Nice facility. Ez check in. Nice room and view.Good value for $$. Restaurant next door ok. Pool and spa looked nice but Spa pump inop. Why can’t they fix it? We needed it after long day in car. Wife and I 72.

This was a beautiful property. It is older probably could use a little updating very good value walkable to two restaurants, beautiful pool however the pool is not heated, but we didn’t need the heat so we lucked out. I would highly recommend it again.

Very good. Beds are very comfortable and place is very clean. Hot tub jets were not working.

Amazing pool is heated

This is an older property but well maintained. I enjoyed my stay here and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The only downside to this property is the parking is lacking, if you come in after being out for the evening it is difficult to find a place to park.

We had a studio suite which fit our special needs for dealing with our scuba equipment. Easy access to Rainbow Reef dive operators and local cuisine. Friendly staff and even had pickleball courts we could have played on if we had time!! Will be back!!

Our 2 night stay was excellent. The only drawback was that the Hot Tub was not working.

Disappointed by the poor internet connection

This property had some shining stars and some ugly warts. The location is great and being on the marina was really fun! The pool was nice and the beds were comfortable. We also had access to the neighboring Holiday Inn pools/hot tub/ tennis courts. The down side...the room was very run down. There was an exposed electric outlet (no plate covering it) that we reported and someone came to look at it...said they'd be back in 10 minutes and never came back. The walls were scuffed and dingy and the cabinet doors were ragged on the bottom edges. Our bathroom light also didn't work. We had a kitchenette that had 4 plates, 2 bowls, 3 forks, 1 spoon, 1 butter knife and a pair of tongs. We asked the front desk staff and they said they'd try to find us more but never did. So my family of 4 had to be creative with meals. There was a broken pane of glass on the ground outside the building for our whole visit (4 days) despite my reporting it to staff. The hotel has a bar located at each end that is VERY noisy in the evening and at night. We were the very last room on the 2nd floor of the building and got ALL the bar noise! Try and request the middle section if you can to avoid noise. One staff person was very kind and helpful, the rest were not. When I reported that the hot tub was the same temp as the pool I was told "good to know"... We did report all our issues to the manager and she offered compensation which redeemed the place a little.

Pool and outdoor areas around the marina are beautiful! The rooms left a lot to be desired – dirty dusty floors and bathroom tiles, especially in the corners, closet doors that would not open, burned out lightbulbs.

Truthfully, the room was a sh*t box. Tiny with no access to closets because bed was pushed right up against it. Dirt and dust in every vent. Rusty drywall screws holding dirty wire shelf over toilet for clean bath towels. Painted bathtub with paint flaking off. Shower faucet useless with exposed piping. Dated decor. Vanity too small for built in area with unfinished countertop ends and cabinetry. Windows didn’t operate properly. No blinds. Amenities were average. If you stay here avoid room 203 at all costs!!! Note to cleaning staff… pouring highly concentrated simple green and Lysol over everything creating a noxious offer is not cleaning

I gave this hotel 1–2 stars mainly because, while the room smelled clean, it was very dusty and noticeably outdated. The shower curtain even had visible mold, which was disappointing. On the positive side, the staff was genuinely friendly, parking was easy, and the tiki bar food was delicious. Breakfast was decent as well. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning. This place really needs some serious updates and better attention to cleanliness-especially when it comes to dusting and replacing shower curtains.

The room had an amazing view and the air temperature in the room was very comfortable The staff was super helpful and the room was very clean. We stayed in a two bedroom suite and it was very spacious. We are thinking of returning over the summer

The pics on Orbitz are deceptive. The room was old, dirty, dilapidated and there was another couple I met who said exactly the same thing about their room. It looked like something out of the 70’s. The only positive was the rear of the property that faces the canals. You can walk around, look at the boats and have something to eat and drink. The room was an utter disaster and not at all what I’m accustomed too. Plus, it was $240 and should have been $99. I would never ever consider recommending it or going back.

Room was spacious, the view from the balcony was amazing! Parking was a nightmare took several drives around to finally find a spot. The room was not cleaned real well which makes me wonder about the things I didn’t see. Food was still in the fridge, and razor caps in the shower.

Don’t stay here. The view is amazing but the room and service were TERRIBLE! Room was dirty and run down. Lots of broken items and dirty. Asked for blankets and they had none.

Comfy beds, cute place, good location! Could use some updates but looks like they are working on it. Only complaint was the blinds didn’t keep out the light at all- it was sooo bright from the light in the hall.

Room was out dated. Outlets didnt work especially by the bathroom, toilet leaked, some of the blinds were missing. I had to take a sheet off the bed to cover the window so no one could peek in my room. The shower pressure was off, more water was coming out of the tub spout then the shower head.

The room was a little dated and the fan didn't work. Upon a request to fix it, they were unable to do so. But still had A/C so that was ok. Toilet ran all the time and had to fiddle with the lever each time to work properly. Room just needed general maintenance. Other than that, everything else was fine. Pool is beautiful and not super busy. There are 2 nearby restaurants (one right on the property) so very convenient. It's very close to.the highway. Staff was always helpful when needed. Breakfast isn't really anything hot other than a heated up sausage/egg muffin which wasn't very good, some yogurt, boxed cereal, milk, packaged muffins, etc. Place was clean..

