Phone in the did not work, vending machines empty and no coffee in lobby

This place looks nothing like the photos posted. They must have used photos from when the building was much, much newer. It's basically a dump. There were tow of us, but 1 shampoo & conditioner packet. 1 soap bar. 1 coffee packet, but no container to put the coffee in so it was worthless. The room stunk. They apparently don't know how to repair or paint. The bathroom fan didn't work. You'd have to be desperate to want to stay here.

The room was good but the bathroom had no place to put all your toiletries!!!

The room was clean but on need of repair. Looked like someone had locked a dog in the bathroom and they tried to scratch their way out. The security lock was missing the ball to make it lock and the deadbolt did not work. Called at noon to get it fixed and at 9pm when we got back to the room it was not fixed. Quinn who was working the desk was great. She cane to the room with a drill and replaced the security lock and fixed the deadbolt

Ants, ants, and more ants. Room floor was completely covered with ants. If we weren't exhausted we would have moved hotels. They need to try vacuuming the food and hair off the floor in the room (looks like it has been there for months), cleaning up the cobwebs from the ceiling, and spray for ants. Staff was pleasant though.
