the sheet in my room under the covers had a hair. I was too tired to take a pic and report it, but it created an unease in my mind. Also, I was given a ground level room which I was uncomfortable with. The reception asked me to check in the next day to request a replacement, but the immediate impression was not good as a result.

It was ok. Things were clean most importantly. Check in was easy. The first night, the front desk attendant had 2 young boys with him running the halls and butting in at the coffee machine when we were trying to get coffee. Then, both mornings at breakfast the the attendant was like a babysitter hawking every move you made and every thing you tried to take and if you took too much. She even came and yelled at us for where we were parked before we could put up our handicap placard.
