatem WC, Allerdings ist Platzierung der Beleuchtung leider sehr schlecht gewählt (nämlich mittig im Raum) so dass man zB bei der Rasur komplett im Schatten stand, und sich im Spiegel nicht richtig gesehen hat. Die Türkarte hat mehrmals nicht funktioniert, Das Hotel wurde ja erst letztes Jahr eröffnet, zeigt aber bereits an vielen Stellen arge Gebrauchsspuren und Flecken an den Wänden. (zwar noch im erträglichen Bereich, aber für ein so neues Hotel …) Unter dem Fenster befand sich ein großer Wasserfleck, der zwar wohl mal teilweise ausgebessert wurde, aber er ist beim Entfernen der bodenlangen Gardine sofort aufgefallen. Sauberkeit im Treppenhaus, und vor allem im Treppenhaus zur Tiefgarage. Das Hotel verfügt eigentlich über 2 Fahrstühle, von denen aber nur einer bis in die Tiefgarage fährt. Genau dieser war während meines kompletten Aufenthaltes (und auch danach, wie mir von anderen Gästen berichtet wurde) Defekt. Also Gepäck über das dreckige Treppenhaus schleppen. Tiefgarage sehr staubig und unfertig.

Hôtel très agréable une grande chambre, super propre.

La chambre etait spacieuse et bien agencée. Le lit très confortable et environnement très calme.le petit + : le restaurant collé à l’hotel (la côte et arête) que est super Le - : sol de la chambre sale, l’aspirateur n’avait pas été passé, il y avait des miettes sur la table de la chambre et au sol miettes de chips et pain, ce qui n’est pas agréable quand on arrive à 00h30 ! Et le lendemain matin nous svons constaté qu’il n’y avait pas de savon dans la douche.......c’etait la chambre 309

Das Hotel war sauber und modern. Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte eine große Auswahl. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt, weil die Servicekräfte sehr nett und zuvorkommend waren.

Que ce soit de l’accueil jusqu’au départ tout était réellement parfait. La chambre standard est super, le lit est incroyable tout est propre rien à redire ! Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et je n’hésiterai pas à y retourner et à le recommander autour de moi ! Merci !

Un séjour parfait ! La chambre était d’une propreté irréprochable, le lit très confortable, aucune mauvaise odeur (ni tabac ni autre), tout était impeccable. L’accueil a été chaleureux et professionnel. De plus, l’hôtel est très calme : aucun bruit pendant la nuit, j’ai vraiment très bien dormi. Je recommande vivement cet établissement, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !

Gorgeous place. Huge family room. Will come again

We stayed here just so we could visit Disneyland. It was very close and convenient. We took an Uber, but we did notice people walking to the bus stop which was nearby. My kids loved the bunkbeds in the bedroom. The staff are friendly and accommodating.

Hotel was lovely, clean and modern but the temperature of the rooms let it down. Despite advertising AC, our room had none, instead it had the heat on (and it was 35degrees outside). We spoke to reception many times about this and were repeatedly told that this would be resolved and we’d have access to the AC but in the meantime they’d access it from their side and cool the room down. None of this happened. The coolest our room got overnight was 25degrees and left us unable to sleep and feeling very ill. We felt constantly brushed off whenever we asked about it and the customer service left a lot to be desired.

Le personnel est tres sympathique, chambre propre Seul bemol, 1 ascenseur qui ne finctionne pas, le wifi HS et on capte vraiment tres mal la 5G, ma porte de chambre tres dure a ouvrir. J’ai du faire appel a un membre du personnel pour m’aider. (Qui etait tres gentil)

The hotel was lovely, very modern, really friendly staff and would be great if you’re visiting, 5 mins drive to get to the park, the only let down for me was the WIF, really slow and poor signal, I had work to do the night we were there and really struggled, I’d expect such a modern hotel to have their WIFI access to be top, what made it worse was the mobile signal was shockingly bad too, otherwise great hotel.

Otele erken gelmemize ve odanın verilmeyeceğini söylediler fakat istersek bavulları emanete ücretsiz bir şekilde teslim edeceklerini söylediler ki öyle yaptık. Hemen uberle 7euro disneye gectik. Dönüşte de otelin yanında bir durak var. Disneyin hemen çıkışında duraktan otobüse bindik ve 8 dk da oteldeydik.

