This is one of the better deals that you can get close to the park. With that in mind, you get what you pay for. It's a solid hotel for the price. I didn't rate it higher due to one of the elevators being broken and the other one shaking anytime anyone got off. The breakfast was super lacking in options but it did the job. On the plus side, the staff was friendly and nice and the free parking was good. I overall felt safe at the property. It was really quiet for the most part. If I am looking for a budget stay next to Disney I would come back.

The pool was a great amenity to have as well as the hotel breakfast which is free. Coming back to the hotel late, there isn’t a lot of parking open in the lot but, it wasn’t much of an issue for me. Very easy check in and check out process. Overall, my friends and I had a great stay, no complaints!

I had a good stay. It's quiet and safe, parking is easy and well-lit. The room was great - no smells! TV was the largest I've seen in a hotel, maybe 75". Continental breakfast was just right. One of the two elevators was out of order, so I removed one star. But really, I'll be back here the next time I have business in Orange.

Good property. Disliked that there was no shuttle to and from Disney. However the walk to the free shuttles was about 12 minutes and you go through security checks so when you get to the park you go straight in. Which was awesome

Great stay, we decided to stay here for the Disneyland Marathon weekend. Location is excellent, it’s only about 2 blocks away from where the race takes place so it’s very convenient. Staff was great and the rooms were clean. The only reason why I give them 4 stars is due to one of the two elevators being down, and kept waiting around just to get up to our room.

This hotel has the freeway on one side and a liquor store in the other. We booked a 6 day stay and left the property after 2 days. It was horribly dirty. Our room had several spiders crawling up the walls, ants coming out of the drains, stains on the furniture, cleaning was offered every 2 days if you requested it. Outlets did not work. USB outlets were installed but not correctly when you plugged into them they just pushed into the wall. The icing on the cake is that the day we were leaving housekeeping just walks into the room. No knocking, no announcing their housekeeping just walked in and said “we thought you were gone”. I CANNOT believe this hotel is rated what it is. We left and booked the Holiday Inn Express and it felt like the Ritz compared to this hotel. We requested a refund and have fought with them for over a week, we received a refund for the nights we didn’t stay. This hotel is a JOKE, I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy. We have called the health department in California and sent all the pictures I took because it is that unsanitary. The price may look appealing but this hotel is not worth the savings.

Staff are nice and no extra fee for parking. I definitely think room & bathroom could be cleaner. I believe there may be bed bugs, I got a bite and felt a couple times bites/crawls. Towel hook fell out. Alarm clock kept making an annoying buzzing sound and the static got loud sometimes. I got the room by the freeway, can be very noisy. The AC is annoying and goes on and off when turned on, and when it comes on it makes this loud sound that woke me up couple nigjts of my stay. This place is only okay if you really need a place to stay for a short time, but I sould suggest going to another place and paying more for comfort.

This hotel is across the street and just a bit of a walk down from Disneyland. That location has many dining and shopping options. The staff was friendly, the surrounding were pleasant and clean, check in and out was fast. The best part, the room was very clean, tidy, modern and the bed was very comfortable.

Knew when booking this that it was literally right next to a freeway onramp, was unfortunate to get a room with an eye level view of said freeway. Not too loud but was unfortunate enough to be woken by a Truck horn at 2 am that they were kind enough to hit for an extended time to guarantee it woke us up If this place is over $200/night please save yourself and look somewhere else

I booked an upgraded king bed b/c in the picture it shows Disney fireworks from my window which I thought would be nice. Nope. Fireworks couldn’t be seen from my 3rd floor room facing a trailer park. The shower basically had no water pressure making showering a not so great experience. Add the fact that the tub sank a little under my food when I stepped in. Felt like I might fall thru. Also, the light up mirror in the bathroom didn’t work. Spectrum cable offered in the rooms was the worst. Relaxing to some Tv was basically not an option. Overall the stay was just ok. The staff was nice & friendly and the location is great for Angels games or Disneyland but won’t do again for couples getaway.

As a solo traveler, this property had everything I needed. However, it is right next to the freeway, and so was my room. Thankfully, I didn’t hear my hotel neighbors, but I DID hear every street racer in Anaheim. I wonder if I wasn’t in a room facing the freeway if this was the case though. I would stay again and see if I could request that I not be on that side. Otherwise, it was a 4/5.

