Checked in late and the No’ for security (out of hours check in) the No’ did not work, eventually found a security person and after a while found they did not have their phone on😳 Room is ok, a little noisy as it’s right by the highway, I may be quieter on the ground floor. Each day I had to visit reception to get my key card reprogrammed which is a pain when you are on the third floor carrying a bunch of gear. Cheap and cheerful is what I’d say, it’s a budget hotel so do not expect too much.

Room was tiny, shower floor dirty, queen bed was low quality mattress that creaked every time moved and was uncomfortable. Woke up with bad hip and back pain. Ice is not available for guests at this hotel. Lots of very sketchy people booked into this hotel. Got the impression this hotel is used to house homeless individuals and families. Will stay here again.

Unit was well located to fairgrounds. Room was clean, but no frills. First time I stayed at a hotel with no hairdryer, and although it has a hit hen, there was no dishes or cooking utensils. Siegel Select is fine if you are looking for a clean room only.

It was terrible! The rooms were not clean, sticky floors, and very outdated. The housekeeping service was only every 3 days. As a result we had to empty and throw away our own trash. We had to leave several days earlier before our original booking because the conditions were not acceptable and we felt unsafe.

This is a clean, well maintained property. We had stuff to get done and it was located perfect for that. Everything we needed was all within a few miles, all on the same road. Breakfast at Lin's, materials at Lowes, groceries at Fry's, and laundry at Bubble's. The room was truly ADA accessible. The large bathroom has a full size roll in shower with a hand held shower and large comfortable bench. The bed was a bit soft for me but right down my wife's alley. The was a bit of traffic noise, but the residents were quiet. Will stay here again.

This place was horrible. The room was dirty, the shower had no hot water, the bed was horrible, the “kitchenette” was not even usable since there was no place to put anything other than on the stove or in the sink. They were refinishing the parking lot and were threatening to tow cars without notifying anyone. Luckily one night I went out to my vehicle and saw they were placing tow notices on vehicles at 11:00 pm stating they would be towed at 3:00 am if they weren’t moved. There were no warning signs stating that the area was closed or closing for the work. The did the work at night so you could hear workers and machinery all night long the whole week. The dust they blew off of the pavement came through the poorly sealed door and covered everything including the bedsheets with dust. My keycard to get in quit working twice. The night security guy was nice, but when it happened again, I went to the office and the front desk lady was very rude. She kept telling me I wasn’t ding it correctly. Key cards are pretty simple. If the green light doesn’t come on, the card isn’t working. Very very disappointed.

The beds and sheets were underwhelming at best. TowelsTP and other bathroom necessities were of poor quality and under provided. I just wanted a basic hotel night not luxury. But a clean, safe place to go to sleep and function the next morning. I did not sleep. There were not enough pillows no extra blanket, no chair or loveseat. The towels were small and extra scratchy.

Location was great, nice on the outside but the rooms were dated and in disrepair. The front facing rooms were incredibly noisy due to proximity to the main roadway, Very loud. Pools weren’t in service. Staff was passive and grumpy. Price was fair given the cost of nearby chain hotels. Overall 4/10.

We were not able to stay at this hotel because their office was closed at 8pm. We arrived at 8:30 totally unaware of their restricted check-in times. I called the number of the door for after-hours check-in, but there was not such option. We had to book a different hotel at the spur of the moment. They will not refund your money. We tried to stay there, but due to their policies, we couldn't. So they stole our money. We are not the first. Be wary!
