Nice beach front location, friendly staff, you get one free drink which was very kind, and both of my kids were given a goody bag that had snacks and crafts. My husband and kids had a good time at the pool as well. The only thing I didn’t like was that parking is an additional $32. I personally think that one parking spot should be free with each reservation.

Short anniversary stay. Friendliest hotel staff ever. Great recommendations from the bar. Disappointed in the pool. There are no wrist bands or access gates to the pool. Pool is very crowded and small for the size of the property. Also, due to the number of beach bags and people, seems there may be an influx of outside folks enjoying the pool. Outside/ lawn chairs and chairs for the balcony would be a nice touch. I don’t feel the price matched the value/quality of the experience. There is a substantial charge to park in the parking garage. I would recommend parking there is it appears a homeless encampment is across the free parking lot. When asked, I did mention the disappointment with the pool area but it didn’t seem to be a concern

Overall it was a good trip. For The price, the rooms and beds didn't live up to what was shown or thought I had booked. The shower had low pressure. The elevators were slow and musty.

The staff was very helpful. The airport shuttle driver was especially nice. The hotel was nice. The restaurants were great. The only downside to the visit was the parking garage. There was no one there to help with entrance and exit when the automated mechanism did not work. We had to call for help several times!

Room was not clean when I arrived. Carpet did not appear to be well vacuumed. There was an avery large roach in my room in the middle of the night. I was surprised on this type of hotel that Wi-Fi was not included with the room.

Restaurants and bars in the hotel were good, staff was friendly and welcoming. For a Omni hotel we were disappointed, or maybe our expectations were higher. Room was dusty, mainly around the ac vent, we asked them to clean it after our first night, since the dust made us have allergies, they did clean it but even after that we kept sneezing and having allergies throughout our stay. Housekeeping showed up until our 3rd day (I don’t know if we missed them ) on our 3rd day that morning we requested to have service we got back to the room later that day around 7pm (they still hadn’t came to our room) so I texted them again at 7and heard back until 10pm which then they did come and service the room. Overall, for the price and the name of this hotel we expected way more.

I liked the view of this property and its location. Staff was really friendly and accommodating. However the room was only surface level clean. The toilet was filthy. I found dirty underwear and towel underneath the sink from the previous person in it. The furniture with old and smelled. There was dust everywhere. The floor looked like it had not been vacuumed in the corner.

When we checked into our room, the first thing we encountered was a snack tray and bucket with champagne. Someone came in right behind us and said "sorry, this is not yours. It was a mistake." It was not ours, but they promised to bring waters and extra room coffees for the inconvenience. That did not happen. We used the bathroom, only to find the toilet was never cleaned from the previous guests, and long black hair was in the shower/tub. We called guest services to get that fixed and left the hotel

We had a few issues with our first room...refrigerator wasn't working, the safe was left open in the locked position and couldn't be used without being reset by the hotel engineer, and body wash in the shower was nearly empty. Also, the room was very humid and took a while to cool down. However, the front desk staff and management were very friendly and accommodating and moved us to a different room. In that room, the toilet was leaking so we had to have the engineer come fix it. The A/C was better in this room. My standards are high so this hotel did not meet my expectations and I would not stay here again.

Location is great. Room was large and the view of the bay was excellent. Restaurants, food, and service were very good. The room needs a major update. Carpet was worn, dresser was banged up, lamps weren’t very attractive.

Although I had a great view from my room of the water, the noise was terrible at night, cars and motorcycles racing till 3:30 in the morning Friday and Saturday night also the air conditioner although revert back to 70° does not stay on and the room would get hot right away and not stay cool

Check in was an hour late because room wasn’t ready. Room and hotel were both extremely clean and beautiful. Staff was friendly. The room was very loud though. The room wasn’t very well built. You can hear all of the road noise even 17 stories up. There were teenagers in the hallways at well past midnight having a whole dramatic scene and we could hear every word for over 45 mins. Then there was a wreck just below us and that kept us up. Didn’t get a lot of sleep. View was amazing though.

Everything was OK. Check in was awesome, water pressure OK, cleanliness OK, room service menus great. Couple of downfalls- bed was not OK and most importantly wifi was tooooooooooo slow. I even paid extra for faster wifi but was the worst connection i have ever had.

