Very organized breakfast area. Pancake machine was awesome. Coffee cups above average. We asked for additional items for our room with quick response. Our only complaint would be parking. Sometimes could not find a spot and parked two businesses away. Should not charge $10/ day. I paid $40 at the end of our stay and should have realized two nights i was not even in the parking lot.

All was great except for parking. It was difficult to find where to park especially in evening hours. The fact that parking was an extra charge at the time of check in was not appreciated. Should've been included in total price or at least be informed about it when booking.

The stay was great. 2nd time there. I never used pool first time, but second time my daughter used pooland I was hoping to soak my aches and pains away in a Jaccuzzi, but there wasnt one. Disappointing and not sure if rooms had a tub, but mine didnt. Maybe my fault, but there was no soaking period.

We stayed two nights. The first night our room was on the top (4th) floor. The room was not particularly clean. Carpet was very dirty. Walls stained. Pink mold in shower that is easily cleaned with vinegar and baking soda which is non toxic. The second night our room was on the first floor and was large, carpets were not clean, and the smell of mold was overwhelming. The hotel didn’t charge me a parking fee because I reported the mold smell upon check out. The hotel was sold out so we couldn’t move rooms. They said that mold is unacceptable at their property, but the first floor hallway walls had water damage. The wall paper was pealing off of the walls and water damage was clearly visible. Overall, the hotel was okay. They need to repair the water damage and mold, clean carpets and walls, and remove pink mold from showers.

The can focus on cleaning the floor carpet in the room a bit more. I didn’t wear shoes because I had a one year with me and I noticed mine and his feet were getting really dirty.

This hotel room was disgusting. Not only was their blood stains on the bed sheets, but it wasn’t vacuumed and everything was literally filthy. I’m not one to complain but even after moving rooms because the first one was disgusting I recieved another disgusting room. Service is terrible and I would not recommend to anybody.

The breakfast was great, staff was great. It would have been nice if there was water available during the day, when we got back from doing something there was no water to drink or to fill up a water bottle, you had to buy water. The carpet in the rooms and the elevator were dirty, covered with spots, I didn’t want to take my shoes off. The bed and pillows were very comfortable

I think my only complaint is the AC unit didn't that well. Could not adjust to a cold setting. The temp was cool but the temp adjust knob just spun around and could not adjust it to the coldest setting. Other than that the room was nice and comfy.

Internet was very slow. Had to use my mobile data to get any work done. The staff was awesome and the rooms are clean and comfortable but internet is a priority when the trip was for business. Internet barely had a sugnal abd kept kicking me off.

First off, check in was horrible!! Stayed with my son who is a Marine and we were having a father and son time. I flew in to see him. We waited 40 minutes in front of the hotel clerk who didn't greet us, walked away and was on the phone. Very rude and unhelpful. In the morning, I spoke with the manager, and he apologized and said he would handle it. The hotel shares a parking lot with Homewood Suites and at first I entered that hotel thinking it was ours. We entered thru a back door from the shared parking lot. That hotel was gorgeous, but come to find out, it wasn't the holiday Inn. The Holiday Inn is outdated and not as nice. The beds were awful!! Had soprings and very uncomfortable. That was a shame becaus emy son and I liked watching movies from our double beds so it was uncomfortable to lay on. Housekeeping took 3 days to come and check on us and clean the room. I had to complain about that. Once they came, they did a good job. Breakfast was ok. Eggs, sausage, cereal bacon. Pancake machine wasn't working.

Maziar was at the front desk, both last night and this morning and he is incredibly friendly and even remembered our names. The room was very clean and quiet and we all slept well. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!
