Booked a 4 night stay, Had to immediately request new room upon check in due to fowl/urine type odor in room. Front desk attendant was very kind and quick to get is into a new room. New room still had the fowl odor though bearable (it was near midnight at checkin and we were exhausted), we used our travel sprays to mask the smell daily. On day 2 the internet went out, could not access TV or internet, it did come back on late evening. Day 3, the one and only elevator went down, so no elevator, We did not check into a 3rd floor room expecting to do flights of stairs several times for 2 days, we get "things happen". Last night stay, back to room late, No TV again. Complete bummer for our anticipated chill time. Spoke with front desk upon check out re: all these issues, I get they are the managers and not owners, I did gracefully inform him how my stay was unpleasant as he did ask "How was your stay"? I did ask what return compensation would be for the inconveniences and lack of comfort in our stay, I was informed the owners world be notified and there was nothing they could do at moment. Fair enough, I get it, Comfort Inn is huge Corporation. I did feel the need to speak my mind, I had stayed here before, not stellar then (mainly r/t cleanliness of room floor with toe nails found on floor), though comfy enough to stay again. I will NOT stay here again, plenty of other options in this area. I will say the coffee, b'fast and friendliness of staff on point.

Everything was excellent except for the gym equipment. The treadmill was broken and the bike and elliptical were subpar. Dumbbells were nice. Carpet throughout the facility ( minus the room) were dirty and in need of replacement. All else was excellent

Bathroom vanity had NO lighting anywhere around it. Shower was lukewarm. Carpets feel sticky and tile was slick. Room smelled like cigarettes. Pool and ice machines were broken. Definitely will not be back.

The pool wasn’t open. I paid for that accommodation so I wasn’t happy with that. Stepped on a screw in my room very glad I had Shoes on. Internet connection wasn’t good either. Barely worked. Don’t recommend for work trips.

The AC didnt work properly, the pool and laundry was out od service. The key to get into the room wasnt working. The ceilings needed painted from wet spots. Ect.. Would not get extra towles. Toilt backed up over floor!

The property was extremely dirty with a lot of noticeable repairs and paint being needed. When we got on the elevator there was a child's dirty sock, food papers and a lot of crumbs. The entire place smelled horribly. I'm really disappointed and will never stay there again.

The room was not very clean. Paint chips. Pink gunk on a light switch. Old rusted lamps. Headboard light didn’t want to turn on. Cheap pillows. Bed was squeaky every roll over. The room just felt cheap and dirty. Will not be staying here again.

Actually one of the dirtiest hotel rooms I’ve stayed in. We got in late so really just went straight to bed. I will say the beds looked clean enough. The next morning we noticed debris all over the floor (I stepped on gravel?), none of the high touch surfaces were wiped..the phone, door handle even desk were greasy/dirty, hairs in the shower and there was chocolate (I hope) smudged on the wall. We hurried out of there!

When I checked in I was given what I thought would be a non-smoking room. As soon as I stepped into the room there was a very strong cigarette smell. There was a “no smoking” sign on the door. The hallways need a refresh - the carpet is dirty and door trims need repainting. I returned the key card and left. Very disappointing.

I thought pictures were misleading and the reality is something very different. Underneath our beds had garbage, carpet throughout the entire hotel so dirty. One of the worst hotels I have ever been in.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this property was unfortunately very disappointing. The air conditioning barely worked, which made the room uncomfortable, especially at night. The water pressure was weak - just a trickle at times - and the Wi-Fi didn’t work at all, which was a major issue since I needed to stay connected during my trip. The room and overall hotel felt unclean and neglected, with an atmosphere that suggested management isn’t paying attention to guest comfort or property upkeep. It didn’t feel like anyone really cared about the guest experience, and that’s probably what bothered me the most. For the price I paid, I expected at least the basics to be functional - AC, water, Wi-Fi, and a clean environment. Sadly, that wasn’t the case. I stayed for 6 nights and it was terrible, I would not recommend to anyone. A/C unit leaks leaving the room humid and smelling horrible. The sink was broken leaking all over the counter and floor took me asking 4 times to get it fixed. The shower head had mold all over it. The floors inside the room were absolutely disgusting, grossed me out to walk barefoot. My entire stay the whole building reeked of marijuana even though they claim it's a 100% smoke free building. Everything was very unsanitary and just felt very gross. 0/5 stars. DO BETTER!!

"OK" would be the best I can day here. I slept...the bed was good. I won't go on about everything else...stayed here because it was the cheapest option. I guess there's renovation happening, per their signs. Not sure about that but the hotel needs it, for sure.

Property is old and a bit rundown. Carpet is smelly and stained, the elevators are in bad shape. As you enter the entire place smells like marijuana, breakfast was decent, our room was clean, but the bathroom had falling pieces off of the shower. The whole thing is a fixer-upper, and not in a great part of town or at least location on the street. It could be nice because it had some other surrounding hotels, but those also looked like they needed fixing up. I thought it was a hotel, but it presented more like a motel. The staff was friendly and attentive though. One of my biggest complaints is some truckers came to stay overnight, but instead of making them park somewhere else they allowed them to take up several parking spaces per truck instead of parking in a different parking lot. People with regular cars had to park elsewhere.

