This hotel worked out great for my family. The location is close enough to come back to the room each evening for a break. Also has a microwave in a fridge so we could prepare smaller meals in our room. The only thing we wish they would’ve had is an icemaker on the second floor. We had to go up to the third floor or down to the first floor to fill the ice chest every day. Free parking was definitely a bonus. We will for sure. Stay here again.

The check in process was quick and simple. Plenty of parking. Everything was kept clean, from the property to our rooms. My only recommendation for the them would be to have some type of small patio with an ashtray for the smokers. There are plenty of people who smoke with no place to sit down and have a moment. which leads to them smoking in random places. If you have a designated spot with benches, umbrellas then they become localized which is easier to keep clean.

24 hour front desk allows for Disneyland parking and late night check in which is a big plus. This hotel is still in a Covid protection bubble with no vending machines or daily maid service, but that made it a very clean property. 11 min walk to Disneyland was very doable. the Lobby still has a charming castle theme to it, the rooms, not so much. Room was comfortable, although a tiny bit dated. our room had a mini fridge, but no freezer section. I Would recommend this hotel. - The pool did not look too large but had a nice second story sun deck.

We arrived at Castle Inn at 8 am in anticipation of a long day at Disney. They allowed us to park our car (free parking for one car w hotel stay) and check in knowing our room wasnt ready and we wouldnt get back to the hotel until 11 pm after the park. It was literally a 10 min walk to Disney and we felt safe walking (even at 11 pm). The staff were very accommodating, we had a two room suite perfect for 5 of us, and the kids swam in the heated pool the next morning. This hotel was perfect for our meeds- theres a delicious pizza place only a 5 min walk away thats open until 2 am. The decor is slightly dated, but the beds were comfortable and the room was clean- I would definitely stay here again!

Castle Inn: more dungeon than Disney. We stayed one night before rope-dropping Disneyland, and that’s about all the time I’d recommend here. The good stuff: • 24/7 front desk (we rolled in at 11PM, no problem). • Hot shower with strong pressure (a lifesaver after travel). • Free all-day parking (and just $15 to extend past checkout on busy nights). The not-so-magical stuff: • “Castle theme” reads more medieval dungeon vibes. • Mattress = hard, creaky springboard. Blanket = two sheets plus the sad extra layer you usually find shoved in the closet. • No lounge, bar, or restaurant. Even the mini-mart was closed. Ten minute walk to Disneyland. Safe and well populated location. There are many hotels on this street. Our hotel was adequate, not luxurious or fancy, but worth what we paid. Comfortable beds, ice machine nearby, small coffee maker in room. We didn’t drive but the parking lot looked spacious. Working elevator. Check in was great with very friendly front desk staff. We would stay here again while visiting Disneyland!

Cleanliness was very good. The smell because I think of it just being old hotel smelt mildewy and our air conditioning we couldn’t turn on because it smelled like cat pee. Other than that it was a great location

Generally a fab hotel. The location for Disney is absolutely brilliant! It’s a little tired but great for us with kids and jet lag. Clean bathroom and comfortable beds. The carpet was unbelievably dirty. I walked around barefoot on the first night and my feet were actually black after this I was a little shocked at how dirty they were. If they could clean the carpets I would give them a 5 Star for cleanliness. Our lock broke to our room and staff had to let us in at midnight, staff were very kind and helpful.

The outside looks great but the room smelled and felt like a basement, musty and damp, wiped off tables and chairs with a Lysol wipe and it was dirty, we were suppose to stay two nights but we left after one

The beds are comfortable and the room is spacious. It's perfect for families visiting Disneyland. Parking is easy and included in the cost. Our only concern about the cleanliness is that there was an odd smell coming from the bathroom sink. It smelled like soap scum so a good sink cleaning should fix it. Housekeeping was very attentive each day and the front desk staff was very friendly. This is one of our favorite places to stay when visiting Disneyland.

We chose this hotel because it was within walking distance from Disneyland. It was convenient to return to the hotel to off load souvenirs and have a rest in the middle of the day. One room was relatively clean as expected from a 3-star but the toilet seat in the other room was not as clean.

The property is old and the carpets are next level nasty, they’re kind of wet and sticky from all the use. The showers don’t work. You either burn or freeze. Would stay elsewhere next time.

If you're staying at this property it's strictly for the location to the parks. The rooms are big but very outdated, beds and pillows are hard, room was clean. This is a motel, rooms open out to the parking lot. Rooms in this area can get expensive, I got this one for a good price if not I would stay somewhere else.

