As recepcionistas do ROOFTOP são mau educadas e deselegantes. Fomos abordados 2 vezes para se identificar no ROOFTOP e ao final na conta do jantar. Parecia que estávamos incomodando ali, ainda que com uma estada de 4 dias. No mais, toda Equipe muito solicita em servir e resolutivos. Bem localizado e perto das maiores atrações de Roma. Hotellet va fint och personalen toppen men ett stort minus för att man inte på förhand fått information om att man måste förboka spader att få access samt minus för att spa kostar extra. Även minus för att room service kostar extra. För det dygnspris man betalar (och betalat extra för frukost) så bör room service och spa ingå tycker jag.

I absolutely love this place their service with honestly the best I’ve ever head in my entire life. This place was super close to everything. When we checked in they even upgraded our rooms. The food was amazing and we also even tried out their gym which was small but absolutely gorgeous and equipped with tons of machines & bands to used.

Beautiful building. However, pool was closed due to some pool tiles becoming loose and injuring a child. This situation should never have occurred and should have been picked up in general maintenance. Service from staff was patchy and overall impression was that team were overworked and were trying to hide the issues with the pool. A very poor experience for the money spent.

The hotel e view really beautiful. I book a room with a see view to stay for my birthday. When we arrived for check in after 5pm no clients wasn’t waiting in the reception but they made us wait for 20min afterwards they said “your room had upgraded “ well that moment I thought that why they so long. But I thanked for! However they put us in the room with no view and dusty smells. I think nobody books that room. Anyway I did a complaint and with a lot of effort they moved us to the room we had booked with see view. I was so disappointed and tired. It made me cried I had paid 6k for 2nights and had treated me that way. After this problem solved we had a good trip. The first impression didn’t make me enjoy that hotel much.

For the price paid we should have had a balcony at the front of hotel. Not overlooking the staff car park & roofs of other buildings with no balcony. Hotel was super expensive & although the rooms were lovely they were not worth that amount of money. The pool also closed for 5 days. 4 of which we were there for so that’s not great. One of the reasons I booked this hotel was because they had a pool & we had an eleven year old kid with us so that wasn’t great atall. They offered no use of any other hotel pool. The Spa was great

Good location. Excellent buffet breakfast. All staff are very friendly, polite and helpful. Our room was a good size. Quite spacious. We were at the older side of the building were rooms they said was newly renovated. Our only issue was you can hear the other side of the rooms conversation clearly and when their television is on. Even people in the corridor talking you can hear it inside the room. We think because it’s older building there is a big gap between the wall and the ceiling on both sides of the room and it is hard to notice because of the big woods they installed in the ceiling across the wall. It is hard to get to sleep when you can hear your neighboring rooms chatting and laughing and tv in different language.

Our stay at the Anatara Palazzo was good! Upon arrival the staff was very friendly and helpful. The part of the hotel we stayed in was pretty dated, and the view was awful but overall the room was functional and served its purpose. I just expected a more high end room and bath for a 5-star hotel. Otherwise, the lobby bar was delightful, the complimentary breakfast was excellent, and the location was perfect.

Amazing property in the heart of Rome. Close to all must see places. Such good size rooms, clean, amazing AC, amazing fridge, coffee maker could be better, but overall this hotel is probably the best hotel in Rome. Very clean. Thoughtful management touches. Great staff. Could have a few more beds by the pool. Loved our bed. Overall very pleased with our stay. We had room# 315 with double height ceiling and it made our trip pretty special.

They were short staffed. There was a long wait for everything. The rooms given opened on the service terrace with ac and water units visible. The amenities in the room were good but will never stay in this hotel paying 5 star rates. Better to stay in an American property hotel.

The hotel staff were lovely especially the door men who greeted all their guests with smiles and warmth. They honestly added so much to the stay, especially after a tiring day being greeted with such friendly faces. Malik in particular was amazing. The check in staff were great too, as were the lobby bar and breakfast.

This hotel is spectacular to look at inside and out. The staff were wonderfully welcoming and, when we arrived, nothing felt like too much trouble. The concierge was also very accommodating, and the room was stunning. We received a complimentary upgrade to a duplex suite upon arrival, which was a lovely touch. What sadly let the hotel down was the service in other areas. Whilst any food that we ordered was on time and beautifully presented, on two occasions I had to chase simple requests (such as milk to make a cup of tea, or teabags) repeatedly with Guest Services. The last time, when requesting an English Breakfast teabag, I waited over 40 minutes, only then to have delivered a selection of green tea and Earl Grey. On the one morning that we were setting out at 7am to see the Vatican, we requested breakfast in the room (included in our package), and were charged 20 euros *each* to have this delivered, despite it saying that there would be a 15 euro tray service applied. We queried this at check-out, but were told that this charge was correct. I appreciate that we stayed in a 5-star hotel in central Rome, however to pay the equivalent of £40 to have the single tray of 3 pancakes and a small omelette delivered, was excessive. In the bar area, which is stunning, on our first day we were greeted promptly and served very efficiently. However on our 2nd and 3rd day, we had to approach the bar after around 10 minutes of sitting. We love this hotel, but sadly won't rush back.

From the front desk to the bellman and the bartenders, the service could not have been better. We were exhausted from traveling overnight and they did their best to get us a room asap. The food was great, they went above and beyond sharing the history of the hotel (even took us to see the Roman baths under the hotel) and made sure we had safe honest drivers to take us everywhere. The room was exquisite and the bed was comfy. It is centrally located and is just a short walk to the hop on/off bus as well as quaint little restaurants. I would never want to stay anywhere else upon my return. Thanks for a great start to our vacation.

Hotel bom. Localização não eh das melhores. Não fica perto de muitas atrações. Tem o metrô perto mas quase tudo fica um pouco mais longe. Café da manhã maravilhoso nota 10. Atendimento também nota 10 em todos os ambientes, desde o check in. Nosso quarto era em uma ala não agradável, era escuro e bem longe da recepção.

This is truly a 5 star hotel experience. From the initial greeting by the staff at check in to the very informative concierges. The room was well appointed and the housekeeping staff was very responsive. We had an issue with a shower head leak that was resolved within the hour. If there is one slight criticism, it would be the price of the food. I paid 38 euros for a caesar salad, that was pretty scant for the price. However, the brunch that we attended at the hotel on Sunday was spectacular.

Firstly, we do things maybe a bit differently to how other people do . We’ve been coming to Rome now for about 12 to 13 years and some years ago happened to pass the Palazzo Naiadi . As we looked in wonder , I didn’t really think it possible that I would ever stay somewhere like this . But as the years have passed and we have stayed in some different hotels in the early days , I now couldn’t imagine coming to Rome and staying anywhere else . The quality of the hotel with its rooftop pool is our biggest draw to this fabulous place . Once we have had breakfast, we head up to the rooftop pool and stay there all day , in the sun . It’s only on the evenings that we venture out into the city to do various activities, which at the moment are cooking classes.
