I booked this property because they said they had a Tesla charger but when I went to charge there were cars parked in the space and no notice the space was designated for e-vehicle charging. Bummer.

This place was sparkling clean. It has a well-used look, but the location, close to the bridge, highway, and many nice places to eat, make it hard to beat. We will stay again. EV charging is present, but too many ICE cars park in those spaces. We had to go get DC charging at the casino.

The staff here are always friendly and helpful. My room was very clean and well maintained. A draw is the walking distance to old town Florence. A main draw for me is the EV charging. I am a little concerned that 2 of the 4 chargers were not working. The staff is aware and said they were going to get them fixed. There is always a problem with ICE vehicles parking in the EV slots as well, and these spots are not well marked, and were not refreshed with the new striping for the parking area.

Firstly, the room was equipped with fans instead of air conditioning, making it difficult to stay or sleep in comfort in the heat. We had an enjoyable stay to say the least! The rooms were spotless. The bed was cozy. No unnecessary noise, even that close to the highway! We will most definitely stay here again and recommend this motel to anyone searching for a perfect spot in ideal proximity to downtown Florence.

It was very nice for a Super 8. I liked that it was clean upon arrival. I didn’t like that we had no cleaning service for our 5 night stay especially with the ocean nearby and the sand that was tracked in. We had to ask for fresh towels. Also, air conditioning would have been nice.

This was one if the best maintained Super 8’s I’ve come across. We usually don’t use this chain. Super clean, budget friendly, great staff, free small breakfast - we grabbed bananas and muffins to go. Just keep in mind there is no AC if you’re a hot sleeper, but we didn’t mind - it gets cool at night and you can crack a window.

Great property. The rooms are pretty basic, but very walkable to downtown shops and restaurants, clean, comfortable beds and have everything you need for a good stay. Staff was friendly, efficient and helpful and the property was surprisingly quiet despite of the location right next to 101. You can hear people in the rooms next to and above you pretty clearly though. But it wasn't enough to hinder our enjoyment. Overall a very nice property.

This was our second stay at Old Town Inn. We love its location near old town Florence where we enjoy wonderful restaurants and great local shops. The desk attendant was amazing. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and oh so helpful even finding a set of silverware for my daughter who had arrived late and was eating leftovers. Check in was easy and checkout couldn’t be simpler. Our rooms were clean and adequate for our stay. I’m sure we’ll be back again.

We were site seeing in the area and found the Super 8 to be comfortable and convenient. The staff were amazing and used every opportunity to assist us from check in to check out we received assistance with our room assignments and with getting ice before we left.

Upon arrival we wanted to showe, but there is no hot water. Front desk lady was nice but just said to try running it for 30 minutes to see if it gets hot. After 30 minutes, it was still freezing cold so she came to check. Basically nothing they could do and no maintenance staff or manager on a Friday evening. No extra rooms available either so no shower during our stay. We have to wait to speak to manager on Monday. Besides that, the room was fine. A little noisy since we left the window open to cool room off.

The people who run the motel are not the friendliest people. And if you stay more than one night you have to go get your towels and coffee from the office. They have no maid service. I wouldn't stay here again.

Was initially rather confusing due to name change. Was panicking that booked 2 hotels. Called old town hotel number & they clarified same hotel but bought out. Location was great- close to old town area. Hotel clean with fresh paint. Breakfast was not great but they had decent coffee… Overall worth the cost.

Clean, comfortable and quiet. This hotel has recently been refurbished and I was pleasantly surprised. They say they have a simple grab and go breakfast, but even that was better than I expected. We had oatmeal, yogurt, fresh fruit and coffee.

Very fast check in and check out. Decent continental breakfast for the price that you pay. Noticed that they will let you pick upstairs or downstairs rooms which is unusual. Good location close to everything. Staff was nice and efficient. Great places to eat within walking distance. Good parking. The only negative things I have to say is that it was a little noisy rooms are not very soundproof and you can hear some guest coming and going. Definitely not a fancy place but good for the price. Was just staying there as a pitstop on a road trip. Bed was comfortable bathroom was clean the heating system was not the best but it worked no air-conditioning. Decent toiletries and clean towels.
