A truly fantastic stay at the Rome Marriott Grand Hotel Flora. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the level of service was absolutely first class. What impressed us most was the staff, genuinely outstanding across the entire hotel. Reception, concierge, housekeeping, breakfast staff and the team in the bar were all incredibly professional, warm, attentive and welcoming. It is rare to find such consistently excellent service throughout an entire hotel. A special thank you to the concierge, who recommended an absolutely fantastic restaurant for us. It turned into one of the highlights of our stay in Rome and was exactly the kind of personal recommendation that makes a hotel experience feel truly special. The bar deserves a special mention as well, absolutely epic! Wonderful atmosphere, excellent drinks and superb service. Breakfast was also very good, with a great selection, high quality and attentive staff. The hotel itself is elegant, beautifully maintained and has that classic Roman charm you hope for when visiting the city. Everything felt polished without ever becoming stiff or impersonal. A wonderful experience from beginning to end. The people working here are what truly make the Grand Hotel Flora special. We would return without hesitation. Highly recommended! ❤️🇮🇹

Hotel was beautiful and the guest rooms were spacious. The staff is excellent! Highly recommend this hotel. As a note, many restaurants are within walking distance. Harry’s Bar is right across the street.
