It’s all about location, price, friendly staff and comfortable room for me. Breakfast is prepackaged items, but at least a little something to start the day. Second time staying here and will again.

The thermostat didn’t seem to work. Room was very warm but thankfully I had a window that opened. Even though it was cold outside I had to sleep with it open. Didn’t seem to have enough staff as I couldn’t get buzzed in when I arrived because desk staff told me (when he finally came back) he was off dealing with a shower issue and was alone. Since I was just arriving I didn’t have a key card to get in and had to wait a long time for him to let me in, while it was raining. The breakfast each morning was great on my way to the conference center. Room was fine other than the temp which I’m unclear if they ever looked into even though I mentioned it to staff multiple times. Probably wouldn’t rebook

Stayed 2 nights

Stayed at The Chambers Hotel Minneapolis and had a pretty mixed experience. When we arrived, the hallway and our room were extremely hot (around 80°), which made it uncomfortable right away. We were also told breakfast ended at 10 AM, but found out the next morning it actually ended at 9—so we missed it entirely due to incorrect information from staff. The biggest issue, though, was the lack of hot water. Our shower would not warm up at all. When we went downstairs to ask about it, a different employee informed us that there was no hot water in any of the rooms in the building—and that this should have been communicated to us the night before (it wasn’t). At that point, we decided we couldn’t stay and checked out early. To their credit, the staff member we spoke with was very kind and handled things well. We received about 75% off the first night and a full refund for the second night, which we appreciated. Overall, I’d rate this stay a 5/10. Not terrible, but definitely frustrating due to multiple communication issues and the lack of basic amenities.

This was tough! The hotel ran out of hot water on Friday night, our stay was until Sunday. When we realized, we tried to call… the phone had no cord connected to the wall. We had to head down and ask what was going on. Mason was absolutely amazing, he handled every inquiry professionally, if it wasn’t for him I fear the outcome would have been worse. We had to turn the AC off because it was this loud metal cranking sound. Overall we didn’t shower for 2 days, we got a “refund”, breakfast was very sad, the phone didn’t work, the AC was broken, there is no parking and we got the “a mechanic is coming in 30minutes for about 24hrs. I would probably pause on staying here.