The rooms needed some TLC as the furniture was pretty beat up and the showerhead was taped up and could not be adjusted. However, the room was clean and the beds comfortable. Since we weren't spending much time in the room, it was fine. The amenities were great!! A very nice pool, with a terrific tiki bar and restaurant with great food. The complimentary continental breakfast was very nice as well. The marina is beautiful and we totally enjoyed our sta. We would choose to stay here again in the future.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly, helpful, & pleasant. The view was excellent. The shutters for the slider were broken, hanging by a thread. There was peeling paint in the shower & tub. Mold on the shower curtain. Scrapes on the wall. One Headboard was hung higher than the other. Rusty dishwasher exterior. Very dated & worn cabinetry.

We continue to come back to this not so secret “keysie” waterfront oasis. Letitcia and the hotel staff are there to serve. Coming back again.

Staff excellent however hotel rooms very dated, needs some TLC especially bathroom and kitchen areas

Big rooms

The property is clean and well maintained. Our suite was spacious and had a huge wraparound balcony overlooking the marina. The suite was well stocked but could use some updating. The front desk is only open until 10:00 so we had to check in at the Holiday Inn next door since we arrived late.

What an unprofessional place! We called between 6-7pm knowing we would arrive after a 19 hour drive after 10pm due to traffic. Was told to check in at sister hotel after hours and they were rude and told us we didn’t have a reservation at first then we found out they gave our room away so had to sleep in a car with 4 kids and a diabetic. They refused to give us a managers number and were extremely rude at the front desk of sister hotel. Completely unacceptable! We are still fighting for a refund which is plain stealing at this point if it’s not returned.

The staff at this hotel is amazing. Thank you to Gabe and the amazing young lady at the front desk in the AM. They did everything to want me to come back. More bookings coming soon. Perfect if you are in town for a dive charter.

Clean, accommodating, great location. Professional and friendly staff. We’ve stayed here several times and will return.

Miguel was AMAZING welcoming us and letting us check in slightly early to get ready for a wedding and gave us everything we needed in the most professional and efficient way. This stay was made by him!

Great service

The property was nice, but it needs some work. The door did not close easily, there were several spots in the bathroom where paint was peeling and grout/caulking needed to be done. The view we had of the canal and boats was really great. Parking can be an issue too. Had to call down to the front desk and the lady who picked up hun g up the 1st time I called. Then when she did answer, it seemed like it was totally a bother to have to talk to me. Very short and sighed a lot. Did not make a great impression.

The staff was awesome. Miguel was very accommodating.

We stayed here for 1 night, our room was very clean, enjoyed breakfast on the terrace overlooking the channel. Property was well kept and in walking distance to Sharky's Bar and Grill. Had great appetizer's, drinks and live entertainment. Enjoyed seeing the boats coming in and out of the channel. One area of improvement can be room darkening shades instead of blinds or curtain to pull over the windows. Overall we had a great time and highly recommend this hotel.

Attractive location on a canal with bars and restaurants next door. Good, simple Continental breakfast. Nice having a room facing the canal.

Front desk staff is very friendly and nice. Room was perfect for one night, you can tell property is a bit older, however it’s clean and the bed was super comfy!! We had a great view of the marina side.

It was extremely convenient to my trip on "the glass-bottom boat." The property was tucked back off the main highway but easy to get to. Although the area seemed to be a very busy neighborhood, our room was quiet and comfortable to stay in.

Although this property was on the waterway, I found it extremely noisy because of a roadway next to it garbage trucks early morning motorcycles racing by it was not very quiet. There are two restaurants on either side of the establishment and that was nice to be able to get a drink or eat, but I noticed one of the restaurants and bars was open until late, and there was a lot of noise coming from the bar which I could even hear in my room

Very nice location on Marina with 2 restaurants and large Tiki Bar on premises with live daily entertainment. Very friendly and attentive staff. Grounds and neighbors were safe and clean. Rooms were little dated and not as well maintained but usually places that accept pets are that way. Our Doodle did fine and we were only there for 2 nights so very doable.

Great location, right at the Marina to hop aboard a snorkel or sail excursion. Breakfast was basic but staff were wonderful and friendly. Miguel even lent us out a couple balls to go play at the park. The offer to visit the sister hotel right beside was an added perk and much appreciated as we loved the heated waterfall pool and tiki bar there…Mike the bartender was awesome and the food was delicious…we had the calamari and chicken Caesar wrap!! Our coffee maker wasn’t working initially, and they were prompt to address it. Definitely recommend!

Breakfast was plentiful and adequate continental. Mattress comfortable. Lots of clean, fluffy towels. Elevator for transporting heavy suitcases upstairs. Plumbing and furniture worn out. Parking not enough. Marina activity enjoyabke. Right off Keys hiway.

Wide variety of breakfast items to start your day; breakfast sandwiches, cereals, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit bowls, boiled eggs, coffee, teas, milk, juices. Though property is older, is well-kept and room renovations are in progress. Within walking distance of numerous restaurants and dive / sandal outlet. Cons - no Keurig teas in rooms for non-coffee drinkers and ambient outside noise is an issue due to older windows. Will definitely return.
