This hotel was very busy being downtown but rooms were nice, clean. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices. The pool was nice but hot tub had no heat and front desk said they knew nothing about it.

Was able to check in early. Pool and hot tub were clean. Room was clean, water was hot and ac was cold. Bed was comfy and sheets very soft. The breakfast was really good!

Great location close to several events we were involved in. Staff friendly at reception and dining. Unfortunately, the pool and hot tub was closed before the posted 9 pm and I was not notified of the change as a guest as I walked through the lobby in my swimsuit with my spouse. Had to go back to room to change. Disappointed to say the least. Staff said they did not have a key. No electric charging stations. Outdated bathroom. Spacious room with large refrigerator

Some repairs that had been made in the bathroom, were, well not the best workmanship. Pool deck/ledge could use pressure washing, and hot spa experience was not good. There was mold up under the ledge all around. I went in, not seeing this UNTIL I was in. I came home with a rash on my legs. The staff was OUTSTANDING! Very helpful and pleasant.

The room we were given smelled musty and still had dirty rags left behind. We were given a new room. The new room also had a bit of a musty smell to it but not as bad as the first. I think its the AC units. Maybe needs new filters... Overall the hotel is decent for the cost and close to everything we needed to be close to. Staff was friendly and helpful.

It was so so... friendly staff. Booked the biggest room- received one tiny bottle of soap. Bring your own toiletries. AC turned down as low as possible and it was warm all night. Bathroom walls and tub were dirty.

It took us 15 minutes to find someone to check us in. We walked up and down the hallways. I knocked on staff doors. My husband called the front desk numerous times. No employee insight! When I found someone I asked her if anyone working the front desk. My husband said she looked me up and down giving me the dirtiest looks. Uncalled for! I wasn’t rude or raising my voice. Definitely will not be back!

Upon checkin they offered lemon water. My mother and daughter drank yhe water and was sick immediately after. They stay sick for out entire weekend in Orlando. Our room wasnt cleaned adequately. However, Cameron, Grace, Bibiana, and Marjory gave 10/10 service, and was extremely dweet and helpful. We would stay again just for them.

The hotel was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. My only issue was that i had requested adjoing rooms, due to traveling with children. I had called the week before to ensure they had the request and was told yes, but to call the day before to confirm the rooms were assigned. I did and was told yes, it was confirmed. On the day of the reservation I was called to make sure I waa coming, since they were at capacity. I said yes and to confirm I had 2 adjoining rooms and was told yes. When i arrived, was told that I did not have 2 rooms together. The front desk person was very helpful and was able to locate 2 rooms next to each other at least. Not exactly what i wanted, was very hard to go back and forth with the kids, but made it work.

First, the hotel was difficult to find on Orange Avenue. The hotel signage faces west so if your traveling westbound, you won't know where the hotel is. Had to call the desk attendant twice in order to locate the hotel. Second, the hotel guests were not the most desirable. There was a transvestite each day at at the hotel breakfast during our three day stay. Saw kids eating breakfast in their pajamas and a barefoot mother at the breakfast station. Hotel seemed popular with LGBTQ community. Just saying. First and last time for us. Third, there was no housekeeping notwithstanding our request for it. Fourth, room had no glasses our even plastic/paper cups in the bathroom. Fifth, the room seemed worn and badly needed updating and repainting. Sixth, the room's television did not have CNN or MSNBC,

Very comfortable, clean room. I felt safe there. The morning breakfast was available with plenty of options & the staff did an excellent job of setting it up and keeping it supplied. It was quiet, I did not hear any exterior noises. Very pleased!

The room was good, very clean, and the beds were comfortable. Staff was excellent. I knocked off one star because breakfast was sub par. The fruit choices were limited to apple , orange or banana. The oranges were moldy and dry. The apples were a bit old as well. The bananas were very green. The hard boiled eggs tasted off as though they had been served multiple times and were getting old as well. The quality of food was lacking. But the rest of the experience was very good.

We went for the free breakfast buffet. The coffee machine was out of order. No backup! - are you kidding? The juice machine was also out of order! Again, are you kidding? So we only had water with our breakfast. Oh, and the scrambled eggs didn't taste like eggs - more like scrambled tissue.

Staff at check in and check out was super friendly made everything super easy. The hotel was clean and perfect for a family to stay for the night (would have been an excellent choice for multiple nights as well). Breakfast was delicious with eggs, sausage and dollar sized pancakes, with other extras such as fruit, yogurt, toast and fritters. It was quiet and the fridge/freezer combo (mini) microwave worked (a feat in itself for some places). 10/10 would stay again on our next medical trip to the hospital.
