The parking lot was confusing to navigate around. We didnt get the free breakfast bc we had to drive to a different building to attend it. If it were connected we wouldve went. Staff stood behind a barrier and didnt make eye contact when at the front desk. Room was clean and well stocked.

Asked for a non smoking room, and it smelled of smoke so bad I had to wait outside and call on my cell to request for another room. The second room was clean and well appointed, but it was a hassle to get to that point. Also, the area is rough. As a single woman, I was scared walking from the main building/check in, to the area where the rooms are at. It was dark in that section, and the stairway I had to take to the second floor, had its light burned out. It was dangerous and unsettling, the property should take this all into account to ensure the safety and well being of their guests. There is an option to take the elevator, however I could not even breathe in there from floor 1 to 2. I’m not dirt what the smell was from, guessing it was the dirty rubber mats. I wish I had a better review about the property but these are the facts from my experience. On the plus side, the staff were kind and helpful. Allowing me the option to store my luggage after checkout was a huge help.

Hotel is in a great area for walking downtown and 15min drive to the beach. It quite and the beds are comfortable. Great coffee in the morning. Pool is nice. Would stay here again.

The continental breakfast really wasn’t a continental breakfast coffee and rolls are just that. We went somewhere else. There should be fruit on the way to make hot pancakes or waffles. There should be eggs, bacon or sausage or both usually, there’s milk and orange juice usually some cheeses that are out as well as Yogurts. Just be honest and call it light snacks, and coffee. We were disappointed about that. The rest of the place was great. Pool was awesome.

It was not that clean. Not sure about the cleaning service. There was broken faucet handle in the bathtub/shower, no coffee supplies and with a packet open. The AC was awful. It was so hot when it turned off…old school. The lady at the check-in desk was nice.

When I first arrived to the room 217- the first thing I needed was a shower because I worked all day outside in the heat. When I got out of the shower- I was afraid of walking my foot on the floor so I use a towel so my foot doesn’t get dirty with the floor. After drying myself up- I noticed the towel was immediately dirty. The floor wasn’t mopped at all. I was quite disappointed because I had to use some of them towel to keep my foot clean. Other than that- the room is okay, not exactly Executive room because it seem like a standard room. Disappointed because I rented that room before and it was standard.

We booked a handicap room for my mom, as she has a mobility scooter. The room had a significant lip between the bedroom and bathroom, and just a standard bathtub. My mom tripped on the lip and luckily didn't get hurt. She also couldn't get in the shower, so had to do without during our stay.

Everything was great. The only complaint I had was that the guards under the beds (I assume they are there to stop people losing things and to simplify cleaning.) are like cymbals - loud and irritating - any time anyone in any nearby room hits them with their feet.

I booked this hotel because it was advertised as part of the Wyndham chain. We arrived, unpacked everything, and discovered the toilet did not work. We repacked everything and were given another room, to then unpack, again. We discovered that the bed base was made of metal and each time you walked to the bed to sit or put something down, your foot hit the metal and "it clunked." When you sat or laid on the bed, the bed springs groaned and made loud noises. In front of the bathroom was an alcove with a sink and lights. During the night, if one got up to use the bathroom, a sensor triggered the lights and the room lit up. This happened three times. My question is, why would Wyndham want to be associated with this motel? I am calling this review, "Sleepless in Pensacola."

Overall an average/acceptable hotel. Nothing to write home about but also not much to complain about. Property is close enough to walk to downtown. The pool looks nice. Room was clean but had an odor and was very humid to an almost uncomfortable degree. Beds were fine, pillows could have been nicer. The sink/vanity area was huge but toilet/shower area was super small and made navigating a bit awkward. Overall a fine place to stay the night.

I made a reservation through Expedia about 20 minutes before we checked into the hotel. Upon arrival, we were informed that the hotel didnt actually have a room available comparable to what we booked. They offered to put us in a room with two dohble beds instead of one king bed without any change in price. We told them that this would jot work for us and that we would just go somewhere else. The person working the desk said that that could not process a refund and that we would have to call Expedia directly, "and that\'s a long shot." We called Expedia, and the person at the desk said again that he couldn\'t do a refuns because the manager wouldn\'t be in until the morning and that our chances of getting a refund were "slim to none." Again, they tried to convince us to take the room with the full beds. They were unhelpful, to say the least, and they actively tried to prevent us from getting a refund. The original problem wasn\'t their fault, but they definitely did not handle it well.

The lady attending the breakfast bar was way too busy with personal stuff to even have coffee available. At one point, she said “you can go out to the lobby, as I’m sure they have some there.”It can’t be too difficult, as it’s self serve with everything pre-packaged. We were only asking for coffee to be perked. I think she was busy studying a book and making notes

Excellent location for all. Near enough to the beach and very close to downtown. Clean, updated and the television had a spectacular picture. Bed was comfortable, but the pillows were “hotel pillows” so bring your own. Breakfast was great.

I booked a room at this hotel for my wife, two daughters, and myself to attend the seafood festival in Pensacola, Florida. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations based on my online booking. The main lobby doors are locked at 11 p.m., which made check-in quite challenging, especially since we arrived around 1:00 a.m. When we checked in, we found several people congregating on the curb in front of our room, making it awkward and uncomfortable to unload our belongings. An hour later, when I left to grab a quick bite to eat, those same individuals were still there, now smoking weed and behaving even more suspiciously. While I anticipated some foot traffic due to the hotel's proximity to downtown, much of it consisted of homeless individuals, similar to those lingering outside our room throughout the weekend. The breakfast options were disappointing, offering only a limited selection. Although the overall cleanliness of the room was satisfactory, the rust in the toilet and shower detracted from its appearance. On a positive note, the pool was the highlight of the hotel, and the TV in the room was one of the largest I've encountered in a hotel. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this location for a future stay.

The location is good for walkers, lots of shops and restaurants less than a mile walk. This particular hotel has a variety of room configurations and the staff is very friendly. The Breakfast is more of a continental style, just in case future guest are looking for omelets and french toast instead.

Staff generally friendly and property is relatively clean. Don’t believe the claim of breakfast. Dry sliced bread and muffins portioned out in zip locks is about all they have..they have appliances to cook food but nothing to put in them. Breakfast should be taken off of their sit. Vending machine would be better.

Nice room. Good bed and shower. The lights have smart features but the alarm clock was also SET! Wow. That got me up to a nice breakfast of cereal and yogurt...coulda used other options though.
