Quality Inn Zion Park Area

Place was just fine for our 2 day stay. Room was clean and comfy. For the price well worth it as we don't spend too much time at the hotel anyway. Pool was older but was refreshing after a long hot day at Zion

Room was clean. Hot tub was broken and that was sole reason we booked this so we were a little disappointed.

Easy check in room wasnt bad at all for two adults 2 kids. Good parking for trailers. Beds werent the best but ive slept on worse

You have to walk out the front door to get to the pool. The hot tub was really cold.

Bed was not comfortable at all. Older lady working counter is very rude. The other employees are all very friendly. Pool and hot tub need updating and the breakfast is really limited with weird eggs and no other hot option besides waffles. Otherwise great place for location to Zion. Pet fee is steep at $25/day

It was good. My door key would not work and I asked for a different one and they said to just keep using the one that didn’t work. I also book this hotel over another one because it had a pool. The pool was drained the whole weekend, so that was a little annoying. But besides that it was good

the hot tub was pretty gross, but the hotel itself was really nice. i’d stay here again for sure. used it as a place to sleep while we were in zion all day.

Really need to have an elevator.

Nice Quality Inn w. your basic staff, amenities, free breakfast, and no elevator. I liked the pancake machine, outdoor dining deck (although 2 picnic tables wasn't enough), refrigerator, coffee maker, and easy parking...but it's a L-O-N-G drive to Zion. Also, the ice machine wasn't working.

Room was OK, but the bed was not comfortable at all. Everything worked, but I had to kill a small cockroach in the bathroom, so that is a huge minus. It took forever for the front desk clerk to make keys for our room, as his machine was not working. That should be upgraded. Breakfast was OK but not great. Again, didn't pay much for the room, but we got exactly what we didn't pay for.

It would have been nice if the check in clerk told us the Ice Machine wasnt working. Room was old and dingy and we found Bed Bugs in both beds. Very nasty.

Easy check in and my room was clean.

It was concerning that we found a dead Cockroach in our rum. We know this happens after any fumigation but the fact that we saw it meant that cleaning attention to detail wasn’t all there.

The hotel was vert clean. The breakfast staff was constantly cleaning and ensuring fresh food was out. Location was close to many dining options. Room was very nice and again very clean

Kind of run down. Needs new carpet and paint. Drapes do not block light well. Lots of outside light comes in after the lights are off.

Fairly clean but run down, free breakfast was okay. Bed was hard. No elevator, had to carry luggage up the stairs.

We had a great time staying here! The hotel room was a great size, and was close to our activities. The staff was very friendly and positive. The breakfast was great, though lacked some hot food options. The cleaning was good, but we did notice that some items under the bed were not picked up before our visit.

Curtains don’t adequately cover the windows relative to the position of the bed so you get street lamps and headlights shining directly into your face throughout the night.

This hotel is convenient and reasonably priced but the bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Considering how cheap these things are now, even basic hotels should be able to offer a quality night sleep.

The bed was a bit hard and the pillows were also.

The walls are very thin. You can hear the next doors conversations and tv shows. Our neighbors were very loud past midnight. Not worth it

Be warned, someone could stand outside your window and see you in bed, even with the curtain pulled all the way. When I asked to be moved to the second floor, I was told I would have to wait to speak to the manager in the morning. The front desk agent was a nice kid but thoroughly unprepared to deal with my problem, and obviously not empowered by his manager to help. He also couldn't tell me gis manager's name. Seems like a poorly managed placed. The room was otherwise clean enough, but the bed was hard and uncomfortable.I pulled the mirror off the wall and propped it up in the window with a sheet over it to get privacy. Also the rug in hallway was old and is getting to the point it might trip someone. The walls are also very thin, so be prepared to hear (and smell) your neighbor.

Worst hotel stay ever...2 hours at check in, took my money off my card and said my card was declined...called my bank and said they couldn't get my money back for 7 days, ruined our vacation...guy didn't know what he was doing ran my card 5 times and all the guests we were talking to were trying to look for other hotels cause the rooms were dirty on arrival and breakfast was horrible...had family coming to the hotel and told them to cancel reservations (4 rooms) and we all went to stay at another hotel...don't waste your time at this hotel...

