Hotel was perfect for what we needed. They had a comp breakfast. Waffles,toast, yogurt,cold and hot cereal.fresh fruit, breakfast bars, beagles cream cheese. Free coffee and juice 24/7. ( no eggs/bacon) Coffee maker in room, microwave and frig. The only down fall was the pool and spa closed at 5 pm. Clean rooms!

Check-in was good. The room we were given smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. Changed to a different room and all was good. Please note: this hotel/motel does NOT have an elevator (which probably explains why it only had 11 cars in the parking lot). Did not eat breakfast.

There were many things that had out of order on them. Coffee pot, business computer out of order and vending machine out of order. It was a nice comfortable room and clean. Requested 1st floor because of a bad knee and they never bothered to let us know ahead of time that they couldn’t fulfill the request.

The CG Baymont hotel was a great economical option in Casa Grande compared to other more expensive hotels in the area. It has recently been updated, and the rooms are well equipped with fridge, microwave and coffee maker. There is a small workout room with new equipment. I will use this hotel on my next visit for sure!

Our stay for 5 days was very nice. Housekeeping kept us supplied with towels. Beds were very comfortable. We loved how easy it was to get to town. The facility was very clean and the pool and the spa was nice and warm and clean. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Unfortunately, this was not a pleasant stay. We were looking for a place to have a good nights rest after 14 hours of driving. The rooms have a stench odor like mold that just didn't go away. The beds were not very comfortable, and the breakfast was not very good. Waffles were just hard. Felt like a $50 hotel room

Our room, 237 smelled like Damp Towel or Mildewed AC Water or something of that sort. It legitimately smelled like either mold or mildew for 100% fact. I think it was the air conditioner that hasn't been serviced in quite some time. I'm not sure, but it shouldn't smell like that at all. Rooms shouldn't smell like damp moldy towels upon check in. That's gross, and I would have gladly paid more to stay at a place that was actually clean. The room wasn't throrouly cleaned like it should have been which makes me question the cleanliness of all the sheets and towels. We will not be staying at this hotel again in the future. Someone should check the room out and definitely give it a good clean, it needs it apparently.

the bathroom was dirty, the tub had dirt and hair in it. the bedskirt wasn't put on the bed properly and it layed on the floor at the foot and was extremely wrinkled. I have photos if requested

The bed was very soft and comfortable! The floors were really dirty! They look clean, but need wiped down once in a while. Your feet get black if no socks or shoes while walking. The staff was very friendly and kind! The treadmill worked and was great to use every day! THANK YOU!

Small-ish rooms, especially the small bathroom with tub-shower. Sink outside bathroom. But, good lighting. One can actually read with these lights. Good sound insulation. Overall, definitely a budget motel; a step above, say, a Motel 6.

Breakfast was very basic: choice of waffle, cereal, bread products, and yogurt. Enough to get you going. Room was clean. Only con: the top of shower head was 5'-9" inside the tub. How do I know, I am 5'-9". So I would have to bend my head down to get my head.

Good location if you want access to both Phoenix and Tucson areas. Typical motel breakfast (waffles, cereal, bagels, yogurt). There's not much in the immediate vicinity, but there are a lot of restaurants, etc. just on the opposite side of I-10. There is NO elevator. Exterior doors allow access with your room key, which is nice if your room is far from the lobby area. However, these heavy metal doors close with a BANG - if your room is anywhere near the end of the building with these doors, you will know it when someone comes in or out, and you will hear them as they drag their heavy luggage up or down the stairs. The bed was comfortable and everything in the room worked and was clean, so overall it was a reasonable place to stay.

Room was more than adequate to my needs, however the window was broken and I with the room being located at the front of the building, I could hear traffic on the roadway, which made for a less than restful night. Staff was grateful to learn of the damage when I discovered it the next morning in daylight.

When we were we’re staying in December, the bathroom was a lot cleaner. Also on this stay there was quite a bit of hair on the floor. Also, this time, housekeeping staff wasn’t as friendly. I needed a couple washcloths, and she seemed annoyed by my request. So when I needed a body towel, I just went to the front desk the next day. Bed was more comfortable in this room. Also the women who worked the breakfast are was amazing and super hard working every time I was in the lobby. Front desk staff was also pleasant.

Started with unfriendly desk clerk who couldnt even rise from her chair. Building is older although inside and rooms were clean. The air conditioner was loud, a light from outside flashed in the window all night god forbid change the blub, toilet ran all the time waste of water. Guest slamming doors at 3am. Breakfast had no hot options so was very limited. Do not recommend.

Miserable. We had a two night reservation. We are both disabled adults. The first night, we were placed in an upstairs room. No elevator. The t.v. did not work and the a/c blew hot, humid air. They tried to fix it but wasn't able to. They did not attempt to move us to another room. The second day, they did move us down stairs and things were better.

The Baymont was nice & affordable. Very clean. The office staff were very friendly & courteous. Being from south Texas, we are used to cooler A/C. The staff was quick to offer us another room but not til the following day so they brought us a box fan for the night. That was enough! It helped to circulate the A/C cool air & we were very cool & comfortable so decided to stay in our room.

The only thing I liked about this property was its proximity to my destination. What I did not like was the fact that I had no hot water in the shower and the broken toilet seat complained about but never addressed. Although we paid for a fourth night, we left a day early rather than stay another night.

Nothing special. Building seems older than the pictures seem to allure to. Rooms need a refresh. Seems like this hotel was purchased by Wyndham and they are in the process of refreshing it. Free breakfast was just bagels and basic things. No eggs or hot breakfast of any type
