My friend and I were traveling to see the Angels as part of our trip. This hotel is both very nice and a 10 minute walk to the baseball park. The room was nice and clean. The hot tub was good and a hot breakfast was available and good. I would stay here and recommend this to anyone traveling to Anaheim especially going to a game. You do have to pay for parking but it's secure and you do have in and out privileges. Keep your car at the hotel rather than paying for parking twice. Staff were great as well.

Wonderful if you are attending event at the Honda Centre. Included breakfast was great, especially the cook. Pool and parking lot could have been cleaner. Isolated in terms of convenience store, drinks on property very expensive. Accommodated early check in with no issue.

What an amazing value. The hotel is clean and well-maintained all across the board. We saw a show at the Grove of Anaheim, and we were able to save money, time, and aggravation by walking from the Ayres in Anaheim. It was about a ten minute walk. We love Ayres! Thank you for the great accommodations.

Horrible experience. BUGS BITES. My son, daughter and I had bug bites all over our body. We communicated this to front staff and they told us that management will contact us. No apology or empathy. It’s been a a handful of days and still no contact. I will never stay here again. The curtain is also dirty, the sofa bed had crumps and dust with no bedsheets, and shampoo and conditioner were open and used.

Arrived around noon after a very long flight - no rooms available for check in. Other facilities have texted when our room was ready - not here. Dirty, used soap with hair on it in the shower Iron not working but replaced when requested Did not offer Hilton points like others in the area- family owned was the reason? It was awful. Super noisy. Bedding of first bed closest to the door was soiled. Makeup found - face make up on 1/2 of the pillow, lipstick on the comforter, hair found on comforter (dark long. I have light short and my mom has white short), and inside sheet were itchy. Later found brown stains on flat and fitted sheets. Second bed was itchy. Both my mom and I had insect bites in patches.

The hotel was nice, had a refrigerator, microwave, safe, and VERY clean. I always wipe the counters and tables with wipes and a lot of the times the counters are a little dirty at other Hotels. These counters and desks and table were very clean!! The breakfast was very good it was like eating at a restaurant they were cooking pancakes, potatoes, bacon, sausage, hash browns, fruit, yogurt and bagels, coffee, I would def stay again. Another plus was they had security gates in the parking lot, you needed a room key to get in or out of the parking lot. Very reasonably priced for the amenities and cleanliness they offer! Staff was all very nice as well.

It was a great stay while we went to Disneyland. However, they have this system in the rooms where the power is only on when you put your room card in a slot on the wall. When we entered our room it was 78 ° and super muggy. It took a couple hours for it to get to good temperature with the air conditioning. It wasn't until about 5 hours later. It finally reached 70° which was our preferred temperature. The breakfast was good. After spending the whole day at Disney The room warmed up again but not quite as high to 75°... . This really was an annoying issue but overall it was okay.

Property is most convenient to sports I have ever stayed at. Great spot for Angels game or Ducks. Hotel is managed extremely well. Staff was superb and kind. Hotel is older and very small rooms. There were some stains on carpet and chair. Felt as if the room was clean but I also visually thought maybe not. Was quiet and convenient. Parking was tight, cost money, and was very unusual. Would stay here again but will bring different expectations.

My only two complaints: 1) A faucet should be able to do more than just dribble or be on full-blast like a fire hose. 2) If you’re going to put up a wall to cut a room in half down the center, why don’t you put the TV on one side or the other? The TV was right smack in the middle of the room; I could see the right side of the screen from the couch space and the left side from the side with the bed. Thank you.

I’ve never had a feee breakfast at a hotel where there was a chef. He was so nice, funny and personable. Loved talking with him and he made us an incredible breakfast. I booked in advance from a 6 hour drive , I booked and pre paid for a king size bed , I got there at 3:30 am and the receptionist told me I couldn’t check in anymore because it was too late to check in , yet on the website it was check in time 3pm-anytime . Which I don’t know what was the problem if the room was paid for , the receptionist was telling me I should’ve called because they could cancel my room which I stated “why would they if I PAID for it already” and he said every hotel is like that which is a lie because I have never had a problem like this . He then made us wait 30 min to book us again , and the whole time was giving attitude about it , then gave us the key finally , as soon as we got to the room it wasn’t even the room I booked . It had two small individual beds . Not the KING bed that I had already PAID for . So they basically re sold our room that like I stated was PAID for already . At that point we were exhausted from our drive and just called it a night , overall it was such a bad experience for us . My partner and I slept on separate beds . Will never book here again .

Room was clean and very spacious for 3 people. Location is perfect for baseball, about 15 minute walk at most and right across the street from hockey. We had to extend our trip by an extra day but since we booked third party I was worried about having to either move rooms or pay double but it was no problem. The front desk was extremely helpful with it and super friendly. We spent a little time in the pool, the security guard walking around let us stay in 30 minutes past closing time which made the stay a little better. Overall it was a great stay and I would definitely stay here again if I needed to be in Anaheim. If they have other locations, I’d stay there as well.

Highly recommend this property. Been staying here since 2021 for business many times I have referred business colleagues and. I travel nationwide for work and this property is my favorite. The staff is amazing. The hotel and rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. On top of all of this you get a very good breakfast cooked by chef Jose always smiling Romi, Jose, and Bonita make this place a return visit for me time and time again.

We really always enjoy our stay at Ayres in Anaheim but the check-in wasn’t the best our during our last visit. The receptionist, because he couldn’t locate our Expedia reservation, insisted that we must’ve make reservations at the wrong Ayres location, perhaps the wrong dates, or maybe under a different name, even after we confirmed the details via our receipt from Expedia, he insisted we were wrong and to check in the morning with his managers. We thought we were running the card for the deposit, no, he ended up doing an entirely different stay and charged us for an extra night. We were able to fix it the following morning but we were delayed getting in the room after driving, as of today, the extra $225 charge hasn’t been refunded yet. So just be wary of late check-in and confirm details before letting them run your card. Again, they fixed it in the morning, but ugh.

Everything about this Hotel was excellent! The staff were unbelievably accommodating as there was night construction on the streets below so we were moved to a room with no noise. Jose and the kitchen breakfast staff were absolutely a joy to be around and the breakfast was made in front of you each day so you knew it was fresh and hot. The best experience at a hotel we've had in the U.S.A., second to none. Happy customers from Canada!

Perfect place for an angels game. Across the street from transit station, the Pond and a short walk to Anaheim stadium. The breakfast was awesome. The eggs, potatoes and sausage were very hot temperature wise, which i love. Will stay again and we might try taking the train next time sinces it's so close.

This property is directly across from the Honda centre and walking distance to angels stadium. We can early before check in and they lets us park our car before the afternoon hockey game which was nice. Clean room and quiet considering how close the freeway is.

The breakfast is the best part of staying here. This was my 4th time staying at this Ayres. Hotel is clean and friendly, shower is huge, beds are nice. The sofa bed is… well…ok for kids but not for adults. Location is fantastic for Disneyland, Angels stadium, Ducks stadium, or visiting a kid at Chapman University.

Breakfast was complimentary. Fresh made pan cakes, scrambled eggs, sausages and potatoes. Fresh fruit too. Definitely a plus. Was a bit noisy being near the fwy. Love the convenience near enough Disneyland. Right by the Arctic transportation center.
