There was no one there to check in a gaggle of people. Had to use a kiosk which was okay except he was from India and was hard to understand. Stressful. The room was nice and clean but the lights above the sink were blinding. Only one elevator. We were traveling with 11 people and we were put next to each other which was nice. Three rooms. Antelope Canyon is very close which was a positive.

My only complaint is their original listing on hotels.com said they had EV charging. When we arrived they did not. The rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was fantastic.

I booked a suite but the room had a musky smell to it. The floor was dirty. Sock were black after walking in the room Entire laundry room was out of service every machine. The pool / pool area was closed.

Beautiful location. Absolutely fantastic room space, great to relax after a rugged day in the heat. Front desk was helpful to go over the pet policy with me & how the pool was closed for maintenance. We had a single night and couldn't fully unpack but the front desk had us covered for toiletries. Great breakfast in the morning! More than just carbs and apples.

We really liked the pool area. The pool was heated and we were able to swim and enjoy the spa even though it was a chilly day. Beds were not comfortable, the mattress was soft and uneven. Breakfast was average, eggs lacked flavor and waffles were chewy, coffee was not good either. We enjoyed the location and large room.

Got to the hotel after a long drive and walked in the room to find out the bedding on the two beds were filthy with stains everywhere, the floor was really dirty as well. I went to the front desk to ask for another room and showed pictures of our bedding and she only offered two blankets that were also stained. She said the hotel was fully booked and couldn’t do anything more. Our girls swam in the pool which was a really cool outdoor area, however, the pool was really cold, so they enjoyed the hot tub. At our 7am breakfast it was fully packed with tourists and had to eat in the entrance. They also turned off the specialty coffee machine in the morning. We would never stay here again. For 350$ a night CAD, it was below average.

This property was super clean. Nice big and bright lobby area on arrival. Very comfortable bed in a great sized room. Could walk to eating places. Plenty of free parking. Perfect for what we required for a stay on our road trip. Recommend.

Getting ready for bed realized that the sheets haven't been changed because it showed a big spot of dried blood. They moved us to a different room. Next day, we complained to the hotel manager, she apologized and promised to give us a complete Refund

Would not recommend staying at this hotel or any hotel owned by the same group which is NewcrestImage, Dabu Hotels and Countrywide Hospitality or that is managed by Terrapin Hospitality. The start to our stay was checking in with a huge machine that was loud and not something we enjoyed. Just have another staff member available during peak times. There was a renovation job that I would consider nothing more than a bandaid. Money was spent to make things “look pretty” but they couldn’t spend a few extra bucks to update the electrical outlets. That’s minor considering there was bodily fluids on our bed and on the wall in the bathroom. When I reported to the front desk they just said to take comforter off since it’s an ongoing issues and the laundry team is experimenting with bleach and how to get rid of it. The fluids on the wall (what looked like urine) weren’t even wiped down. We had no shower curtain and the towels were old and the thinest towels out of any hotel I think we have ever stayed in. The HVAC unit was SO loud when it kicked on that it woke us up every single time. I don’t know what’s wrong with it but, again, not properly maintained or installed to make guests comfortable. I recommend staying somewhere else. I have photos for proof of all of this. The front desk staff were so kind and you could sense they felt helpless and the woman working breakfast was pleasant. I feel bad for them and wish more was invested to set them up for success.

Dust everywhere. Especially on lamp inside room. Towels were clean but looks old. Carpet on hall way were dirty. Few staff wasn’t friendly. Rear entrance door did not work.

We had a long enjoyable time in town and was greeted properly when we arrived for check-in. Restaurant recommendations were greatly appreciated since we were unfamiliar with the area. As for the room, it was spacious and clean. Love the split floor plan – perfect for hubby who loves to fall asleep early and I enjoy sleeping in. This allowed the person sleeping to get the shot eye they needed when they needed with the other being able to sit up and enjoy television or relaxing in the living space.

Staff was awesome! Polite, flexible with early checkin, knowledgeable of the area and efficient. Massive kudos! The breakfast buffet was overcrowded with a line of customers waiting to get in. Food was good though. It’d be great if the place had USB chargers. Not a single one in the room so I couldn’t charge my devices.

More staff is needed! Waited 15 min to check in because front desk has other responsibilities like managing pool and laundry. Breakfast was same situation...onee person managing all of breakfast on a busy weekend. Staff was plesant but clearly stressed. Best Western...help your staff!

I found it funny that when the staff were to be working they were on their phone texting someone. At check out two people were to be working there were a lot of people trying to check out. The young lady was working hard to get them checked out but the young man was on his phone texting the whole time and did not help at all. Even when I finally got up to the front to check out he still was on his phone texting that is not a good look to the customer. If he needs to text have him leave the desk area so people do not see it. My son and is wife were with us and his comment was if I was was the owner he would be gone very Quickly it shows the customer disrepect that we are not that important to them. But he was not the only one that was on their phone texting. When I give a review I usually it on the high side but this time I could not.

Only complaint with the hotel was once you got off on the elevator on the third floor, there was a bad odor. Otherwise, the ladies up front were sweet and they even allowed me an early check-in.

Quiet and clean rooms, delicious breakfast with dining area The Check In process was horrible. It took 45 minutes to serve 5 guests. Had some system issues caused double booking, guests were continuously coming back and forth as the allocated rooms were already occupied by some other guests. I had to adjust in a small room for one day in my two nights stay ( instead of the Jr suite) and they changed the room for another night

The staff at the reception were always accommodating and friendly, day and night. Very clean and spacious rooms. We did not need room service, but fresh towels were placed in a bag outside our room by the time we got back in the evening. Lot of great options for breakfast! Korina, David and Collin were especially helpful and kind to us when we were running late one morning by helping us make Belgian Waffles before the breakfast room closed :) The hot cocoa bar in the evenings was so welcome! We had a great stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family!

I would stay here again if returning to the area ? Not sure maybe would shop around more and yet the hotel was great for the purpose of our trip. We only came to sleep and out most of the day. Plenty of restaurants around for food all options. The only bummer was the heavy tour busses that made breakfast at 6am nightmare. We stayed 4 days and only had breakfast downstairs on the last day since no tour bus that day. Food is the basic ok no fresh fruits when bus was there. So if you are a hiker do not count breakfast in this hotel work around not worth your time. Front desk staff too hit or miss since we stayed longer pleasant and unpleasant people I would say 50/50. And even though was 4 of us in the room they would only give us 3 towels every night was the same going down for towels. All of this did not disturb our plans and if the price is right for you go for it. Seems to be very popular with guides in the area so maybe other option’s pricier.

This property was perfect for our family after a day spent in Lake Powell. The hotel was updated and very clean, the staff was nice and accommodating. The breakfast was definitely a highlight… AMAZING!!! They had something for everyone and even “good” creamer for the coffee! Would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to or around Lake Powell.

I would rate this property as more than excellent. The frontline staff were extremely courteous and helpful, making the stay very comfortable. The breakfast was superb, offering a wide variety of items. The suite provided to me was exceptionally spacious, making it truly worth staying.
