I had been driving for over 12 hours. All I wanted to do was have a soak in a hot bubble bath. I paid damn near $200 to ensure that I would be able to. When I finally get to the room, it was a huge disappointment. In the tub was a semi-permanent slip pad in the tub. The was old bath scum and crud stuck all around the edges, so the hot bath is out of the question. I figured a hot shower would have to do. When I turned the shower on, the water sprayed all over except in the right way....and it was piping hot. The cold water was not working properly. I tried to close the door to the restroom to avoid the water getting everywhere...and guess what???????? The door would not close. At all. No latch. At that point I just gave up. I was already undressed and unpacked so I did not have the energy to get dressed and pack up again to request another room. I just fell asleep crying out of sheer disappointment and disbelief. I was in #133. Sadly, I will never stay there again, and I will not recommend it to friends or family. I'm almost certain that you will read this and not really care...nothing will be done or resolved. Nothing to right your wrong. Customer Service no longer exist. I have stayed at other Wyndam Hotels. This was not it.
