Nice place to stay , we stayed in the annexe a few doors along from the hotel, the bed was comfy and the room was soundproof

Termini駅に近い交通の便の良い、清潔で静かなホテルです。 ハイシーズンで他が料金が非常に高かったですが、こちらがなんとか予算内に収まったので利用しました。 エレベーターが使いづらいですが、許容範囲です。廊下の話し声は聞こえますが、度々ではないので問題ないです、全体として、静かで清潔な部屋でした。交通の便もTermini駅そばということで、大変よいです。静かで清潔な部屋に交通の便利さの3点が揃い、私のニーズにはよくあってました。 バスタブがあるのがとてもよかったです。

Very nice room, very small elevators, but those were the first elevators we had seen in a European hotel, so they were greatly appreciated.

Great breakfast. We had a room in the annex which is down the street and in a different location. It’s like an old apartment building converted into a hotel where you go through several doors and small hallways. A little creepy but the room was very nice.

When we arrived early they were kind enough to let us store our luggage. We returned in the afternoon and were sent to another building down the street. I was a bit skeptical at first. Apparently this is a new remodeled room. We arrived to the room and it was actually better than expected. Cute balcony view. Upgraded shower. We were impressed. This hotel is close to the train station however quite a distance from the sightseeing. First night we walked m and the rest of the time we took taxis. About 10 to 15 euros a trip. I would definitely stay there again. Breakfast was yummy too!

I stayed there with my 2 small dogs for 4 nights. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great... lots of options. NB: they do not have parking but i was able to secure street parking in front of the hotel for Eu 8/day. NB: it is not the safest area at night if you're a love traveller, especially female.

Very nice staff, the room was very small, no parking near by, supposed to have a discounted rate for a garage not that close by however did not have a way to apply it prepare to pay full price.

Moved from one hotel to another. Small elevator. Difficult to get luggage through the narrow hallways and into the very small elevator. Room felt damp.

The hotel is beautiful and elegant. Check in was a breeze however we were surprised that our room was in the “annex” in the next block. A helpful staff member helped us get there with our luggage.

Room was much smaller than it appeared on website coupled with the smallest elevators I’ve ever seen in any hotel.

Good stay. Very clean hotel, quiet rooms, hot shower. Excellent location close to Roma Termini - the central train station in Rome. Kids say internet connection was a bit spotty in their room but I have found that to be the case at every hotel in Rome.

Falleg herbergi þó þau séu smá. Yndislegt starfsfólk og hjalpsamt. Þetta hótel tekur vel á móti gestum sínum. Allt mjög snyrtilegt og til fyrirmyndar Takk fyrir mig

The location was awful , the room was not that clean and some areas , the wall paper was damaged badly. Overall it wasnt good experience.

Hotel molto sporco! Ho dovuto comprare un detergente disinfettante per togliere lo sporco dalla stanza e dal bagno. Colazione scarsa! Mi hanno servito il te con un tegamino incrostato. Unica cosa positiva …. Erano buone le brioche piccole. È stata l’unica vacanza dove i miei bimbi non vedevano l’ora di lasciare l’hotel.

This was a great place to stay. Very close to the Rome train station. Restaurants close by. The room was clean and modern. Hotel Staff were very nice!

Das Bad war leider in keinem guten Zustand. An den Kacheln in der Dusche befand sich Schimmel, die Duschkabine war schäbig und viel zu klein für den großen Duschkopf. Dafür ist die Lage des Hotels sehr gut.

Everything was great except the ac didn’t quite cool the room down enough.

Rooms were unusually small.

The hotel is a 4 minute walk from the train station. We did get awaken due to street noise in the middle of the night. The staff is professional and helpful. Overall, we had a good experience.

A lovely hotel close to the train station. Very convenient for transport links. Friendly, professional staff. Great breakfast, and nice rooms with good sound proofing. It is in a more functional part of the city so don’t expect fantastic views, but the hotel more than makes up for that.

Room needed renovating. Bath area had major flaws and caused water to leak. The worst part was the wifi. Being a tourist, we rely on hotel wifi so we don’t waste our cellular data. I let teh hotel know the wifi was at a very low signal. They said they would reset it. I don’t know if they did. They told me the next day they did l, but the signal was still awful. I gave up on telling them. Just couldn’t wait to leave.

