It was unexpected that this is a motel, not hotel. There is a pool but no hot tub. Everything is super dated but the staff was helpful and do a good job. More than anything, the mattresses are gross. I lifted the bottom sheets to check for bed bugs, and thankfully there was no evidence of any, but I had a hard time sleeping there after I looked because the mattress were both stained.

The outside seemed to be freshly painted and was well kept. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and where we were was really quiet. I also appreciated facing three locks on our door since our door went straight outside.

Check in staff were good. Surprised to see the "pool' was for wading, not swimming! We had used linens in the bathroom when we checked in, talked to front desk, requested pick up and they never came by. Wasn't sure if bathroom had been cleaned or not!

Spider webs everywhere along with an enormous spider in the corner. Largest spider I’ve ever seen in the Pacific Northwest. Every lamp, coiling corner and door frame was full of webs.

The hotel is right next to an abandoned strip mall with graffiti and garbage. We had an ant and spider problem in our room and it had a musty smell. The shower was clogged and so it felt like you were taking a dirty bath while showering. Despite all of this, staff was friendly and breakfast was good.

Nice older hotel that is pretty clean. It is showing some wear and tear. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Need to get the internet figured out soon. Its been several weeks. We were on the bottom floor. People above us were very noisy and stomping at odd hours in the late night and early morning, which made restful sleep difficult. Beds were very stiff & full of fragrant laundry scent. Room did not have a clothing iron in it & hotel staff did not bring us one when requested. Also, we asked for a crib for our toddler & they did not provide one (even though it is listed as an option). We had to bring our own portable crib. At least the room was clean and they provided breakfast.

First of all we got lost on the way there so I called them to inform them that we would be checking in late and was told that was fine. When we arrived I was told I was already checked in. My card had already been charged without checking for identification or checking the card. After waiting an hour we were finally put into a room. We also had no WiFi service the entirety of our stay

The room key cards were a major issue. They kept malfunctioning throughout our stay, and it was a hassle to walk or drive back to the lobby area to reactivate them. The people who manned the front desk seemed inexperienced and not properly trained. For example, the new guy did not know where the public restroom was and would not let me use the staff restroom when I really had to go. There is no sense of urgency or customer oriented service. The food was mediocre. There was a time when the juice machine was not working, and they did not cook enough eggs for breakfast. Our room was not cleaned for the first 2 days of our stay and the front desk did not seem to know why. I think there was a lack of communication and coordination. The cleaning crew did a good job when they finally cleaned our room.

Check in went haywire. First assigned room was occupied. Second assigned room was not made up yet. Third room the lady went and made sure was fine before we went over. The room smelled a bit musty but was large and had an updated sink area with lots of room. Beds were good. Breakfast was good.

Perfect stay but did not get service in our room……had to go looking for coffee pods on day 2 and asked about a couple more towels on the 2nd day but never did get them. BUT…….Stephanie, in the breakfast room was AMAZING!! Friendly, helpful, caring!!!! She’s amazing!!

The continental breakfast was very good, and the manager went beyond professional to make everyone (even the less kind gentleman) satisfied. Five stars there. Candy at the afternoon check in desk was wonderful. She was very kind and made sure we were comfortable. Another five stars here.

Excellent front desk service. Quiet hotel. Across from a cute community theater with lights strung over the street. Lot next door is a large vacant field and abandoned store fronts, but I didn’t notice loitering or anything. Older accommodations with carpeted rooms that are due for an upgrade but very clean. Had to hold down the handle to completely flush toilet and vanity lights above mirror were awful, but overall a good affordable hotel that I plan to use again.

Breakfast was great-lots of choices. Staff very nice. This area is a little run down. There is a newish CVS Pharmacy within walking distance but I would not feel safe walking there at night as a woman. Immediately next to hotel are abandoned strip mall and theatre. Beds comfortable, no traffic noise, air conditioning worked well. Closest hotel to hospital where my dad was.

We really liked this place. It's older but clean. Service was really good. Breakfast was decent. Pool was enjoyable as well. We actually extended our stay by 2 nights to have a little more pool time. LOTS of dining choices nearby. Grocery and clothing stores too.

The location is very nice, and right across from a lovely building that makes it Feel safe and comfortable. The breakfast was mostly very greasy sausages and hashbrowns. The breakfast lady always greeted us when we walked in which was nice, though she let us know that they were out of eggs every day, so unfortunately, we probably won’t choose Staying here again, due to not really having a decent breakfast, though there were waffles, yogurt, and toast if that’s your thing. Check out the Burs Restaurant, it was a great place for breakfast instead. The room itself was a little smelly, and there was an old towel still hanging on the bathroom door from the last person, but overall the room was decent, the AC worked great, the shower water was nice and hot, and the microwave and fridge were nice to have.
