The Surfbreak Hotel

The room wasn't very clean. There was hair on the beds, in the bathroom, and in the shower. The floor was sandy, there was mold along the backsplash of the sink, and the faucet was empty.

Great location, cute and quaint! Parking lot is a little difficult to get into spaces. This location uses a remote check in, so you have to fill out the information before arrival via a link sent to your phone number. I had some difficulty getting my access code to work and the staff reset it for me, but they only reply by text so expect some waiting around if you don’t fill out the check in before arrival. I tried calling the phone number to speak to someone for door code help in my frustrations and still only had communication via text. Our room floor was dirty with hair and some garbage under the bed. However, the beds were clean and comfortable. Maintenance/cleaning staff were on site in the morning. Even with the floors being a major turn off, I’d stay again.

There was actually no breakfast. The parking lot is really small. Our room floor was dirty. The rest of the room was very clean though. The bed was very comfortable. And the shower was very good.
