Rooms are nice. Pool is at the main entrance next to the street access which doesn’t make it too relaxing but otherwise it’s a nice place. Staff is helpful and very nice. I would stay here again.

We arrived very very late, around 2:30am. I rang the bell at the service window and was greeted by a friendly gentleman. He got me checked in and informed me about when breakfast in the lobby would be available. Our room was clean and quiet and I really enjoy how you can park right outside your actual motel room. We felt safe and slept well. We would stay here again.

As a road warrior this place fits all the criteria. It is affordable , well maintained and has upgraded room amenities. The (Direct tv)cable system they use did not work during my stay. Aside from that, very friendly staff and I give it a thumbs up!

It was a perfect place for us to stay. We were only there for showers and sleeping. Very clean, once we drove in the property it felt very safe, the parking lot is well lit, could park right in front of your room, clean room and comfortable beds. Thank you

All I need was a covinient, clean, safe and quite room to sleep during my business trip. That was what I got. The receptionist was friendly. I parked right in front of my room. The room was clean and smell good. I slept throughout the night. No noise. The AC worked well.

Disgusting room!!! The king bed sinks down in the middle and felt like springs poked our backs. The couch has stains so bad we wouldn’t dare sit on it. The ceiling vent was falling off and dirty. The bed sheets had stains on them. The “clean” towels had some black residue on them. The white shower floor was brown. I will post my photos as proof on all platforms that take photo reviews. When I mentioned the horrible room conditions to staff, they literally shrugged it off until I told them that I would definitely be leaving a review with images was the only time I got any type of “apology.”

The motel itself was good. The room had a fridge, a bed, a table with a chair, a bathroom, etc. However, we have to mention a few issues: there were hairs in the sink area that looked like shaving stubble from the previous guest, and the bed was dirty with hairs that were not ours. The pillows were also uncomfortable. On the positive side, the receptionist at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming.

They have clearly made some recent upgrades to shutters on windows and bed linens. The rooms are spare but fine. However the noise from the nearby busy road (at all hours) and being able to hear other guests in the parking lot made the stay uncomfortable. Fine for one night if needed.

Side lights were unplugged-had to pull out bed to plug in- TV remote wouldn't turn on or off.Had to manually push button, hidden on back side- so couldn't turn off from bed. Quality control should be better in any room. but this was ADA room.No sweetner/sugar or stir sticks. Requested extra pillow not available. Desk Man's spirit willing but no resources available to him, not even a light bulb.

I am a return customer. This place is the best value for your buck in Fresno. I like this place because its clean, safe, quit & comfortable. The free internet is strong enough to power a PS5 and other streaming devices uninterrupted. Parking is never a problem. Nobody is ever lurking around outside and management is quick to deal with the street walkers that may wander onto the property. Convivence stores and restaurants are plentiful in this area. This is a diamond in a the rough when it comes to Motels. This is always my first choice when in town for work.

The bed and bedding was super cozy and the ac unit worked like a champ. Only downfall is the walls are paper thin and you can hear EVERYTHING on both sides of your room at night. Recently freshened up, but only stayed long enough to sleep for 6hrs prior to our flight and slept like babies we did.

One of the blankets was torn open at the end of the bed. One of the electrical.outlets was broken on the nightstand my phone charger just flopped out when i tried to use it.athe coffee pot didnt work but the maid switched quickly. The front desk had no record of our reservation made through Expedia. I had to retrieve from my car a printed confirmation of the reservation. Still, the front desk clerk could not "see" the reservation at his terminal. The clerk had to call his manager, who was able to access the reservation. Due to this process, there was a significant delay of about 15 minutes in the check-in process and in obtaining the key to our room. This is unacceptable.

I stayed at Summerfield Inn 2-3 days every week since January 2025. The desk clerk became overly friendly by my March 3 stay. While he was fixing the TV in my room, he asked if I liked wine and said, "I have some good wine." I declined. The next morning when I left for work, I placed the 'privacy' sign on my door thinking it would discourage any further interactions. But Wednesday evening (the night before my checkout), desk clerk called my room asking if I had time to talk. "I want to talk to you," he said. I explained, "I'm working. I don't have time." Desk clerk stated, "But you're checking out tomorrow. We should talk more." As a woman traveling alone for business, it made me very uncomfortable. I immediately made other lodging plans and cancelled all reservations with Summerfield Inn. I hesitated to write this, but other females traveling alone should know that repeated stays at the site seemed to give him license to cross boundaries and be over-familiar.

check in was a breeze, I got here earlier than expected and I was able to check in early so that was nice. the workers were all nice and greeted me if we passed each other up. I would definitely stay here again if I needed a night to crash in the city.

In the room next door, there were too many people, loud, and alcohol consumption all night long. We called reception multiple times and never received an answer. This place might be suitable for those looking to party, but if you are hoping to rest, I highly recommend staying elsewhere.

Apparently their non existent “policy” says that you can’t check in after 10pm AFTER you payed for your reservation or else it’ll given to a walk in. If I could give them zero stars to this place I would. You’re better off sleeping in your car on the side of the road then giving this place your money.

I chose this place because my mom was having surgery nearby. Since it's really just a single story motel I could park right in front of our front door, making it easier for Mom to go in and out. Pros: seemed clean, had a fridge and other basic ammenities, well priced, neighborhood felt safe, convenient location, lots of variety of restaurants nearby. Cons: front desk guy seemed annoyed when we checked in at 1 am and came out in his boxer underwear + I woke up with clustered, super itchy bites on my legs after both nights. After first night I just assumed they were mosquito bites from the day before. But I spent that whole day sitting in the hospital and still woke up the next morning with 12 new fresh itchy bites. So I think there were bed bugs. However, I examined the sheets and mattress and could not find any signs of them beyond the bites. So to be fair, I'm leaving a 3-star review. But if it was bed bugs, they deserve only 1-star. Sleep in room 106 at your own risk.

Sam at the front desk was friendly, welcoming, and engaging with his guests. The room was surprisingly comfortable and was just what we needed for a one-night stay over on our long road trip. A small breakfast with limited choices, so if you are looking for the traditional continental breakfast at hotels with the waffle maker et. al, then plan on finding a restaurant nearby. But if you want a grab and go bagel or fruit, I recommend Summerfield Inn.

Overall it was a fine stay. The breakfast was lacking and I got bit up real bad by a spider. But the bed was comfortable and the roommwas well maimtained

It was alright. The building is pretty new so that was a plus. However, no breakfast like advertised, was one of the reasons I chose this place. The property manager told me they had put the coffe machines in the room instead of breakfast but they didn't even refill our creamer and sugar sachets on the second or third night. He did mention that they were changing managers soon and they might reinstate breakfast... I guess it depends if they're gonna want to cut corners too. They don't make the bed during room service but they do clean and give you clean towels. You can hear almost everything coming from adjacent rooms and outside, but it was quiet enough to be able to sleep fine. The pillows are very uncomfortable tho. Honestly pretty decent for the price so I'm putting out things that you might expect. Would have given 4 if only they hadn't lied about having breakfast.

We had a nice overnight stay. The staff member that checked me in was very friendly. The room was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was a basic bagel breakfast. I have nothing bad to say.
