Okay, a pretty dated property when it comes to most areas. Meets minimum expectations. Needs a refresh. Elevator was on and off as far as working goes. Asked for towel refresh and trash dump when we left one morning but did not happen. Night staff was very accomodating in getting to it when we returned. Breakfast was very good and breakfast staff could use some help keeping up. They were working hard, just needed more support. Rooms were available at check in time and staff was friendly. The property just needs a good makeover in order to get past an average rating.

Great place for a stop along a long journey. The staff was friendly and check in was easy. The room was very clean, the beds were extremely comfortable and we had no issues with noise, dirtiness, etc. The breakfast was delicious (scrambled eggs, hash-browns, pancakes, biscuits and gravy, sausage links, cereal, oatmeal, etc). The outdoor pool was nice and the tables surrounding it are cute. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and we’ll be staying again!

Construction in the south parking lot made parking very difficult. I believe it was the city doing something with the sewer line. Other than that, the staff was fantastic. Rooms clean, comfortable, and the breakfast was above average pancakes, biscuits, and gravy, sausage, fresh fruit, variety of coffee And creamers

Nice, clean property. Older building, but room was quite clean and adequately maintained. Exercise room had TV, treadmill, cycle and a dozen pairs of new dumbells, with lots of clean towles. Hot buffet breakfast was a hit with our 3 teen children.

Checked into a room and sheets were not changed and were dirty. The room smelled awful. Floor was an old dirty carpet that was also filthy. They gave us a different room and it was even dirtier. There was dog food on the floor, a chewed up jerky in the corner, hair and crumbs all over the floor. Bedding wasn’t clean nor was the pillow. There was brown stains and food on the chairs in there. There were no other hotels available in the area otherwise we would’ve moved to a different hotel. This was the only room left. My husband had to ask for a dustpan and broom to clean the floors because we didn’t even want to walk on it it was so disgusting. He decided to clean it himself and we used this towels to mop it. The towels were black after cleaning their floor. I’m sure it was the first time the floor has ever been cleaned. We were so disgusted we asked for extra towels just to step on. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The place needs to be shut down. The only positive thing I have to say is the guy at the front desk was very apologetic about the whole thing. The housekeepers need to be fired.

Our room was very clean. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, we had lots of shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. We had a refrigerator and microwave. The room smelled clean. And the breakfast buffet was delicious, with hash browns, eggs, sausages, bacon, all kinds of breads, jams, jellies, juices, and pancakes. The night we were there a football team came from 5 hours away to play a game and stay at our motel. The cooks cooked snd cooked until everyone had eaten enough. 100 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hotel is older which is not a problem. The Internet service was very poor, it was slow and dropped fairly often. The AC/heater was...not sure how to describe, but it was hard to get a consistent temperature. The beds were comfy and the room was spacious and clean.

We were in Room 242. Nice big clean room. however, you can hear the traffic and the people above you on the third floor so pretty easy to be woken up. The hotel is in a handy area for the airport and traveling around grand junction. We liked the hotel but would only stay here again if we were on the third floor

One of my most interesting hotel stays ever! A sinkhole emerged in the parking lot mid-morning on our 2nd day. It caused the water to be out in the entire hotel for over 12 hours. This is where my low rating for service came in. Some staff were kind and understanding of the guest's frustrations, while others were snippy and rude. I understand the sinkhole and then the water outage was not due to the actions of the desk workers, however, the company could have tried harder to get the situation taken care of in a shorter amount of time. Discounts/ refunds were only given upon request; that should have been done automatically to all guests dealing with no water. We went to the gas station next door just to get gallons of water to flush toilets and wash up. (nothing was offered to help guests during this time) The hotel is older but kept clean, the free breakfast was better than expected.

Front desk person (a mid 30ish male)originally gave us a 2nd floor room. We had preferred 1st. As we went to out car he actually went out of his way to come outside with new 1st floor room keys. Martha in the breakfast area is the best ambassador you could have. She was delightful and a hard worker. You MUST keep her another 30 years!

The staff was so good to me while my husband was in the hospital. They allowed me to extend my stay without worry, were super understanding with the potential of extending or cancelling, and were highly responsive when I needed them. I will definitely recommend them to others!

When we checked in at 3:00 pm they room they gave us was "not ready" and it took more than 30 minutes to find us a room that was ready for a new guest. Mountain detours had us very tired from a much tougher drive than it should have been, and it would have been much easier if they had assigned us a room that was truly "ready for a new guest". Breakfast the next morning at 8:30 was underwhelming, and a disappointment, as we paid for and invited local friends to join us for breakfast. Not a good value at $155 a night.

Front desk staff who checked us in was cordial and informative. Complementary breakfast had your main sausage, egg, pancake, biscuit, etc… Unfortunately menu remained the same daily. Hotel was dated but clean. Only issue we experienced was the daily noisy parking lot construction fronting our room. Construction work limited parking space especially when they had to close the back parking lot too for additional work on some days.

The staff is top notch! Very courteous and friendly. I ordered dinner through GrubHub and the front desk called me as soon as it was delivered. I've stayed at this property twice in the last month(I have a student at CMU) and it just might be my go to hotel. Very reasonable priced. My only criticism would be the breakfast, the food was only lukewarm on borh of my visits.

Older property but clean and kept up. Nice breakfast with REAL eggs and great pancakes. (Hash browns, sausage, homemade salsa, cereal, toast, juice, coffee, apples, oranges, all that you need.) This hotel is an excellent value.
