The Holiday Inn Express was located in good proximity to everything especially with the 24hr shuttle bus service! Breakfast was amazing everyday. We had a spacious room with a microwave and refrigerator, plus the bed was extremely comfortable. Definitely enjoyed the pool during the hot days. The hotel offered on-site laundry as well as a 24hr Denny's restaurant.

Clean and tidy room. Door lock and security latch on the door for extra safety. Free wifi throughout the hotel. Free and sufficient amount of open parking. Free breakfast bar (sausages, scrambled eggs, fried potatoes, pastries, fruit, and beverages). The only issues I had were the air conditioning in my room that didn't have auto shutoff capability and the torn shower curtain in the bathroom. Everything else was just what I needed for an emergency overnight stay away from home.

My stay was great. My unit was very clean, contained a desk, microwave, fridge and additional seating with free self parking. Derrick at the front desk was very nice during check in. There is a gym available. An outdoor pool which is obviously closed during winter. Included breakfast could have used more options. There were eggs, meat, biscuits, cereals but not much fruit, no pancakes and no waffles. All in all it was a decent comfortable stay that I am used to having at holiday inns. Thanks again

The bed was not very good. It was very low to the ground, possibly missing the box spring. It was soft and lumpy. It would sink in where the weight was placed making it very uncomfortable to sleep on your belly. The room doors were outdated. The elevator had many scratches. Of course, the air/heat was very load when on.

I am 6'3" and weigh 200 lbs. Sleeping in a double bed with my wife is way too crowded. When I asked for a room with a queen or king I was told the entire hotel only had double beds. Not a good answer.

Everything about this hotel was perfect. My only complaint would be the bed was too hard. It was like sleeping on a piece of plywood and the curtains did not close all the way which allowed the sun in in the morning and lack of privacy. We were on the 5th floor so I’m not sure if the lower levels are the same. Other than that I would recommend the stay.

Staff was superb! Very friendly and helpful. They have great shuttle service. The breakfast was good and location met our needs. My daughter and I experienced a terrible taxicab driver pick up from Amtrak station and he abandoned us at the wrong holiday inn after twice giving him the address. The wonderful manager at the wrong holiday inn coordinated her shuttle team to transport my daughter and I to the correct holiday inn location. So grateful to her❤️.

The following staff members were amazing, Nadine, Cheryl, Franklyn, and our shuttle driver Tamika. We were a big group of 5 couples whom drove in from out of state, not familiar with the area at all, and they made us feel right at ease. They were wonderful in helping us with everything. Will definitely stay there again in the future because of their team work and hospitality.

Some random people knock on our door in the middle of night. House keeper knock on our door around 9 am next day trying to get their job done. Breakfast is very average and staff was not willing to refill the pancake machine shortly after 9 am but breakfast should be available until 10 am during weekend. He finally refilled it per our firm request.

We like the breakfast, they have pancake, biscuits, eggs , sausages , etc.it was complete. They also have water with fruits and another one with lemons, cucumbers and mint to refresh your self anytime. Ladies at the dinning are were really enjoying their job (smiling, cleaning and helpful ).

The breakfast was terrible. Pork link sausages was not done on the inside. The pork sausage patties were not done on the inside, and taste like rubber.The room door did not fully close secure, had to make sure to close door forcefully in order for latch to catch and lock door. The front desk staff were extremely nice. The hotel is located in a nice safe area.