Belle chambre, accueil sympathique

Hotel was lovely, clean and modern but the temperature of the rooms let it down. Despite advertising AC, our room had none, instead it had the heat on (and it was 35degrees outside). We spoke to reception many times about this and were repeatedly told that this would be resolved and we’d have access to the AC but in the meantime they’d access it from their side and cool the room down. None of this happened. The coolest our room got overnight was 25degrees and left us unable to sleep and feeling very ill. We felt constantly brushed off whenever we asked about it and the customer service left a lot to be desired.

This was a great stay. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable for a family of four. It was at a good location just outside of Paris but close to both Disneyland as well as La Vallee Outlet Centre. I also want to give a shout-out to Bertrand at the front-office who has taken the best care possible of a lost plush toy and having it mailed to our end destination. That really saved out journey, so thank you so much for going that extra mile and saving our Europe-trip

It was very convenient for Disneyland Paris.

Es ist ein sehr modernes ruhiges sicheres hotel es hat einen parkhaus nur für die hotelgäste was uns unteranderem sehr gefallen hat. Zudem ist die Bushaltestelle in der nähe so das man mit einem bus direkt in 7 Haltestellen 15 Minuten in disneyland ist. Zu den zimmern sie sind sehr groß und modern gerade wenn man als Familie anreist mit kindern hat es und gefallen das die kinder obwohl sie im gleichen Zimmer untergebracht waren einen eigenen schlafbereich (zimmer) hatten so dass man als eltern ein wenig Privatsphäre und ruhe hat. Das personal ist sehr hilfsbereit. Im ganzen nichts zu meckern preis leistungsverhältnis stimmt die lage ist sehr gepflegt Neubau Siedlung man fühlt sich sehr wohl und sicher nur zu empfehlen

Un séjour très agréable avec un emplacement pratique pour les parcs Disney et le shopping avec la proximité du centre commercial Val d’Europe. Des transports juste en face de l’hôtel pour se déplacer facilement. Les chambres sont spacieuses et le petit déjeuner correct.

Clean and friendly property. A little out of the way for traveling to the city but close to Disneyland.

Ma chambre était spacieuse et confortable cependant j’aurai aimez avoir une cafetière ou un chauffe eau histoire de boire un café ou thé dans la chambre je trouve sa un peu dommage pour un hôtel 4 étoile et le prix du petit déjeuner reste un peu chère c’est mon avis personnel tout simplement

L'ecologie a bon dos pour ne plus mettre d'eau à disposition dans les chambres, ni shampoing (il y a un distributeur de savon pour corps et cheveux), pas de café, ni de thé non plus dans les chambres. Pour avoir de l'eau à la fontaine qui se trouve dans le hall, il faut acheter une bouteille vide à l'accueil ! Sinon la chambre est assez spacieuse, la literie correcte et le petit déjeuner pas trop mal, même si la salle est assez froide et sommaire au regard du reste de l'établissement. Le plus, une personne à l'accueil toute la nuit.

Camera pulita, grande tv. No frigobar. Colazione con ampia scelta ma alcuni prodotti (croissant, macedonia) scadenti. Obbligo di pagare il parcheggio anche sul piazzale dell'hotel (altrimenti devi lasciare l'auto fuori, in strada). Zona del tutto periferica, è un hotel nato in funzione di Disneyland Paris.

Petit déjeuner peu varié, manque de réfrigérateur et téléphone dans la chambre si non la chambre était très confortable propre et très spacieuse.

Accueil ok et chambre idem. PDJ correct sans plus et salle un peu froide.

Hôtel classe, propre, à 3 minutes de village nature (center parc) et 10 minutes environ de la vallée village. Petit déjeuner : varié mais plutôt industriel.

Mon séjour était une horreur ! Le système de climatisation était en panne dans ma chambre et l’hôtel ne m’a pas proposé d’alternative. Le petit déjeuner a 18€, alors que les produits ne sont pas frais. Très peu de variété dans les produits proposés. À ne pas faire