The lady that works overnight is incredible! We checked in at 3am after flights delays and she was accommodating and very helpful! Would gladly stay here again next time I come to the Zion area!

When we arrived, the teenager at the front desk informed me that he couldn't check us in because the server was down and there was no other way to check in. After a long period of standing around waiting I asked If I could call the manager. He finally got some superior on the phone and was able to get us checked in through some wizardry that the desk attendant on staff was obviously unaware of and in no hurry to learn. I told the desk attendant multiple times that I was travelling with two dogs. He said there would be a pet charge which I knew, but felt the least they could do would be to comp that charge considering I was already largely inconvenienced by delayed checkin. I agreed however, but he also could not apply that charge at the time of checkin because I guess they're computer system is a 1997 Gateway or something comparable. So he said he would have to input that charge later.... Then well into the evening after 10pm I get a phone call from a new guy at the front desk, waking me up, to ask me again, now for the fourth time if I was traveling with pets. I guess their computer system had just come online and they wanted to check their little boxes no matter how disruptive it was to their guests... This place only cares about getting every last scent from their guests, no consideration at all for travelers. If I hadn't forced the original front desk person to call a manager, I would have been standing there all evening unable to check in.

This was an excellent place to stay. My dog and I found the room to be comfortable and clean. The gentleman working the front desk was exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially when I had an issue with my key card. I’m looking forward to staying here again next week!

Our room didn’t lock we tried several times to get help from the front desk but it was either unattended or they were on the phone and made no effort to help.

Check in was easy and the front desk staff was friendly. Our room was clean and the bed was comfy. The hotel is tucked away off the road and it’s safe and quiet. I would stay again, if/when in the area.

I stayed here for a week while working an event at Sand Hollow State Park. The location was minutes from the event and easy to access with a large overlanding vehicle. Staff was very welcoming and helpful! The continental breakfast had good coffee and waffles too. I will stay here again next year.

Conveniently located to Sand Hollow State Park and Walmart is right down the street. The breakfast was good with variety. The only dislike, I believe the carpets need to be changed. They have a weird smell, especially in the hallway.

Property is showing some wear but is clean and safe. Comfortable beds and easily accessible to Zion and Hurricane.

Nice location for us to drive into Zion the past couple days.

Comfy rooms, quiet, good location for local dinning, grocery store and Walmart, easy to get to from I15 and easy to get the Zion from. Great value.

Very good breakfast. Good variety of food. To improve, have brown bread and brown bagels, peanut butter, no sugar added oatmeal, more fresh fruit. Location was 40 minutes from Zion National Park. Would be nice to have it closer. The price was much better than hotels in Springdale. An indoor pool would be nice. Excellent bed, microwave and fridge.

The breakfast options are limited and the items like egg are not made fresh and there could be different varities of bread instead of just white bread and bagels were missing. Potatoes are also missing.

Staff was very friendly. Bed was comfortable. The room was clean. Hotel was quiet. Breakfast was good and consisted of waffles, cereal, bread, muffins, yogurt and eggs. I would stay there again.

Property was not as nice as the last time we stayed. Breakfast was terrible! Consisted of white bread, some kind of egg, watered down juice. Room was ok. Towels had holes in them. Staff could not tell us where a restaurant was that was right down the street. Parking was good as we had a trailer with us.

The breakfast was to crowded. Only 2 waffle makers. I had to wait 20 min to make a waffle. Staff was excellent.

Clean room and very friendly staff. I was expecting small limited breakfast but they had a nice spread. Waffles, juice, coffee, cereal, oatmeal, toast, fruit, yogurt, egg patties and muffins.

"Breakfast included" is completely deceiving. There was no drink provided (no juice, no water, only lemon-looking very old oranges), hardly anything edible. And, the server and the front desk do not supply anything.

Breakfast was served. There wasn’t any protein options only peanut butter. A half hour to Zion but location was affordable for a family.