Check in was quick and easy. The beds were made (one looked like it had been laid on), room was okay aside from all of the marks on the walls, dirty lamp shades and overwhelming smell of bleach. I went to give my kid a bath and there was a rusted hole in the bath tub and the ceiling was falling apart from the condensation from people taking showers and there were wet spots on the ceiling. We asked if we could get a different room so I could bathe my child. Luckily, they were able to do that for us. That room was a little better. The beds are comfortable. Air conditioning works. The only thing that was good was breakfast. Overall it was okay, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Upon check in we were given a room that already had guests in it. It was 1 a.m. and we walked into the room to the bed unmade and bottles every where. We didn't stay long enough to know if there were actually people in the room at the time. When we went to the front desk we were told we were wrong - when we were adamant about not returning to that room and needing another one it took close to 30 minutes to find another room. We had ordered a double and none were available, so they could only give us a King bed. They then refused to change the fee of the room from the Double Price to the King price, so we were overcharged, had to wait, and given someone else's room. Do Not Recommend.

This hotel is terrible beyond description. I booked two night stay, but I couldn’t stay pass a night. I arrived at the hotel late because I was traveling from a far distance. I had to wait for over 15 mins to gain access into the hotel because there was no staff in the front desk. At a point, I was nearly giving up and thinking of going to another hotel.(I actually wish I did.) Eventually a staff let me in and checked me in. From the hallway and inside the elevator, I had started to notice the hotel was dirty and not as described in the ad I saw. Upon getting to the door of the room I and my family were assigned, we be couldn’t get into the room because there was someone else in the room. I had to go back to the front desk and we got assigned a new room. The room was very dirty beyond words. To make matters worse, there was a door in the room separating us from the next room. We could hear the baby crying clearly from the next room and we could hear the adults clearly when they spoke. I couldn’t even sleep at all. Very early that morning I had to check out immediately. Not recommended at all, not worth the price you pay. It was a big regret for me.

Staff- upon arrival no one was ask the front desk, just a sign that gave a number to call. Called the number and no one answered. Had to wait a few minutes for a staff to appear. Staff member at front desk was not friendly.

The front desk attendant Dave was very nice and helpful. Hotel was clean and had many food options around. I wish i would have directly booked with the hotel instead of Expedia. Expedia had issues which delayed are check in having to go back n forth with them.

Arrive there about 430 gentlemen was on the phone at front desk and someone was trying to check in complaining about something. Person at the desk didn’t seem too interested in the people in the lobby just a person on the phone. sat and waited for a good 15 minutes before I got to check in then when I checked in gave me a room third floor into the hall get there the door was open and the room was trashed. Bad garbage everywhere don’t know what was in the shower or in the toilet. Took a video of it and showed it to the front desk guy and he told me housekeeping still cleaning. But yet he gave me a room that hasn’t been touched and there was no housekeeping on any floor. Gave me another room and the air conditioner was set at 69 but I had my thermostat that I carry with me for work room. Never got below 78. Told him in front desk when I checked out, he said she’ll use the wall control and showed him that there was no wall control. It was just the one under the window. Also, bed was very lumpy. Pillows were terrible. Got no sleep. I have usually stayed here before on a regular basis, but now I will look elsewhere. This place has gone downhill beyond all belief.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were neat and clean. The bed was quite comfortable. It was quiet and the amenities were nice. Compliments to the morning crew in the kitchen. Breakfast was great! There's many stores, restaurants, and even a theater up the way. plenty to do to keep busy during your stay.

The location was convenient to I-71. There was no road noise in our room, and the AC worked well. The beds were comfortable, and we all got a good night's sleep. The towels were thick and fluffy. There was ample counter space in both the bedroom and the bathroom. The staff were helpful and competent. The breakfast had fresh fruit, sausage, waffles, cereals, and other choices. There were a couple of minor but annoying maintenance issues: one room's toilet ran all night; the other room's faucet sprayed a thin stream of water to the left onto the counter in addition to the bulk of the flow that went into the sink.

First it was a bit confusing when I booked it. I did not know there was a Comfort Suites and Comfort Inn right next to each other. My room was ok. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. I am glad it was only one night. The hotel had its share of weat and tear. The elevator was janky. The walk from the lobby to my room was mediocre at best. Formica was chipped on the walls of the elevator. Fire extinguisher box was all dented in. Carpet was very worn. The whole place was a bit worn down. The breakfast was a little late and did not taste good. I did not eat it. Gravy for biscuits was watered down. The chocolate muffins had very little flavor.

We checked in and were told the pool was not open, which was not really an issue for us. Walked in the bathroom and there was a small piece of toilet paper on the floor. Went to breakfast the next morning, and there were no eggs, no ketchup (all ordered) & only decaf coffee. Beds were comfortable and several dining options close. Won’t stay here again.

Hotel seems be in a phase of remodeling, bathroom was oddly designed with toilet strangely clise to the sink/dressing area. Breakfast was out late and incomplete, eggs were cold, one machine out of service and poor compared to other hotels I have stayed at.
