Only had one elevator for six floors, had to wait to long to ride it to your floor. Elevator was hot in the heat of the day, but in the evening the elevator was cool! Basement was hot and smelly. Did not understand why they have the coffee brewer in the bathroom! By the way, I knew that I was going to arrive hours after check in time, so I was trying to be courteous and give the hotel a call to let them know that I was still going to show up out of respect, but the person that I was talking with, hung up on me, called about 4 separate times, I was so frustrated. Your review is 8.6, but that is a joke!!!!!! The view was great, house keeping service was very good!!! The beds was good!

Great location, right on the beach. Easy to park, good food nearby, some are walkable. Why spend the big bucks to stay on the beach? This place has it too, nice pool, hot tub, out the door, walk right onto the sand, and it's less expensive.

This beachfront hotel was a great stop for us on our road trip. It was very clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The pool was good for a beachfront property. The hot tub was under construction, but that did not affect our stqy. They have books and puzzles in the lobby and coffee all day long. Parking was free and convenient. A bonus was a complimentary vacuum for your car to clear out any sand. Will definitely stay here again.

It was bad enough the hall REAKED of mold but they tried covering it up in the room. I couldn’t smell it with the air freshner, but oh did my sinuses let me know about it this morning. Sick as a dog and missing work. Thanks!!

I have stayed here twice now, trips were three years apart, and the hotel has always been so clean. Staff is awesome and helpful and always working to keep the rooms and halls clean. Right on the beach as well. Very convenient to several locations as well.

I had booked for 2 nights but only stayed 1 night. The bedding was not clean and had a musty smell. The couch was dusty and carpet not clean. The smelt really bad and needed airing out. I spent the night sleeping fully clothed because i couldn't have my skin touching the bedding. It was not a pleasant stay. This trip was money wasted.

What a spot. I had 3 nights here after a two week road trip, fantastic is all I can say. I got a balcony room on the 7th floor did a shop at publix and never left the room to eat as the kitchenette is very well stocked. Sat on the balcony overlooking the ocean having lunch was the standout period of my whole trip. So relaxing. I’ll be back in February for sure. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Was pleasantly surprised at the comfortable and clean room. ocean front balcony was great. My one negative would be how quickly the hot water is used up by the floor. Each unit or several could be supplied plenty with an instant hot water heater.

Property is dated but well kept and clean. Room was average size with excellent ocean view balcony. Mattress was pretty comfortable and linen was clean and soft. Pool small but clean with excellent access to beach! Enjoyed my stay over all.

We've stayed here several times. We are always happy and were this time. That said, we had no hot water when we went to take showers in the morning. No matter how we turned the spickets, there was no hot water and that was super disappointing. It doesn't deter us from staying again, but we do hope it is fixed when we visit again later this year.

The staff was awesome. I had a small issue at check in that was immediately resolved. The room was clean, comfortable and had an amazing view. The new hot tub is wonderful. The only issue we had was a couple of groups would come to the pool deck early in the morning and clip their towels to chairs around a table and disappear for hours and hours - with the limited amount of tables I feel this should not be allowed to happen.

Elevator was so slow. Talked to the front desk and they were so rude. Would not let me leave a formal complaint called the police and kicked me from property. I know what you’re thinking I must have done something. Nope maybe she was nervous because I’m a big guy with tattoos but I was polite. Anyways if you got a problem here you’re most likely not gonna get it resolved.

It was the best stay my wife and I have ever had while on short vacation. The gentleman at the front desk went above and beyond to ensure that my wife and I had the most outstanding stay at the hotel. In fact, when he found out that it was my wife’s birthday that we were there to celebrate, he accommodated us in such a manner, I am gratefully thankful for his outstanding service. It’s because of his unwavering commitment toward customer service, is the reason why we will surely return.

The property is old. But, it is literally on the water which is incredible. My biggest negative was the staff member when checking in. We checked in at around 10 pm on November 29. The woman at check-in is possibly the LEAST hospitable person I have ever met. She was extremely rude. What really added insult to injury was how peppy she was in front of her boss when we were checking out the next morning. It really left a sour taste in our mouths.

I was in town to spread some of my sister’s ashes and a friend’s ashes. I travel a lot and I want to say the staff here are all extremely friendly. At check in Sherry was extremely helpful and very nice. I have a medical condition and they were able to accommodate my needs. I had a slight issue with my first room after the first night but after speaking with Eddie it was quickly resolved. Eddie is a very funny guy and very polite also. They were very happy to move me to a better room and it was even an upgrade. The manager Rodger is a very nice man and if you have any concerns or issues he is very nice there is no need to be rude to anyone here they will work with you if you have a actual issue and don’t have a bad attitude towards them. The second room was absolutely perfect. No issues and a beautiful view. The housekeepers are so sweet!! I didn’t meet not one single rude staff member. The staff deserve a 10 star rating. The hotel is great too. They had no idea why I was there but they made my stay so much happier. Be kind you never know what someone is going through. Thank you for being so kind and taking care of my issue so quickly. I will definitely return.

I love staying here. The staff is friendly. The hotel is walking distance to CVS, mini golf, ice cream and great selection of restaurants. It’s easy to access the beach directly from the pool area. Vehicle access to the beach is close by.

Property was wonderful and right on the beach. We were just stopping through during a cross country road trip back to California from Miami, so a full kitchen setup was essential for us to cook and reset the car for each leg of our trip. We had a city view room (I think only these rooms have full kitchens and not the ocean/partial view rooms), and found the room to be exactly what we needed. Bathroom is a little on the smaller side, but not a problem whatsoever for the two of us. A family might have more of an issue with multiple people/small children though. Front desk was very kind during the check in and check out process. Although we didn’t have much time/use of the amenities, they seemed to be very nice. There’s a small laundry room ($1.50 wash/dry), dry cleaning services during the week, a free car vac area in the parking garage, reading library with games in the lobby, and a pool overlooking the beach, with stairs leading down to beach access. Dipped our feet in the water before we headed out and overall had a great stay. Will def stay again for next year’s road trip! 😊
