Lange Wartezeit beim Check-In, dafür sehr umfangreiche Beratung inkl. Hinweise auf Taschendiebe und Aufbewahrung von Wertsachen. Saubere Zimmer. Leider nur festgelegte Frühstückszeiten im 25 Minuten Zeitraster, da nur kleiner Frühstücksraum. Die Zeit reicht kaum aus, da man die ersten 15 Minuten zum zusammenstellen des Essens benötigt.

This stay exceeded our expectations and we absolutely adored it. The rooms were perfect, the breakfast and rooftop bar’s incredible, and the staff are extremely kind. For these prices, this place is a steal of a deal. We will be staying here every time we’re in the area

Great location safe and close to but far enough away from the train station to avoid the noise. Breakfast buffet is nice. Remember you have to pay your occupancy tax in cash. No iron or ironing board available.

今回ローマ2回目です。 家族4人でダブルベッド１台、シングル２台でした。 こちらのホテルはテルミニ駅から徒歩で約10分の位置にあります。テルミニ駅から近すぎると騒がしいですが、こちらは夜中も静かでした。かといって治安も悪くなくホテルの目の前にはショップがありますので、水などの調達にはとても便利でした。 スタッフの方もとても親切でした。 部屋は隣？の部屋の話し声など少し聞こえましたが、それ以外は全て許容範囲でした。 備付けドライヤー、ポットもあります。 エレベーターも完備されています。 イタリアではどこもティッシュペーパーは置いていなかったので、(ロールティッシュで代用しました) なかでもここのホテルのオススメは朝食が充実していることです。 テラス席で毎日いただけますが、とても気分も良いです。 次に訪問するときにもぜひ利用したいホテルです。

Nice hotel, clean and comfortable. Hotel staff were very attentive and helpful. Location is perfect, about 10 minute walk from the train station. Many restaurants around to eat at. Continental breakfast was just ok. We went up to the roof top for dinner and music and we were disappointed. The food is nothing special. Drinks were expensive and not good. I would stay here again.

Meget personligt hjælpsomme og imødekommende Mika i receptionen gjorde mit ophold virkelig rart og nemt. Jeg kan varmt anbefale beliggenheden i et roligt kvarter, som er i gå afstand til mange serværdigjeder. Og et jacuzzi på værelset til at slappe af efter en lang dag på benene. Lækker morgenmad på rooftop. Jeg kommer gerne tilbage til hotellet en anden gang.

The hotel is adequate for it's size and all the staff are eager to please. The rooftop bar/breakfast area is a bonus to the hotel though we found it a real shame that the bar was dead in the evenings with no real sign of much life at all, saying that the barman Fred was the most helpful member of staff as he was able to give some great advice on the surrounding area and was always super efficient with the drinks. The rooms were fine if a little dated, bit of an irritation that the safe didn't work in our room despite numerous requests it remained that way when we left. Tea and coffee making facilities were very welcome but it would have been nice to have fresh cups - they were never replaced during our visit. Overall the hotel met our needs and we enjoyed our stay.

Cordiali alla reception; struttura decorosa ma la stanza che ci hanno dato era molto diversa dalle foto e troppo piccola per 3 persone. Il bagno senza aerazione dopo la prima doccia diventava uno stagno. Colazione caotica e con scarsa qualità e pulizia: nessuna tovaglietta e stile campeggio.

Limpeza excelente. Wi-fi de boa qualidade. Cama muito confortável e janelas anti ruído eficientes, pois o hotel se encontra numa rua bem barulhenta. A banheira de hidro do nosso quarto era enorme e com cromoterapia e usamos quase todos os dias pra relaxar após andar muito por Roma. O hotel fica a uns 15 min da estação de trem e 25 min do Coliseu. Fomos a pé para todos os pontos turísticos, inclusive pro Vaticano, pois gostamos de andar em viagens para conhecer melhor a cidade.

Thank you! Initially, I had reservations at the Bee Hive hotel nearby, but I couldn’t check in because they were closed after 9 PM. The owner canceled my reservation and refused to issue a refund. Honestly, the only silver lining to that frustrating experience was that it led me to discover Hotel Montecarlo.

Welcoming and knowledgeable staff made our stay memorable. The rooftop bar is a casual place to have a drink and relax. Our room was small but well equipped and very clean. Comfortable bed with extra pillows. Walking distance to many restaurants, it was everything we needed. I would definitely recommend you stay here.

The hotel is generally well-kept but the bathroom needs refurbishment. The “Jacuzzi” shower is small,leaks water and it’s dangerous. The breakfast was good but the sole employee taking care of it was overwhelmed.

Stayed a week at the hotel and I couldn't be happier about the stay. The staff, from the people at the front desk, to the room service to the people operating the breakfast and evening bar were all courteous and friendly. For the price I could not ask for more. The breakfast buffet being on the roof overlooking parts of Rome is an incredible way to start the day, the variety of foods is decent enough and converting the place to a very nice bar in the evening is just fantastic. Location of the hotel is great, metro and busses very close by, downtown historic area is definitely within walkable distance for most. Only slight issues I had with the hotel were the slightly old decor in the room, most the bed and pillows being a bit hard for my personal taste, but that is very minor. WHEN I go back to Rome, I will for sure consider staying here again.

