The hotel is great, the staff great as well. Our bathroom was too small and sink wasn’t working well. There’s patio but we got the park/street view so didn’t use it at all, it was noisy. The breakfast buffet was awesome. Booked this hotel to use the indoor pool/spa facility but it wasn’t open so that’s a bummer. I wasnt notified, had i known i wouldve canceled. But it’s close to Villa Borghese park so it was a plus. Bike riding there was fun.

It was our 2nd visit after last year! The hotel is an oasis in the middle of bustling Rome. Fantastic outdoor pool and indoor spa. Amazing breakfast and the night we dined in the restaurant was delicious and fantastic. They even sent us up a bottle of Prosecco when they found out it was my wife’s birthday. The staff were brilliant!!

It’s a great hotel - great pool - I think My side of the bed was broken but our second room the bed was perfect. No pool service on second day (Tuesday) but was ok. Breakfast staff and house keeping staff and room service staff (Gabrielle) was absolutely the best I’ve met to date

I love this hotel, it is 5 star because of the service you recieve, food excellent & scrupulously clean. My only minnor gripe - would have been nice if front desk asked me if I enjoyed my stay. Otherwise this is a little peace of heaven in Rome. Stongly recommended the Adele bar, located in their sister hotel, for a truely amazing experience.

Very welcoming staff. We had my sister's birthday at the hotel restraunt and it was a great experiance, the service was very nice and it went even better than planned. Great location near the park, friendly helpful staff, good food and facilities. However the room was very tired, dark and lacked sockets/USB sockets, that a 5 star hotel should provide. It has the problem that many older hotels have, lack of investment in the bedrooms and bathrooms.

5th time we’ve stayed at the hotel. Everything was excellent. Received a late check out which was very useful. Daughter enjoyed a single room which was beautifully appointed and at a single room price.Very good value.Staff as charming as ever and housekeeping service was first class.Outdoor pool could do with some minor repairs otherwise everything in good condition.

We have stayed at this hotel many times over the last dozen years when visiting Rome and each time we leave racing about how amazing a stay we had and this time was no exception . The service from the front desk to house keeping to the restaurant staff ( great food ) to the service at the pool are all 5 star ! The rooms are a tiny but small but you don’t notice it as much because of the balconies . My recommendation is to ask for POOL view - it’s well worth it .

Beautiful facility that is near to the park and other sites; we wished for 24-hour coffee service since we arrived very jet-lagged, but there is none until 6:30 in the morning and no coffeemakers in the room. The bed was comfortable but the bathroom tissue was scratchy. Very nice people there.

Don’t stay at this hotel because you risk your safety and life. During my stay the hotel went on fire and nobody of the staff even woke me up! It was a fire on the side of the hotel but the interior was full of smoke and if I didn’t wake up I would continue sleeping in the hotel on fire! When I got to the reception they told me to go outside and didn’t offer even a glass of water and there was nowhere to refresh. The staff of the hotel and especially the reception were acting arrogant and did not even apologize after I spent 3 hours in my pyjama on the street waiting to get back to my room. Also the hotel charged me for everything as normal. This is absolutely outrageous! Stay away and maybe the rooms are nice but the behavior of staff ruins everything! Also the location is far from all sights and the area around in run down with puddles and broken road around.

Também houve um problema grave com o transporte: o hotel cobrou €260 pelo táxi ao aeroporto e, ao chegarmos, o motorista cobrou novamente o valor. Pagamento em duplicidade e total falta de organização e clareza. Não recomendo. Atendimento e postura muito abaixo do padrão que o hotel diz oferecer.

What gave the hotel 4 stars instead of 5 since that math doesn't add up with how I rated everything else, was the restaurant and later an awkward moment. I like the idea of being able to eat at the hotel where I am staying and the grilled Mediterranean seabass and vegetables I ordered was almost inedible. The fish was very dry to the point of having to scrape it with my fork out of the skin. I was very hungry or I would not have eaten it. I did not eat the vegetables because they were so dry and chewy that you basically had to swallow them whole. I gave up and went to bed, tired & miffed that 46€ had left my pocket and I was still hungry. The awkward moment was at checkout. I have been told by many Italians not to tip or only leave a minimal tip since employees are salaried. I was very surprised upon checking out when I was asked if I would like to leave a tip and it was pre-printed on the signature receipt in increments of 5-15%. I was then told I was also welcome to leave nothing. Of course I wound up leaving a tip, yet felt embarrassed at the same time (and I had already done some individual tipping). The reason I went ahead and did that was the amazing help from the concierge, Mario, who with his exuberant and passionate Italian energy made anything you asked for feel like fun. The bartender, Fabrizio, was very knowledgeable, talented and a joy to watch in action. The doormen and bellmen were very helpful and the breakfast staff as well. Mixed feelings on the remodel.

From arriving at the hotel to leaving the service from all the staff was fantastic. Always a friendly hello from everyone, concierge to waiting staff and house keeping. The breakfast buffet provided was extensive. Fresh fruit and pastries were a particular favourite of all of us. 20min walk through the park to the Spanish Steps or €10-15 Uber ride to the Trevi Fountain. Anyone wanting to mix a busy sight seeing city break with some relaxing down time around a wonderful outdoor pool should consider this hotel.

Hotel was very nice and the staff excellent. Food was quite good. However it’s not walkable to shops and restaurants, and it’s extremely hard to get taxis as it’s outside of most the tourist areas. More costly for taxis once you find one due to the location. Hotel itself is terrific.

Food was awful, we had two of the worst pizzas we’ve probably ever had, and the hotel breakfast was probably the worst I’ve seen at a 5 star hotel with really limited options. The spa is looking very tired and dated and the changing room is like a public changing room. Some elements of the room need updating