The property was very clean, the staff was great, and a short drive from Disneyland. The breakfast was good and had good options (eggs, sausage patty, some cereal options, bagels, toast, waffles and fruit). We unfortunately had a room close to the freeway and was up all night from the noise. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were very lumpy.

Hotel and room were clean and comfortable, but a little small for a family of 4. Price was very fair all things considered. Unfortunately pool was out of service when we stayed. Traffic was a little noisy on the back side of the hotel facing the freeway on ramp. Location was good, very close to food and shopping, also walkable to Disney.

The property is nice but the built in USB ports in the room are warn out and don’t work. I expect something like this due to the heavy use but it seems like a safety check would warrant a repair. The nice big lighted mirror in the bathroom also doesn’t work, it isn’t connected to a switch or the bulbs are all burnt out.

How do you stay a hotel and there key machine is broken had to access to my room unless they opened for me so inconvenient checked in Monday left Thursday and all that time was never fixed never offered anything for the inconvenience at all. Couldn’t go thru certain doors or pool cuz u needed a key just so inconvenient and then to top off at check in said If I wanted to cancel and go elsewhere I can really????? That’s the solution?

Staff was very helpful and they went out of their way to make certain that you knew the lay of the land around the hotel. Very clean property. The pool area was exceptionally clean and the pool was heated (mid November). Parking was very easy: drive in/drive out. Safe lot, no issues. Breakfast is three hours (630-930) which really got us off to a good start. It’s basic (pork rounds, eggs, porridge, toast, and limited fruit) but it really is all you need. It kept my teenagers fuelled for hours which saves you some money every day. The hotel is a bit tired and could use some paint and better finishing in some areas but the hotel is super clean. We asked to be moved to a high floor and away from the highway. It made a huge difference when this was accommodated. Good proximity to the parks ($8 Lyft each way). The rooms are a bit tired but you get a small microwave and bar fridge. The fridge was your typical bar into but it couldn’t freeze anything. You can only put small items in the microwave but both items were good to have. The beds were firm and a bit uncomfortable for us and the AC was loud but powerful. The TV was bizarre. More channels than you would ever watch. However, you couldn’t access a guide which would only pop up when you scrolled enough. You had to be a marksman to find that sweetspot to change the channels or volume. If you did find some useful info from the guide, it dumps you into a general area and you have to scroll around. Overall, very good hotel

Staff in the morning at the front desk answers questions in a clueless manner and not very friendly. This hotel is nice but please work on the front desk staff. They are the first impression.

Friendly helpful staff throughout the whole period of our 5 night stay. Large spacious rooms with independent air con. No room safe which looses a star but the saftey deposit box at reception was the provided alternative, staff always accomidating with providing access. Property ideally located for disney, short 25 minute walk or 5 mins from the toy storey parking lot to use disney buses.

I had a pleasant stay at Comfort inn. Rooms are okay, decent size. Beds are comfortable Hotel is very close to Disneyland parks. Hallways are quiet. Free breakfast (basic- bread, cereal, oatmeal, egg, sausage and waffles) free parking. This hotel is very convenient if you want to save money on deposit fees, parking and breakfast. Hotel it’s around two blocks from Toy Story parking lot. My family and I walked there, took us about 5-8 minutes. Shuttles take you to front gate. On check-out day, they let us leave our car at the hotel because we went to one of the parks, which was amazing!

This hotel did not disappoint. Let’s start with free parking, walking distance to Disneyland with free breakfast. The room was very clean and comfortable. If that’s not enough the hotel was also the least expensive within walking distance to Disney. We would definitely stay here again.

This place is simple, clean & reasonable. Great Places to eat within walking distance. Family friendly, we stayed so we could visit Disneyland and it worked out great. They include parking and breakfast in my package and it’s the perfect place to just get a nights rest. Nothing fancy about this place, just simple and convenient. Great place to stay for a Disneyland trip! Within walking distance but also a super quick and affordable Uber ride! Breakfast was plentiful and 24hr coffee in the lobby was great for exhausted parents! Would definitely stay again!

It was fine. There was some confusion about check in and was told that the resort fee would be removed from one of the rooms I had booked. It was not. And my main problem was the ridiculous resort fee! 24$ per night. This is not a resort. I will say the breakfast was done very well.
