good value. but limited shuttle schedule. The bus ran frequently, but there was no departure curb service. It was quite a long walk to departure. Airport elevators were erratic. The breakfast was great. I would stay there again. The airport bus (number 272 and 188) ran frequently and you can pay easily by tapping a credit card. Only 12 minute ride including 11 stops. The bus stops right in front of the hotel. Hang on if you are dealing with luggage, because the drivers are always in a hurry and drive and stop fast on numerous curves and turns.

Hotels.com called hotel and they now claimed hotel fully booked, interesting since rooms still available at their own official webpage. Finally they accepted to offer upgrade. Breakfast area not really clear and chef at the buffet lacking knowledge on Food hygiejne when using gloves- just touches everything with the gloves. Airport shuttle running morning and evening only.

Overall, a very nice, modern hotel. The only thing I found inconvenient was they do not have a refrigerator in guest rooms and they had only a shower. Instead, though, I enjoyed their nice and clean sauna. It is located near the airport, so I took the shuttle bus to the airport in the morning, but going to the hotel, there were not very many busses on the schedule so I ended up taking Uber from the airport, costing approximately 20 Euros. The staff were nice and helpful. I wish they had a fridge in the guest rooms so we don’t have to ask them for keeping our stuff in their refrigerator.

Nice hotel, pleasant staff - but I had two issues. WiFi was not working early on Sunday morning and the airport shuttle is no reliable. I was at the stop at 6:30am for the 6:35am shuttle. There was no sign of it at 6:45am so I ordered a taxi instead. There was no bus at the airport at arrival either.

Great place to stay near the airport with a paid 5Euro shuttle. Shuttles runs only in the morning and evening. Spacious comfortable room. There’s nothing walkable around the hotel. So had dinner at the hotel, sadly it was very blend!

I was not impressed by the staff. I booked this trip because Expedia said they had a 24 shuttle to the airport. The hotel said they didn’t and that was Expedia’s fault. They blamed it on you. Regardless of whose fault it was, they should have made amends.

Hotel muito bom no geral. Bem confortável e perto do aeroporto. Mas na propaganda fala sobre suthle para o aeroporto. Mas só funciona na parte da manhã. Cheguei a noite e tive que pagar 25 euros de táxi até o Hotel. Pela manhã useino Shuttle para o aeroporto, mas também é pago. 5 euros por pessoa.

Customer service was poor. Three people on the reception desk and I stood waiting to check in and had to ask to be served. Receptionist then took the phone mid check in and told another customer he can take a taxi as the shuttle does not work sunday nights. Poor customer left at the airport due to poor shuttle service. Rooms were nice but need cleaning properly, dust and cobwebs in the ceiling.

The hotel is ok. Confusingly you have to pay additionally for parking, this should be made more transparent. The check in process is very inefficient, two people working but it took too long to get checked. The room itself was clean but smelling from the drainage. The door was closed but not well made, it sounded like it would open every time someone got into the hall.

We stayed at several hotels in the same price range during our two-week Benelux trip, and this was by far the worst. Despite being close to the airport, it’s surprisingly inconvenient to reach. The nearest train station, Diegem, has no elevator, so you must carry luggage down stairs before pushing it uphill for the long walk to the hotel on uneven, muddy surfaces. Diegem also has no direct morning trains to the airport, so you’re stuck using the €5-per-person, 35-minute hotel shuttle, which is slower than the train from central Brussels. The room was clean and the location was good for a flight the next morning, but all was not great. The air conditioning in my room did not work. I called the front desk and they sent someone to adjust the thermostat, which did not do anything to cool the room. The worker said that was all he could do. The room was warm, and I was not able to get much sleep the night before an Atlantic flight. I was deeply disappointed due to the level of hotel and how much it cost. I will take my business elsewhere in the future.

The wait at 9:00 PM for check-in was 45 minutes, due to only staff member working the check-in counter. Staff were friendly and professional. The room was very nice, bottle of waters, coffee maker, hairdryer, magnifying makeup mirror; all needs were met. Breakfast choices were amazing.

This hotel is close to the airport. My room was very small. The TV in the room only stayed on for 5 minutes. The restaurant was terrible, very limited menu, inedible fries and overcooked burger. I was supposed to get 20% of food and beverages as part of my package but they only applied 10% to food.

Place was nice and clean. Spacious room. Nice little bar and restaurant has good food.Only caveats: bar not open all day. Restaurant only from 6:00pm - 10:00pm Breakfast early till 10am good buffet. Train accesible but almost a mile walk. No handicapped access to train station (Diegem) Bus was unreliable, no show at 10:12am on a Sunday., stop is out front of hotel. Recommend renting a car...