The walls were paper thin and the doors were loud.... so we got to listen to the people around us late into the night and early every morning.

If you can evade this hotel defenetlly do it. The staff at the front desk seems very helpfull and cheerfull, until the moment they have to deliver. They sold me airport transportation, It never arrived and they charged cash and would not return the money. The wifi never works, the floor of the room is extreamlly dirty, the neghbourhood os very dangerous (words of the bell boy) the rooms are on a diferent buikding and it is very dangerous after 10pm.

Beautiful room and property. One of our suitcases' sliding arm/handle broke and the bellmen quickly fixed it so it would fit in the overheads of our plane home.

The only downside of this hotel is that there are some sketchy stretches in the streets around the Termini station. But DO NOT let that stop you from staying here. Super convenient for an early airport train, even their small room was roomy, modern, clean and quiet. What I always hope a hotel will be. Very friendly 24-hour front desk. I’ve stayed at more expensive hotels near Termini, but this was better than any of them, hands down. I’ll stay here any time I come back to Rome and need a place near the station.

Staff was excellent. When city had a power outage, they made us feel comfortable and safe with snacks and drinks while city worked on power. When staff ordered me a cab for airport following morning, they had to go breakfast ready for me as well.

Easy walk from the Roma Termini to the hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. They arranged private transfer for us to the port of Civitavecchia for our cruise. There is a great authentic trattoria right across the street from the hotel. Delicious food and great service.

Hotel Morgana is located at a very nice distance from all historic and touristic locations and facilities Rome has to offer, without being disturbed by the noise of the crowd. Also, the personnel was very helpful and kind. This counts for the reception, as well as their staff for breakfast (which is very delicious and abundant of choices). Lastly, the room was very clean, sophisticated, and had no broken items or things. In conclusion, I would advise a stay in hotel Morgana to enjoy your trip to Rome.

The hotel is great. The area unfortunately is not the best - just like most downtown areas. Shady people on the streets, noisy at night and broken beer bottles and dog poop all over the roads To be fair again, the hotel is great, great staff, great breakfast. And also very convenient location. Just by termini station and walking distance to all the tourist locations

Everything in central Rome looks old. But this hotel is very clean and relatively modern inside. Marble bathrooms. Excellent location for transportation. Not greatest location for ambience. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Das Personal war sehr sehr nett. Wir hatten Glück um eine neue Familien Zimmer zu bekommen, aber das Frühstück war wirklich wirklich miserabel, das kann nicht ein vier Sterne Hotel sein. Umgebung war ok, nicht wirklich sicher,2min von Terminal.

Excellent breakfast with very helpful staff - great coffee. Close to the station with its popular shops and transport links. Walkable to main tourist spots and cheaper dining spots.

Staff were quite helpful and professional. Room was comfortable and clean. Hotel is on busy street and noisy. I used a white noise app on my phone that helped. Breakfast was generous and good.

Stayed in this hotel before so I booked to Expedia with VIP access but did not received the benefits. I was worried when I reached my room as the door is open. The reception said that the cleaner forgot to close the door. Expedia instructed to inform the hotel that I have the VIP ACCESS upon check in so I did and stated by Expedia that I’m entitled with beverages. I did not received the benefits offered by Expedia as a Silver member. No complimentary water even in a 4 star hotel. I have to phone the reception to ask for water. I was disappointed. But the hotel is in a good location near Roma Termini. There is a Leonardo Express train from Roma Termini to Fiumicino Airport if you’re flying from Fiumicino airport. Easy to find the hotel. There’s a lot of restaurants around and shops. Basilica Santa Maggiore is just few minutes walk. It’s easy to check in using the Expedia. The reception staff were nice and welcoming. They gives you good information that you need. The hotel porter Michael is very friendly and gives you a big smile. Breakfast is included in my booking but it’s very basic. The staff were very nice. Most staff are from the Philippines I think and they are very good in their work especially to Albert, Wendel and a girl that I did not get her name. I definitely come back to stay in this hotel again and will recommend to family and friends.