There were cars and motorcycles racing up and down Shoreline Ave ALL NIGHT LONG! Could not get any sleep. If you are a light sleeper, this is not the hotel for you. Staff said there was nothing they could do about it. The hotel is also a little dated. It was clean and the staff were friendly but the facilities need a refresh.

everything was perfect , although a little disappointed sunday approx 10 am the host at restaurant we had went for buffet and she was just bluntly rude, didn't look at us when we asked if buffet was still open. She loudly and rudely told my wife who had asked her very nicely even with a good morning , her response to my wife was "yes but its $ amount a person" as if we couldn't afford it . We were nicely dressed for the day so we felt maybe because of our race she acted this way. Anyways my wife caught her vibe towards us how she took not a second to smile or a good morning or talk to us directly but with a sarcastic reply. So my wife smiled and said thank you. Looked at me and said lets get breakfast in downtown. So we checked out by 11 and left to find a restaurant. Hands down to the valet parking the day we arrived and the morning we left we did tip each time very well. We usually stay at Double tree when in town this was first time at Double tree other then my sister's wedding a few years ago. This time I stayed the night. My wife loved it and the bar we had a couple drinks before heading out Saturday night. Everyone was so polite and the gift shop had a very nice staff. We will despite the lady at restaurant Sunday (host blonde hair ) maybe she just needs another spot other then host . Host means you welcome everyone , greet . Before we talked to her she was laughing smiling and talking to others . We stood there a few seconds waiting for her to acknowledge us

Clean room, nice view. The bed was very firm. Frustration with the concierge. Guests are not allowed to use a luggage cart without a concierge. FIrst time ever that a boot of mine was LOST en route. I had to retrace the journey my luggage took and found it in the parking garage. The attendant was very blase about it. Not impressed. Checking out, I requested the valet bring a cart up and had to call again. The group I was with was on a time schedule so they had to leave without me. It was an inconvenience. The valet in the morning was very nice and respectful and listened to me vent and apologized. He gave excellent customer service when he arrived. We ate in the restaurant. The food was great!

I had a wonderful stay at the Omni Corpus Christi. Every staff member I met — from the front desk to valet, housekeeping, and maintenance — greeted me with a genuine smile and warm welcome. The hotel accommodated my request to have four rooms on the same floor, which made visiting with my family so easy. The view from my room was stunning! I enjoyed watching the full moon one night, the sunrise from my window the next morning, and even took a short walk down Ocean Drive (just steps from the hotel) for another beautiful sunrise. After a relaxing weekend for our family reunion, I can confidently recommend the Omni Corpus Christi for its comfort, location, and outstanding service.

Check in time is 4pm. Our room wasn't ready until after 430pm. When we got to the room, it wasn't stocked. Half roll of TP, no kleenex or makeup remover wipes. Bathroom was not as clean as it should have been. The pool area was a disaster. Used towels and trash on every chair and table plus the bartender kept disappearing. The only good thing was the bartender on level 2 inside.

Check in went from fine to bad, quickly. As soon as it was identified that I booked through Expedia, I was treated poorly. She told me I couldn’t use the Omni app and points are only given to people who direct book with them. While I can understand this policy, and don’t mind it, it’s the down treatment I was given. Almost not worth their time since I booked with Expedia? Floor had barking dogs the whole trip, rude staff at the front desk, they don’t even smile at you as you make eye contact. The list is endless. We booked the Omni because we wanted a bit more of a luxurious experience. This was the opposite.

Never had a problem with them until this time, they sent me a text at 4:37pm telling me the rooms aren’t ready and they will text me when room is ready. I got there at 5pm so I drove around town, and walked the beach waiting for my text, it was 10pm and still haven’t heard anything so I called and said the room was ready , even tho I never got a text. When I finally arrived and checked in, I got a different room than what I booked online. I asked for a late checkout to compensate and they just gave me an extra hour. Never had issues with them, was pretty disappointed because I was looking forward to coming here. Was definitely one of my favorite places to come…..

Felt like because it’s the only hotel with conference rooms and the only full service hotel in the city they don’t bother putting in effort. Staff were rude for no apparent reason. Ex. At breakfast one morning I was waiting with my wife at the omelet bar for the chef to get back after he had said he had to grab something. He was gone for about 15 minutes and came back with nothing. Another family got in line behind us while he was gone when he got back he took all 5 of their orders before ours and then when I politely said I’ve been waiting here since before you left I was here first he told me I could go somewhere else while he finished there orders. When I saw he was done I got up and went straight back towards the bar from my table and as soon as he finished he left the bar again and didn’t come back for at least another 15 minutes before I finally got annoyed and left. they hide behind the Omni name hotels a mid tier three star hotel selling itself as a 4/5 star because of the name. They don’t even have microwaves in the rooms unless you get a suite. Honestly was very disappointed as my only other experience at an Omni was in Orlando fl and it was out of this world. Omni should be embarrassed to put their name on this property and its employees.

The food from room service was excellent, quick and reasonably priced. Many amenities available and a very short walk to the sea front. The service everywhere from the front desk, to the floor workers, servers and shops were the most professional and pleasant to deal with. We’ve stayed plenty of times and it’s great every time

Front desk person was no help in finding a place to eat or find a phone charger. There was one person to help me at the poor excuse for a restaurant. The food wan not edible. Caesar salad was 2 pieces of romaine and awful dressing. Woody croutons. Just will never go back!