Arrived at the hotel very early. The front desk had a room ready for us and checked us in... AWESOME... Parking was plentiful. This is an older hotel and you can tell it when you walk in your room, but the staff did a great job of keeping it clean (much cleaner than more expensive places we have stayed). Disney was nice and close (10 minute walk), and we always try to stay on this side of the park as it puts you closer to the park entrances. The only down side, is that the walls are thin. We had neighbors above us that sounded like they were coming through the ceiling. They were quiet after 10 pm and we really didn't notice for long as we spent all day at Disney and were too tired to notice after about 5 minutes in our room. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was accommodating for our party. We had plenty of towels, but the beds were very uncomfortable, and the pillows felt like cardboard. They should probably invest a little bit in updating them. The water pressure in the shower was wonderful, but the hot tub was cold.

This was our 2nd stay at this hotel. If I could grade it a 4.75, I would. We were in room 358. I love the set up of the family suite. The beds are comfortable and a little on the firm side, not my preference. The shared bathroom could use an update but, it is clean and sufficient. The water pressure needs improvement. It is really convenient to the Disneyland entrance about a 10-15 minute walk. The staff were very professional and helpful. They provide free parking but only one car per room. However, if there is space, they will permit a 2nd. Overnight parking is also available close by. The only goof was the keys to our room did not work right away. I was very tired too tired to walk back reception, so I called them and they brought new key cards. That was really sweet. We did not use the pool. They have a hot tub, too. The pool is kind of small and dated. We will probably stay there again.

We have stayed here before and didn't have issues. This time the would not let my family check in. I paid for the room and was showing up later in the evening. This wlwas inconvenient as I was on the road traveling and was flying in later in the day. I talked with the lady that was at the hotel and they still would not let my family check in. I would not stay here again. We travel as a family and not always show up at the same time.

This hotel was good. The room was very clean, and although it is a bit dated, it was in good repair. One bed was not comfortable, but I reported it at the front desk and they got right on it. Flipped the mattress and added a 3 inch foam topper and then it was SO comfortable. The Castle Inn is also so close to Disney and easy in and out. We loved the convenience. Will certainly stay here again.

I stayed at the Castle Inn late July on a trip to Disneyland. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the security line for Disney, so not bad at all. There seemed to be plenty of parking. I was able to pre-check in and drop off my bags, as well as use the parking lot the day I was checking in so I could could get to Disneyland pretty early and not have to wait for the 3pm check in time, which was really nice. The room was nice and clean and a good size. I traveled with just me and my girlfriend, but there was plenty of space to store all the things we picked up from Disneyland, so I can see it easily fitting a larger family. There is a pool which is nice to come to mid day and relax, which is nice to relax in after walking at Disney all day. It will refresh you for a 2nd round at the park if you wish to go back. I will say there is a natural alarm clock in the morning of all the people walking out of their rooms heading to the park, but I figure it is like that at all of those hotels around the park, haha.

The staff were so nice from check in to even after check out. They were accommodating and helpful getting scooter accessibility and even called the company for us when the company didn’t answer. After we left we got a call an hour later that we left our infant daughters personalized blanket in our room and they are even mailing it to us. We would have been so sad to lose that. It was a short walk to Disney and a more than pleasant stay. Highly recommend.

The property is older so it has some noises and older fixtures, but water pressure was good, showers were hot, beds were comfortable and everything was clean. You can't beat the location and the service. Under 10 min walk to Disneyland and steps away from CVS, Walgreens, 7-Eleven, etc. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Will definitely stay again. Only thing missing is a roof deck to watch the fireworks! :o)

We enjoyed our stay and had no issues with our room, the property, or the staff. It’s convenient to the theme parks which is why we picked it. The basic rooms are spacious and comfortable. Free parking! The front desk is very helpful and advises you when you check in that they do not offer any food or drink on property. There are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants close by and the staff will gladly help you find the best one for you. Make certain you have what you need, if you need a drink in the middle of the night you’ll be out of luck. You were advised! The bath linens were basic and small, but they were well stocked. All in all, it served our purpose as we were only there to sleep and bathe. The rates are high for what you get, but it’s all about location which can’t be beat. Overall, a nice place to stay and we will stay there, again.

We stayed in a two room suite which for our party, was great. The room has only one bathroom but there is a second sink outside the bathroom too which makes having several people more manageable. The room was clean but fairly dated. The castle theming was cute and an easy walk to Disneyland. Also walkable to shops and restaurants but walking those directions felt a little dicey even at 6am with the people experiencing homelessness on sidewalks. Overall we had a good stay though the jury is still out for us if we will stay on the east side (instead of west side) of the park in the future. My only actual complaint? The tvs in the room do not have Bravo!!!!

We only slept here since we were in Anaheim for a Disney trip. A little slow getting checked in but and room service was fine... great food options and pharmacy were all really close to the hotel and really close (walking distance) to both Disneyland Parks
