Voor the price per night this hotel offers too little. No bar or dinner options. Tea and coffin in the lobby. Breakfast is good but simple. This hotel is NOT for people with a disability although this is advertised. There is a stair elevator to the first floor, but all other rooms are not accessible without walking at least 15 steps. Also the elevator is not accessible without walking steps first, and the breakfast restaurant is also not accessible without taking at least 15 steps.

Beware when booking a room! What this hotel does not advertise a that there is probability that you will be placed across the street, 1/2 block away from the actual hotel and in a run down apartment complex. This was not indicated in the description of the studio. When given the key and instructions on where the location of and how to enter the apt complex-when asked why, the front desk personnel rudely and abruptly dismissed our concerns. Not wanting to argue as it was late, we proceeded across the street. Needless to say, the amenities advertised and described such as free breakfast, bar area, etc. are not amenities accessible in the apt. complex. Furious we paid over 300.00 for two nights for what was one big scam!

The worst was that there was no elevator from lobby to top floor which made my friend and I, in our eighties, had to pull bags up over 10 step to first elevator and then down the same to get to the room. On checking out, we got the maid to take them down. 2 bed room much smaller than pictured in ad. Nice breakfast. Convenient on bus line if one were to extend stay.

Buon albergo in posizione centrale, vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e con fermata bus proprio fuori l'hotel. Staff formale e poco disponibile alla risoluzione di problemi. Mancanza di parcheggio (abbiamo parcheggiato alla stazione) e difficoltà nelle operazioni di carico/scarico bagagli; all'arrivo i 2 posti riservati all'hotel erano occupati, alla partenza idem ed alla reception ci hanno riferito che uno era occupato da un addetto alla manutenzione e l'altro dal direttore e non potevano disturbarlo...

Il nostro soggiorno è stato nel residence, avevamo un monolocale per 4 persone molto bello, ben organizzato e molto pulito. Ogni giorno la camera veniva pulita e messa a posto. Gli arredi sono nuovi e il bagno è molto bello, la doccia ha l'idromassaggio. C'è anche l'aria condizionata in tutto l'appartamento. La cucina è dotata di utensili per cucinare e c'è un frigo molto capiente. Abbiamo usufruito, nell'hotel principale, della colazione che era ricca e varia. Il nostro soggiorno è stato molto piacevole e se torneremo sicuramente soggiorneremo in questo hotel. Un hotel a tre stelle che vale di più. Alla reception sono tutti cordiali e gentili. L'hotel è vicinissimo al centro, passa anche l'autobus che permette di andare al castello di Miramare. Trieste è molto organizzata con i servizi autobus, puoi parcheggiare la macchina ed utilizzarli tranquillamente.

The room we were given was on 4th floor of building a few doors down; it was a secure and charming building. Clean, modern with great views of life outside. Very close to train station and pier! Very walkable and building were gorgeous! Staff efficient and friendly.

Only real issues were poor light protection on one of the windows and noise from other rooms and maids. They gave me a high floor room in the rear. If you stay on the street side it may be noisy. There is bus stop right below.

We booked a double and got twins. Bed flipped over and broke while my husband was sleeping. He landed on top of me the first time . We thought it was a fluke , lifted it and it happened again . We mentioned it to the front desk and they brushed it off . I have a photo but can’t post . It was completely flipped on its side .

Nice hotel close to the centre of Trieste. Was a little concerned with proximity to the road, but shutters, windows and curtains blocked out all the noise and light. Room was spacious and well equipped. Staff were helpful and really enjoyed our stay and Trieste overall

Board under mattress makes mattress slide all the time. Dark room and can not open windows or shades. Not handicap accessible property for breakfast or getting to your rooms. Front desk older man extremely wrinkled and tanned with lines across his neck of not being tanned was very impolite. Was yelling at a housekeeper and yelled at me also.
