The shuttle is a lie. They have selective hours and a when they feel like it attitude. The lady behind the bar gave us attitude when we asked about offing food. She sighed and rolled her eyes saying she’s have to open the kitchen up. The gentleman who checked us in was the only nice staff we encountered. I would never pay for the breakfast they served. Very disappointed

The breakfast organisation was tousy. Although my reservation was made with free parking included, they repeatedly insisted on charging a daily parking fee of 19 euros. When I objected, they said they had refunded the amount they had charged to my credit card.

Overall the hotel is fine, good condition, clean, modern facilities. The staff is superb, extremely helpful. The reason for not giving a rating of 5 is because of the shuttle service to the airport. I chose this property because they have a shuttle running from 4:00 am and we needed to be at the airport at around 5:30 am. Well, we couldn't use the shuttle at the end since the pick up location is about a block from the main entrance -the shuttle is a big bus that service several hotels and it couldn't turn in a small round about in front of the hotel-. It happens that the day we needed the shuttle it was raining heavily and that combined with the fact that my husband can not stand for long prevented us from using the service. A taxi to the airport, even though the hotel is not far away cost us about €30.

Beware about the free shuttle service. I wasn’t able to use this because of limited availability. Before booking, check the schedule first as there’s no service from 9am to 5pm. It says in Expedia ‘Includes airport transportation’. This is misleading!

Simple but comfy hotel. Selected hotel due to early shuttle availability as there is a shuttle at 4:40am to the airport. Bed and pillows were comfy, spacious room, with iron and drier. A restaurant for a quick meal . It is good for an overnight stay for an early flight. I think the shuttle is available only in the am and evening, please check.

Wifi was so very very slow it was unusable. Early morning shuttle to airport did not arrive, leaving all stressed and scrambling to be on time for flights.

It was sufficient for a short trip. It had been advertised with a gym / fitness centre: this didn’t turn out to be the case. This was a huge miss. They could easily have rectified this. The staff were great.

One very important thing that I noticed, because let's face it, it was obvious, was the cleanliness of the plates, glasses and cutlery, which is essential for me honestly... the trays were so dirty that I didn’t even want to pick them. The room was also terrible in terms of dirt, we found a piece of biscuit under the bed from people who were there before because we didn't eat anything like that in the room, there weren't even any courtesy items like a shower cap. On the little table in the hall, it was dirty and stayed dirty for several days... even on the day I left I went to check and the dirt was still on the little table, it's crazy that no one responsible checks the work of their own cleaning staff. But the service from the staff was GREAT! The only positive thing! I would go back to this hotel just for this reason. In short, in terms of cleanliness, there is a lot to improve.

Staff was great and really helpful, the room was so clean the breakfast was great as well.

When I arrived, even though I had prepaid they did not have a room assigned to me. I do not think the attendant knew how to get a room as I had to wait while he went somewhere else - 45 min later I was able to check-in which meant I did not get to my room until after midnight my room was dirty. It looked like the table in it had not been cleaned. There was sticky stuff all over it. I went to turn on the TV and there was no remote then in the morning I went down to catch the six am shuttle after only a couple hours of sleep, me and several others sat in the lobby waiting for the shuttle when it didn’t come at the assigned time, I went up and asked if the shuttle is just running late and was told, oh no the shuttle doesn’t come to this door. Even though he could clearly see there were six of us sitting in the lobby with luggage at 10 to 6 in the morning,You have to walk down the road to get it which meant I missed the shuttle and had to take the next one and at 71 years old I cannot run as fast as a 25-year-old through the airport to catch my flight. Needless to say I was very disappointed with this hotel.

- Zuerst Zimmer mit kaputem Türriegel erhalten, nach Reklamation ein anderes Zimmer. - Rezeption eher oberflächlich. - Im Frühstückbuffet ist es nicht einfach gebrauchte und gewaschene Teller zu unterscheiden. Auch die Tablare sind so mittelmässig sauber. + Grosszügiges Zimmer mit separtem Sessel

For the price I paid, I really didn’t expect this kind of room. The bathroom had mold, and the room itself was extremely small and uncomfortable — just bare cement floors, nothing cozy about it. I gave 3 stars only because of the hotel’s shuttle service, but even that was disappointing. They don’t follow their own schedule. On October 25th, we waited in the freezing cold from 7:05 until 7:48, while other shuttles came every 10 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous.

Hotel vicino l'aeroporto. Stanza molto grande e letto molto comodo. Molto silenziosa. Colazione molto varia. Consiglio!