The Montecarlo was a perfect for my family. We booked a room with 2 beds for our young adult kids a a queen for ourselves. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was great. Different rooms have different mattress types. Our room the bed was more firm and our kids had softer beds. This worked great for us. If you had a preference, you could request a certain type of bed if it’s available. Marco and Micheal at the front desk were incredibly accommodating and very helpful. The location was good for walking and exploring also.

We stayed here for 4 nights. We had a great time. The breakfast was good, the front staff were extremely friendly & helpful. The hotel was near lots of restaurants and close to the metro. We definitely will stay there again.

Abbastanza comodo come punto di partenza, grazie alla vicinanza con la stazione Termini, per visitare la città in bus e metro. Personale poco organizzato, la receptionist che emette versi poco consoni con la bocca appena entrati, la cameriera filippina che versa un goccio di Vecchia Romagna caricandoti comunque 3 euro di caffè corretto. Stanze pulite ma non impeccabili, mobili vecchi e vasca idromassaggio forse risalente a trent’anni fa che non abbiamo neanche avuto coraggio di provare. Un hotel dignitoso ma che non vale assolutamente i 160 euro a notte pagati.

The hotel is adequate for it's size and all the staff are eager to please. The rooftop bar/breakfast area is a bonus to the hotel though we found it a real shame that the bar was dead in the evenings with no real sign of much life at all, saying that the barman Fred was the most helpful member of staff as he was able to give some great advice on the surrounding area and was always super efficient with the drinks. The rooms were fine if a little dated, bit of an irritation that the safe didn't work in our room despite numerous requests it remained that way when we left. Tea and coffee making facilities were very welcome but it would have been nice to have fresh cups - they were never replaced during our visit. Overall the hotel met our needs and we enjoyed our stay.

로마 테르미니역에서 걸어서 10분정도 되는거리입니다. 제일 좋았던건 밤에 매우 조용하다는 겁니다. 밤에 외부 소음도 없고 층간 소음도 없어서 편안했어요. 아침 식사도 가격대비 좋았구요. 커피가 맛있었습니다. 호텔직원도 친정했구요.

Great location safe and close to but far enough away from the train station to avoid the noise. Breakfast buffet is nice. Remember you have to pay your occupancy tax in cash. No iron or ironing board available.

Front desk staff were beyond helpful. Called taxis, gave restaurant recommendations…genuinely cared. Emily in the breakfast area was wonderful. Asked and got us anything we needed…genuinely cared. Dinner staff was great as well. Convenient location. Many restaurants and small grocery across street. but small room which was fine for us.

今回ローマ2回目です。 家族4人でダブルベッド１台、シングル２台でした。 こちらのホテルはテルミニ駅から徒歩で約10分の位置にあります。テルミニ駅から近すぎると騒がしいですが、こちらは夜中も静かでした。かといって治安も悪くなくホテルの目の前にはショップがありますので、水などの調達にはとても便利でした。 スタッフの方もとても親切でした。 部屋は隣？の部屋の話し声など少し聞こえましたが、それ以外は全て許容範囲でした。 備付けドライヤー、ポットもあります。 エレベーターも完備されています。 イタリアではどこもティッシュペーパーは置いていなかったので、(ロールティッシュで代用しました) なかでもここのホテルのオススメは朝食が充実していることです。 テラス席で毎日いただけますが、とても気分も良いです。 次に訪問するときにもぜひ利用したいホテルです。

Limpeza excelente. Wi-fi de boa qualidade. Cama muito confortável e janelas anti ruído eficientes, pois o hotel se encontra numa rua bem barulhenta. A banheira de hidro do nosso quarto era enorme e com cromoterapia e usamos quase todos os dias pra relaxar após andar muito por Roma. O hotel fica a uns 15 min da estação de trem e 25 min do Coliseu. Fomos a pé para todos os pontos turísticos, inclusive pro Vaticano, pois gostamos de andar em viagens para conhecer melhor a cidade.

Misleading advertising! On Expedia it is showing as a four star hotel, but in fact it is a 3 star. On Expedia it says it is very close to attractions, like 3 mins drive to Spanish steps as an example, but in fact it used to take 40 minutes by bus, by taxi maybe 15 minutes, but not 3 mins. This far distance to attractions killed our time in Rome, I wish they were honest. Also the building has a very poor an sub standard quality, you wouldn’t be able to sleep properly because of the huge noise coming from surrounding rooms, people talking or flushing their toilets,

We enjoyed our stay at here and would definitely go back. It was located close to the main train station and we also walked to everything we wanted to see in Rome. The room was small but well equipped and comfortable. The building is really charming. We enjoyed breakfast on the rooftop and were impressed with their selections and coffee. The staff was friendly and even arranged a driver for us last minute when there was a problem with train service.

Nice hotel, clean and comfortable. Hotel staff were very attentive and helpful. Location is perfect, about 10 minute walk from the train station. Many restaurants around to eat at. Continental breakfast was just ok. We went up to the roof top for dinner and music and we were disappointed. The food is nothing special. Drinks were expensive and not good. I would stay here again.

I forgot my cell phone in a taxi at the end of the day and the front desk staff took the time to call the taxi company. They were extra helpful and the taxi driver came that night at 9:30 p.m. to give me myself own and it met so much. It would never have worked without the front staff working very quickly to help me

The room was very clean and our only critique were the pillows werent the most comfortable but after a day of sightseeing it didnt matter too much.
