They have great customers service and breakfast is so delicious with so many options. They have inside pizza in case everything around you is close. Love it here been here 5 time. There no pool but there is things to do around.

My “no smoking” room smelt so bad of cigarettes that I had to come ask for a new room. When I got moved into my new room, the floors and carpet were sticky, and the counters were sticky as well.

Lots of construction in the area, so it was more out of the way than I had thought. I put down towels on my floor as the carpets in my room felt sticky in bare feet. I also noticed water damage near the toilet/shower area, and things just felt icky, like there was mold or water in the walls. A dog was barking in the room next to mine. Decent breakfast though. I liked the pancake machine and staff were nice.

There was bugs in our beds, mold in the shower. The floor was dam and the room smelled in the first room. The second room the AC did not work. I would like a refund.

We traveled with our two young children. The room was incredibly hot and humid. We had the ac on 60 and we slept with no blankets because of how gross it felt. The humidity in the room was so bad that even the blankets and pillows felt damp. There was mold all over the bathroom. The floor felt gross to walk on. Although we could have asked for a different room, we were so tired and so were the kids. And moving rooms was the last thing we wanted to deal with. It was a place to rest our heads and do a quick shower, and breakfast was decent. But we will not be going back

Here are three pictures of the dead wasp I found. It was rolled up in the "clean" towel I was about to use after my shower. We had only been at the hotel maybe an hour at this point. We had already switched to a different room after check in, and did not want to pack it all up again. I would recommend not staying in thr LivINN hotel in burnesville, MN.

The staff was friendly and responded quickly to requests. There was a good selection of breakfast options, although I would like more unsweetened options. The sink drain was very slow and the bath stopper was broken. The room was very humid and was made worse by a lack of exhaust fan in the bathroom.

Worst hotel experience we have ever had. It’s right on I-35. You can hear all the interstate traffic. We realized the thin walls were going to be a problem. We could hear everything in the halls. It was so loud. Seriously loud. The second night of our stay, the neighbors were off their rockers. Apparently they were watching the fight on TV and their yelling completely drowned out any noise of the fight. Fine, whatever. Their arguing didn’t stop. At 1:35, 3:45, and some other time during the overnight, their loud arguing woke us up. Seriously. If you need a good night sleep, Do. Not. Stay. Here.

Rooms were a bit smaller like European hotels. Great area with walkable restaurants. No issues with smells,dust or mold. Beds were some of the best a hotel offers. 3 star quality for 2 star price.

Clean room, large bathroom with tub, price was good, lots of amenities including iron & ironing board. Only thing was that my window faced the very busy highway and the windows were not thick enough to keep the noise out. Was very hard to sleep, but otherwise have no complaints.

Staff accidentally threw away my friend’s only clothes as he’s displaced due to a fire. The only food he had was what I bought and what was thrown out. He had only sentimental clothes on and a specific type of work shirt. I definitely asked if his things would remain. Staff assured me it would, during the extra nights we added. It was not. It was all tossed out. Management was sorry & did offer a price reduction, but we decided to cut our losses and try something else.

horrible stay the staff were very rude i asked to get a early check in because it was a rain storm and i had my kid the guy literally told me if i would’ve booked through the hotel directly he would do it but since i booked thru hotels.com i would have to pay 40$ just to check in a few hours early i tried explaining that we drove from far away i have a kid in the car who needs to be changed and i didn’t have the 40$ bucks or else i would’ve paid he was very rude about it then when we actually checked in the lady was rude as well. overall by far the worst hotel experience i’ve ever had.

Checking in was great first night great. 10pm the second night someone was given our room. 2am and 2:30am other guest were given our room. Got up the next morning to the maid as t our door. She thought our room should be empty. Talked with her about the 3 incidences and told me it would be taken care of. I left for the day and came back at 10:30pm for the night anf my fob didne work. Went down stairs to talk with staff. Rang the bell several times and no one came. Called the fro t desk and asked for someone to come snd help me. He was in the breakroom ignoring the bell. I didnt have any is s ues after that. Wasnt offered an appology or maybe anything for the inconvenience. Makes it really hard to sleep in a room and feel safe when the attendants can not do their job. I was stayinf from Thursday to Sunday. It was my reservation, i checked explaining this and talked with the staff after the 2am wake ups. 10pm is one thing but the 2am and 2:30am rattles of my door is inexcusable.

They could not find my reservation that I had made a month earlier. Happened to a few of my family. They got me a room after about 20 minutes. My aunt and uncle got a room with a broken air conditioner. They got them keys to two other rooms that were already occupied when my aunt tried the keys.

The lady who was at the desk upon check-in and check-out was so sweet and friendly! Hotel was very clean, excellent stay for the price. Great location to lots of nearby attractions. Will definitely stay here again!

BEWARE STAY AWAY FROM HERE. AN HOUR AFTER WE CHECKED IN TO OUR ROOM WE HEAR OUR DOOR OPEN AND LUCKILY WE HAD THE CHAIN BOLT LOCK ON THE DOOR. WE HAD A MALE TRY OPENING OUR DOOR AND WE CONFRONTED HIM HE SAID FRONT DESK GAVE HIM THE ROOM. MY FRIEND AND I FELT EXTREMELY UNSAFE AND WHEN WE CONFRONTED THE FRONT DESK ALL THEY COULD DO IS OFFER AN APOLOGY AND SAID THERE WAS A MISTAKE ON THEIR END. AFTER STEPPING OUT THE ROOM FOR A COUPLE HOURS WE COME BACK TO REALIZE OUR CARDS HAVE BEEN DISABLED SO WE HAD TO GO BACK TO THE FRONT DESK. OVERALL THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE A 1 STAR BUT THATS THE LOWEST ALLOWED.

Fabulous place. Very clean. The beds were super comfortable. The air conditioner had a constant fan setting, which is a must to drown out hotel noise-although our stay was super quiet anyway. The breakfast area is huge with plenty of seating and.a nice selection of food. One thing that stood out was that they were refilling the hot items when we got there, just 20 minutes before breakfast end. It’s my pet peeve when a hotel gives a cutoff but then they run out of food early. Not this place! And the attendant was present, wiping up messes and refilling things the whole time. The young lady who checked us in on the evening of 8/29 was too-notch- very friendly and professional and the young man at the desk the next morning was smiling too. I guess you could say they truly make you feel like a guest here!

As usual, the hotel was nice and I enjoyed the stay. Right now while there is construction on 35W, if you're looking for a quiet night, don't stay anywhere right off the freeway. They are working on the road at night, starting at about 9 PM, and it's loud enough to be heard in the hotel room.

It is a great concept. No frills, smaller rooms, but quite nicely and comortably appointed. Very clean and very nice staff. And yes, breakfast is served. Highway side is noisy with traffic, but the opposite side is very quiet. Money well spent, fantastic value!

While searching for a room near Prior Lake, we found that the LivInn had great reviews and reasonable prices; we weren't disappointed. The only issue was out of their control: because of road construction, the exit off of I 35 South was confusing; consequently, we missed it and went about eight miles out of our way. There would not be an issue coming in from the west.

I had read so many great reviews about this place, so we booked it. Maybe now I'm thinking the reviews were AI generated. The room was ok, you get what you pay for, however the bed. I advised the front desk on the bed and they did nothing. Didn't offer to switch rooms or anything. It was crap. Sink was super slow to drain as well, which I advised them and thought maybe they'd work on that too, but no. Breakfast was lame, had some watered eggs and under cooked sausage links along with basic continental items.
