Found this motel last minute on the way home from a trip. It's an older style motel but is maintained pretty well. Was clean and comfortable. Area feels pretty safe. AC worked well. Didn't look into the breakfast offering. But judging by the small area dedicated to it in the front office, I would expect it to be minimal. Overall was good experience for a overnight rest and back onto the road.

This is a motel, very simple but my room was clean that I appreciate. Had to deal with very limited breakfast separately, but this is rather common for motels. Other than that very basic but fine for a night.

Hotel is advertised a lot better than what it is. It was previously a Days Inn and everything looks the same. The woman at the desk was friendly but the overall hotel was outdated. For the price it was for the weekend I will never be back. The carpet was tacky and the bathroom was severely outdated. If I had know it was a Days Inn prior I would not have stayed. The Days Inn sign is still standing out front on the ground.

This motel is the perfect combination of affordable and clean. The facility is older, but well maintained. There was nothing broken or falling apart in the room. The bedding was spotless, the room was immaculately clean. Check in was prompt and polite. The breakfast was just some juice, coffee, danishes and granola bars, but for the price, it doesn't matter.

Room was ok large amounts of dirt and dust in the heating unit causing room to smell bad. Check in went wrong from the start owner could not find all my information from my on line purchase and was very upset acting like I was trying to pull one over on him that we had made a purchase or not. Went as far to tell me there would be trouble if another person showed up with same check in number. Not sure what that meant but at that point didn’t care what that meant! All and all make sure you have all your info right if you are going to stay here.

The room definitely has a strange smell. The shower had mold growing and the mat in the bottom was probably older than me. The carpet is old and dirty. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean.

Check-in was fast and easy. The employee behind the desk was friendly, polite, and very efficient. I definitely wasn’t expecting a stunning property at all for the price I was paying. The room appeared clean(ish) but worn out. The linens looked newer though and had no stains! The motel allows pets and there was a dog yapping for HOURS during my stay. There was also a lot of noise from the McDonalds parking lot next door. I did my normal motel/hotel bed bug check and everything looked fine. I went to bed and woke up the next morning covered in bug bites. I don’t know if they were bed bugs (or maybe fleas or something else entirely) but something got me good! So be extra careful if you decide to stay here. They offer complementary breakfast but I was already grossed out by the bug bites so I decided it was probably best to skip it.

Room has very hot when we entered it AC was off. Turn on left room to go to dinner gone about 4 hrs. Enter the room still warm. AC running. At 12 midnight stop running. A hot night not much rest. Will not be back!

So add sin as we opened the car doors we could smell the sent of fresh laundry. All the way around the building. The lobby smelled clean as well. The showers were amazing. Hot water and major water presser. It felt amazing after a 10 hour drive. The bed in my opinion was fine. I woke up without back pain for the first time in forever. But, it was to hard for my husband. If you like a lot of blankets you may want to bring your own as the blankets are kinda thin. I get hot at night so it worked for me. Blankets also had a few small, faint stains but they were washed. It's a motel. But, we were actually pretty impressed over all.

Our stay was fine, the bed was comfortable, the noise level outside the room was not great, every time someone walked past the room or the door in other rooms closed we could hear it. It was good for one night on our way home from Florida.

The room was nice and the stay was good but just had a terrible time with the check in. It took over 2 hours to check because the guy running the place kept trying to say he didn’t have my reservation even after him seeing my I.D and my email confirmation with my reservation number on it. I had to get customer service involved on instant chat and over the phone. The hotel wouldn’t answer the calls from customer service or anything. They finally gave me a room but not the room I reserved.

The manager, Mr. Patel (he told me that was his name) was very sweet and cordial. He originally gave me a room on the second floor, but when I told him that I was unable to climb the stairs very well, he reassigned me a room on the first floor for no additional charge. The young lady in the office when I checked out was equally as nice.

Staff was friendly and easy access to nearby businesses. I was taken back a bit that because I was a local customer I had to pay a $100 cash deposit. Not required for everyone just people who were from surrounding cities. Pleasant atmosphere and pricing was great.

Excellent stay. Room was clean, bed & bedding was comfy & great to see bulk shampoo, etc offered. Another step to reducing our plastics footprint. Would have liked a coffee machine as we are always too early for a free breakfast, but McD’s is right next door. Dee accommodated us to locate a ground floor unit, which was greatly appreciated.

The room I was in was pet friendly and flooring was LVP, which I appreciated. It was very clean but did have a slight dog smell (I had a cat staying with me). The microwave and mini-fridge was very old. These appliances need updating. Also, I was charged a $20 pet fee which had to be paid in cash as I had prepaid through Hotels.com. This was not mentioned on the Hotels.com website. It was fortunate that I had $20 in cash (which I seldom carry cash), otherwise, the manager told me the reservation would have been cancelled without a refund.

Stayed in front side of motel and road noise wa terrible. Asked manager to change to back side and he said no rooms where available, but if I paid $20 extra he would move me. Well the back side was not full only 5 cars in the back. At midnight a trash truck woke us up emptying a trash bin at next door McDonalds. When leaving I asked for receipt and he copied my original receipt before taxes. My final bill was $20 a night over original price. I will never stay at this motel again.

Serenity was a very convenient place to stop right off the highway. Room and bed were comfortable. We didn’t have their continental breakfast they offered as we opted for a McDonald’s meal which is right next door. I’d stay there again definitely.

This was the perfect stop on our trip from Michigan to Florida. It was close to I75, clean, quiet and comfortable. There is a very good BBQ place down the road as well. We will be staying again.

Very clean. Very comfy. I would stay again! It is conveniently located next to a highway. Truckers on it tend to use their air brakes. I sleep with a sound machine and a eye mask- so I didn't hear anything all night. Nice bed

The other reviews were spot on. Very clean, convenient to I-75 for us snow birds. Great water pressure in the hot shower. Will definitely stay again in my route to the north! Convenient to a few restaurants nearby.
