Prima overnachting gehad vlak voor onze vlucht. De airport shuttlebus is ideaal. Onze auto staat op het parkeerterrein van het hotel ernaast (HI) tegen een gunstig tarief. We hebben hier niet ontbeten, omdat we dat op het vliegveld zelf gingen doen, door die Jan ook niet beoordelen.

Selon les informations sur le site d’hôtel.com il y a une navette de/vers l’aéroport de 4h à 23h et c’est pour cette raison que j’avais choisi cet hôtel. En fait, il y en a que jusqu’à 9h20 et le soir cela reprend à 17h10. Lorsque j’ai appelé l’hôtel, la personne que j’ai eue m’a dit qu’il n’y avait pas de navette depuis l’aéroport mais seulement depuis l’hôtel. J’ai donc payé 20€ de Uber car cette personne ne connaissait pas son métier!

Property was clean, modern, new and had airport shuttle. The manager was late previous evening and was up and helped us really early around 4.45 in the morning. It will be useful if there is a sign showing that the shuttle leaves a bit further from the front door of the hotel. We will definitely book this hotel again if we travel to Brussels

THEY LIE ABOUT THEIR FREE AIRPORT SHUTTLE BEING AVAILABLE FROM 4AM UNTIL 11PM! They neglect to tell you that from 9:45am until 5:35pm the shuttles are not available. This means you will end up paying over $30 for a Taxi if you come between these times

An excellent brand-new hotel very close to the airport. Rooms are spacious, well equipped, good shower with plenty of hot water. Breakfast is good with a good selection available. The hotel does not have a restaurant so no dinner available but there is an HIE a two-minute walk away with a small menu. Only downside was the rooms were very hot and we were unable to turn down the temperature and we were not allowed to open the window.

As this hotel is quite new (opened in September 2024) I had high expectations. Location is good for Brussels airport but not for Brussels city center. Also there is not much around, shops are pretty far amd only 1 restaurant in another hotel nearby. Now I was not happy about cleanliness of bed sheets and towels. Stains on towels and funny smell too I'm doubting the sheets were even changed. During our stay there was no hot water for 1 day, we had to go out without ashower. The management did not even offer any refund or a small gesture at all. I would not recommend this hotel.

It was ok. Convenient for a night before flying home. The staff were friendly but disorganized. I arrived at about 3pm and had to wait over 30 minutes for my room, and then it wasn't cleaned yet. I was able to get another room but there were still so many rooms being cleaned well after check in time. My bathroom also has a lingering sewer smell.

Great hotel for a few nights especially since you have small kitchen. Rooms are clean, quiet and all facilities are available. Since the hotel is very new the rooms are quite dusty and the towels leave little fliffs behind on the skin and in the air. A/C and ventilation is also central and hard to control in the room

Room size is decent. Kitchenette with sufficient of pits, pans and cutlery. Main bed, sofa bed and additional single bed were all comfortable. Only downside is locked windows, creating problem with ventilation. Hotel had only 1 key across all rooms for opening the window. We couldnt have our windows opened for 2 days as some customer forgot to return the single key at desk.

La préposée à la réception m'a informé que le déjeuner serait servi à 6.30 heures, j'ai expressément demandé car mon vol était très tôt, (malgré que c'était clairement indiqué 6 heures sur une pancarte). Il a été servi effectivement à 6 heures et je l'ai raté, merci beaucoup. La TV n'a jamais fonctionné et évidemment il n,'y avait personne pour y remédier....ils offrent une navette de l'aéroport jusqu'à l'hôtel, mais aucun renseignement est donné nulle part et aucune réponse à mes questions à ce sujet , j'ai dû prendre un bus pour m'y rendre

Excellent séjour ! L’hôtel est tout propre, le personnel au petit soins , la chambre était génial tout était prévue pour un week-end en famille ! Neues Hotel, große Tiefgarage mit guten Parkmöglichkeiten auch für größere Autos. Hotel insgesamt voll okay. Es ist halt am Ende der Welt, keine Restaurants und selbst zum nächsten Carrefour Express sind es ca. 1.2 Kilometer.

Nice hotel with very helpful staff. Rooms are modern and well-kept. Walking distance to bus stops and train station. The breakfast was tasty and fresh as well. Very near the airport. I cant remember our concierge name but he had long curly blonde hair - he is very nice and was very helpful during our stay!
