Residenza Ave Roma

This was my third stay at this little, friendly hotel. All was impeccable, and I noticed the floors and the bathroom were brand new this time. The AC worked great, which is so rare in Europe. It is very well located, near charming streets like Via dei Coronari and Via del Orso.

The staff were so kind and felt very safe. The room was comfortable and beautiful. I'm glad that I chose this hotel.

Very charming and great location. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Within walking distance of Vatican, piazza navona, pantheon etc.

The location is amazing and we were so close to everything especially the Vatican City. The check in was good and the staff here have been excellent in answering our questions and helping us book our taxi and standing with us to ensure its arrival back to the airport. The room is either on pavement level or just below. There are no plugs for the bath or sink so we had to plug both with a plastic cup provided. It does need re grouting! The air con is a blessing and many blankets are in the wardrobe. The bed is firm but comfortable. The cupboard door next to the bed did try to fall out and handles for the top drawer on a chest came out. The room is dark but overall did smell of damp. If you know you’ll be out a lot then as I said the location is great and this is a hotel that you will remember. As I said I couldn’t fault the staff and how nice and friendly they were