Nouvel hôtel à proximité immédiate de l’autre Holliday inn de l’aéroport. Chambre très spacieuse (suite ?) avec un espace dédié à notre enfant de 10 ans : meme chambre mais avec sa propre TV ! Salle de bain adaptée aux handicapés : tout était de plain pied, pratique propre et très grande.

Air conditioning could have been colder. Rest was quite pleasant…

A bit of a low noisy hum in room 820. I use earplugs normally so no problem but if I did not use earplugs I would have requested another room.

One person taking orders did not track who ordered what so they had to walk around asking if you ordered it. Kitchen was understaffed, had to wait 45 minutes for soup and pizza.

We arrived with another couple traveling with us at the hotel yesterday at 6pm to find out that neither of our bookings were not on the system even though our booking information showed as booked the man behind the counter was not helpful and just stated they had no spare rooms for us to check into either Luckily we managed to get booked in at the other holiday inn hotel approx 200m away and we were greeted with extremely helpful staff who couldn’t have done anything more to help us I would like a manager to contact me to ensure no funds are taken from my account due to an error on their system!

Everything ok except the reception service. I requested the digital copy of the invoice many time without success. They even requested and wrote down my email twice….

This experience was the worst I have ever had in my whole life. We came at the time of the checking, there were a lot of people, some did not find a room knowing that we all booked and paid. We have got one, after a long hours of wait. We have been to the room just to put our goods before going out. When we came back to the hotel, surpise : the room was not ready at all. No beds, the sheets were not there, no towers, no coffes, no kettle and many things were missing. The phone was also not working, so no possible to contact the reception without moving physically. After a long trip and walk in the city, and with baby, there was literally no ready room to get a rest. We were tired, my baby was crying, a very stressful situation. One person was in the reception, and was just lost with all the issues happening with the other customers, and our issue. After 1 hour fight, I asked for a refund, and they promised to do something about it, and said there is no other available room as the hotel was full. So we have accepted to take a sheets and a towers for the night, as we did not have any other choise and my baby was just super tired. We could sleep only at 2am, my baby too. There was no confort at all, and instead of having a restful weekend, we have got a lot of stress and pression. In addition, they don't explain the process. For the parking, when we tried to leave the hotel, the door was closed, so we were blocked. To finish, today they announced that no refund will be done.

The hotel and staff are great. Free airport Suttle. Location is in an industry park, so no nearby restaurant.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. gutes Frühstück inkl. Gute Betten, kleines aber modernes Bad mit relativ großer Dusche. In 500m gibt es eine S Bahn Haltestelle. Wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten. Parken gegen Gebühr. Hatten Glück und haben einen gebührfreien Parkplatz in der Straße vorm Hotel gefunden. Drumherum gibt es nicht viel aber dafür hat man eine gute Anbindung in die Stadt. Würde das Hotel erneut buchen.

Nothing round the property other than other hotels. However, a 10 minute walk takes you to the local train station for onward travel to Brussels (15 mins) or the airport(10 mins).

Les +: hôtel très récent, très propre et très calme chambre vraiment spacieuse, lumineuse et design, bonne literie. Personnel très sympathique. Train à moins de 10mn à pied pour rejoindre l'aéroport ou le centre ville en 15mn (5 euros A/R). Parking dans la rue gratuit possible et facile. Les -: Le petit déjeuner est vraiment peu varié, il y a une foule impressionnante, la queue en permanence pour avoir un café, thé.... Beaucoup de bruit dans la salle du petit déjeuner et nous avons eu du mal à trouver une place disponible.

The food at the restaurant was horrible for the dinner! A get the nuggets and the same potatoes we have for the breakfast. And everything was warmed by on the microwave! The all meal was very dry. I don’t even finish the plate. Sorry! I enjoyed the food next door at the restaurant at the Holiday Inn. Great food!

Rooms are OK. Restaurant has very limited menu and quality was not great. Breakfast is ok Shuttle comes only every 45 minutes and picks up/drops off at the same time. It was so crowded that some people, who got on the shuttle at the hotel before mine, had to get out of the bus with their luggage to allow me to disembark at my hotel. Other hotels I previously stayed at around BRU, had one shuttle to drop off people going in one direction while another shuttle was going in the other direction to pick up people. It was much easier and more convenient !

Nice to be close to airport. However shuttle hard to locate as it doesn’t follow the schedule posted on the site at the airport. We waited 40 min for it to show up (showed every 10-15 min). It stops at various hotels - which is fine - but didn’t use for morning of flight as I couldn’t be sure how long it would take to get there. Used an Uber for that. Breakfast is great with tons of variety. Bed and room comfortable and new.

Impressive customer service. Breakfast menu superb. D buffet provides variety of options including healthy meal. Room is very clean. Strongly recommend
